The four-building park is located at 5140 E. Airport Drive and 151,181 and 201 S. Wineville Ave. Wohl was represented by Patrick Barnes of Colliers International. The seller was McLellan Estate Co.

GARDENA, CALIF. – Sator Sports has acquired a 19,650-square-foot industrial building in Gardena for $2.4 million. The building is located at 1455 W. 139th Street. The soccer equipment company will be relocating its headquarters from nearby 1536 228th Street. It should occupy its new space by mid-April. The new building will allow the company to expand. Sator Sports was represented by Matt Stringfellow and Courtney Bell of the Klabin Company/CORFAC International. The seller Major Fulfillment Inc., was represented by David Denitz of Gateway Business Properties.
FRANKLIN, WIS. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $33 million sale of two industrial buildings totaling 418,000 square feet in Franklin, approximately 20 miles south of Milwaukee. The properties are 1 and 2 World Packaging Circle, located within the 425-acre Franklin Business Park with frontage on South Oakwood Park Drive and Ryan Road. The property has access to I-94, I-894, U.S. Highway 41, U.S. Highway 45 and State Trunk Highway 36. The two facilities were built of precast tilt-up concrete on 37.6 acres in 2006. Features at the properties include 30-foot to 40-foot ceiling heights, enclosed docks, two 75-ton cranes, two 10-ton cranes and heated underground parking. Thomas Kopatich of Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office represented the seller, a local business person, and the buyer, a private equity fund.
PASADENA, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Morningstar of Pasadena, an 88,011-squrae-foot self-storage facility located in Pasadena. Chico LeClaire and Dave Knobler of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Knobler and LeClaire also secured and represented the buyer, a limited liability company. Morningstar of Pasadena is located at 6321 Spencer Highway in Pasadena.
NOVI, MICH. — Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has arranged the lease of a 14,650-square-foot industrial space in Novi. The property is located at 40230 Grand River Ave., Suite 200. The landlord, Grand River Novi Hall Properties LLC, leased the space to Camelot SI LLC, doing business as Sharper Image. Phil Konopitski of Friedman represented the tenant in the transaction.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors (AKREA) has purchased Shopton Ridge Business Park, a 422,400-square-foot office and industrial park in southwest Charlotte. The park was 90.8 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as PinPoint, Scent Air, Cardinal Health, Linde Gas and Rent-A-Center, among others. AKREA purchased the property for an undisclosed price through the Adler Kawa Real Estate Fund II. AKREA has tapped Bill Wood of Trinity Partners to lease the asset. Patrick Gildea, Anne Johnson and Bryan Crutcher of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. Charles Foschini and Christopher Apone of CBRE’s Miami office arranged acquisition financing on behalf of AKREA.
SPARKS, NEV. – Advanced Supply Chain Logistics has leased 55,515 square feet of distribution space in Sparks. The industrial building is located at 1285B Southern Way. The tenant is a transportation services and supply chain logistics solutions provider. The landlord was represented by J. Michael Hoeck, Dave Simonsen, Michael Nevis and Steve Kucera of The NAI Alliance Industrial Properties Group.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Clarion Partners has acquired a 20-acre site located at 335 Ridge Road in South Brunswick for an undisclosed price. The buyer plans to demolish the existing building, which was formerly a call center, and construct a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center on the site. The new warehouse will be part of a planned industrial business park and consolidate an adjoined parcel of previously purchased land. Doug Bansbach of DTZ represented the seller, United States Land Resources, and the buyer in the transaction. Additionally, Joseph Zingaro provided in-house representation for the buyer.
SAN DIEGO – Via Frontera Business Park, an 80,882-square-foot industrial/R&D property in San Diego, has sold to Seven C’s Group LLC, for $10.5 million. The two-building property is located at 10965-10993 Via Frontera Drive. It was built in 1982. The buildings are 41 percent occupied. The buyer plans to occupy a portion of the space. Notable employers in the area include Microsoft, General Atomics, BAE Systems, Sony and HP. The seller, GCCFC 2007-GG9 Diamond Office LP, was represented by Mark McEwen, Ted Cuthbert and Matt Zimsky of Colliers International.
Lyons Industrial Properties Brokers $3.3M Sale of 208,000 SF Industrial Facility in Gaffney

GAFFNEY, S.C. — Lyons Industrial Properties has brokered the sale of a 208,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 805 Victory Trail Road in Gaffney. The property is leased to Suminoe Textiles of America, a textile distributor to the automotive industry. Bobby Lyons of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the seller, Anderson Family Associates, in the transaction. Reger Holdings purchased the asset for $3.3 million.
