ST. LOUIS — Guardian Pharmacy Services, a long-term care pharmacy company, has opened a new location in St. Louis. The opening enables Guardian Pharmacy of Missouri to expand its footprint to serve assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and independent living communities across eastern Missouri. The 6,500-square-foot facility will house technology/automation and an education center to provide in-service and nursing instruction courses for pharmacy employees as well as community staff members. With the new St. Louis location and the existing Springfield location, the company has been able to sign 12 new communities serving approximately 1,000 residents.

WOOD-RIDGE, N.J. — Metro Storage LLC has opened an 883-unit self-storage facility in Wood-Ridge. Located at 765 Route 17, the 85,000-square-foot property features climate-controlled units, interior loading bays and elevator access to all floors. The facility is located on the former site of a manufacturing facility. It is Metro’s eigth self-storage facility in the New Jersey market.
Titan Development Completes Multi-Million Renovation of Journal Center Courtyard Marriott in Albuquerque

ALBUQUEQUE, N.M. — Titan Development has completed the multi-million dollar renovation of Journal Center Courtyard Marriott, located at 5151 Journal Center Blvd. NE in Albuquerque. The renovation project was completed in four phrases over the past 12 months. The project included all 150 guest rooms updated with hardwood flooring; new spa-like pool and gym facilities; event space for 200 attendees classroom-style or 150 attendees banquet-style; and conference rooms with state-of-the-art, wall-mounted, big-screen televisions, wireless internet connectivity, new colors, ceiling lighting and wallpaper. Guest rooms offer private, open-air balconies, free Wi-Fi access, flat-screen televisions and pillow-top mattresses. On-site amenities include a landscaped courtyard, indoor pool, an updated gym and 4,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor venue space. Dwellings Interior Design provided design and décor services for the property.
CONCORD, N.C. — Bootsmead LeaseCo LLC has announced that demolition will begin at The Grounds at Concord in the next 30 days, and the project is expected to last all year. D.H. Griffin will perform the demolition of the former cigarette manufacturing facility, which entails 3.5 million square feet across 500 acres. The whole site comprises more than 2,000 acres and was once a filming site of “The Hunger Games” and TV series “Homeland.” JLL Carolinas is marketing the site, which offers access to Interstate 85, is serviced by Norfolk Southern Rail Co. and is situated about 19 miles northeast of Charlotte. According to the marketing team, Charlotte-based Bootsmead is clearing the site in compliance with state and local officials to “create a clean canvas that will appeal to potential users and economic development prospects interested in Concord and the greater Charlotte region.” Chase Monroe, Pete Pittroff, John Cashion, Louis Stephens and Britten Mathews of JLL Carolinas are marketing The Grounds at Concord and are working closely with the Cabarrus Economic Development team.
CHICAGO — Conor Commercial Real Estate has completed development of Last Mile Logistics Center I-55, a speculative industrial facility in Chicago. The 316,550-square-foot property is situated on an infill site at the intersection of 51st Street and St. Louis Avenue. The facility features 55 truck docks, 71 trailer stalls, 50-foot bays and a clear height of 36 feet. McShane Construction Co. and Ware Malcomb provided the design-build services. Walter Murphy and Sean Austin of Lee & Associates will market the property for lease.
ST. PAUL, MINN. — The Opus Group has completed an 86,632-square-foot industrial building located within the St. Paul Port Authority’s Beacon Bluff Business Center. Terracon Consultants Inc., a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm, will occupy 15,300 square feet of the building. The facility features a clear height of 24 feet and both warehouse and office space. Todd Hanson and Jason Sell of Cushman & Wakefield are marketing the property for lease. The Beacon Bluff Business Center is an office and industrial development situated on nearly 40 acres.
Colliers Secures $115M Bridge Loan for Former NECCO Candy Manufacturing Facility Near Boston

REVERE, MASS. — Colliers International has arranged a $115 million bridge loan for a former NECCO candy manufacturing facility in Revere. The loan replaces the acquisition financing also arranged by Colliers. Located at 135 American Legion Highway, the 49-acre property includes a single-story, high-bay warehouse and a two-story manufacturing and distribution space. Adam Coppola, Thomas Welch, John Poole and Tonia Jenkins secured the financing on behalf of the borrower, Atlantic Management and VMD Companies. The lender was LoanCore Capital.
JPI to Develop $190M Jefferson Vista Canyon Apartments Within Mixed-Use Project in Santa Clarita, California

SANTA CLARITA, CALIF. — JPI has closed on construction financing for Jefferson Vista Canyon, a luxury apartment community located in Santa Clarita. Dallas-based Comerica Bank and Los Angeles-based Colony Credit Real Estate will provide construction financing for the development. The $190 million project will feature 480 apartments; two resort-style pools with spas and cabanas with large-screen televisions; two fitness centers with multi-use studios for yoga and spin classes, with one center geared to functional training, including suspension training equipment; a clubhouse skylights, fireplace and entertainment kitchen; a speakeasy lounge; rooftop deck with barbecue area and fire pit; and a dog park and dog-washing station. Designed by Orange, Calif.-based Architects Orange, Jefferson Vista Canyon is slated for completion by spring 2020. Vista Canyon is JSB Development’s 185-acre, mixed-use, walkable community, including retail, office, hospitality, apartments, townhomes and single-family residences, along with a new intermodal transit station and Metrolink commuter rail.
CHANDLER, ARIZ. — Hines has officially opened the Offices at Chandler Viridian, a six-story, Class A office property located in at the intersection of Loop 101 and Loop 202 in Chandler. The 250,000-square-foot building features a large, open floorplan with 10-foot tall ceilings, a lounge and a large courtyard. In addition to the grand opening, Hines announced two tenants: Stantec will occupy approximately 51,000 square feet on the second and third floors, while Workuity will occupy 19,787 square feet on the first floor. Phoenix-based Whiting Turner served as the general contractor, while Minneapolis-based RSP Architects designed the building. Jerry Roberts and Patrick Boyle of Cushman & Wakefield have been retained to lead the leasing efforts for the office building. Hines developed the office building, which is the capstone of Chandler Viridian, in a joint venture agreement with New York Life Real Estate Investors, on behalf of its institutional client. The 25-acre Chandler Viridian features a hotel, multifamily units, retail offerings, pedestrian promenades, a dog park, jogging trail and a large public plaza with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi.
BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, PA. — Colliers International has arranged the sale of a 29-acre development site in Bethlehem Township. The sales price was not disclosed. The parcel is located near Route 33, I-78 and Route 22. Future plans have not been finalized, but the property’s zoning allows for multiple uses. Kelly Berfield and Ryan Dietrick of Colliers International’s Allentown office represented the buyer, River Hills Estates, in the transaction. The seller was Joanne Turocy.
