YORK, PA. — ASI-York LLC, an affiliate company of Schottenstein Property Group LLC, has sold a 624,800-square-foot distribution building situated on 49 acres in York for $26 million. The property is located at 325 South Salem Church Road, 25 miles southeast of Harrisburg, Pa. Endurance Real Estate Group purchased the single-story distribution center, which includes 12,000 square feet of office space, dock-high doors and parking for 50 cars and 280 truck trailers. TORRANCE, CALIF. – A 28,500-square-foot industrial complex in Torrance has sold to Darren C. Moore Trust for $3.8 million. The two-building property is located at 23875 Madison Street near the Torrance Airport. The seller, The Conrow Family Trust, was represented by Warren Noack, Kimberly Noack and Travis Noack of NAI Capital’s South Bay office.
COLUMBIA, S.C. — NAI Avant has arranged the foreclosure sale of the former Colonial Warehouse, a 265,000-square-foot warehouse at 1115 Shop Road in Columbia. An unnamed family based in Charleston, S.C., purchased the warehouse from the Richland County SC Master in Equity. Dail Longaker Jr. of NAI Avant brokered the transaction and will oversee the leasing/disposition of the asset.
LIVONIA, MICH. — First Industrial Realty Trust has sold 32432 Capitol Street, a 203,100-square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution facility in Livonia, located about 20 miles west of Detroit. The Promanas Group, a commercial real estate investment and management company, purchased the property. James Carpenter and Michael Tenteris of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction. Classic Container Corp., a subsidiary of Pratt Industries, fully occupies the property.
HOUSTON — HFF has brokered the sale of Interwood Business Center I and II, two industrial facilities totaling 200,086 square feet in Houston. Constructed in 1999, the properties are located at 14430-14440 John F. Kennedy Blvd. and 14469 Heathrow Forest Parkway within the Interwood Business Park, which is immediately south of the George Bush Intercontinental Airport between I-45 and U.S. Highway 59. Tenants include International Seal, Nippon Express, Goodman Distribution and Top Notch Solutions. Rusty Tamlyn and Trent Agnew of HFF represented the seller, KTR Capital Partners LLC, in the transaction. Stockbridge Real Estate Funds acquired the assets free and clear of existing debt.
MILWAUKEE —The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International has completed the sale of an 88,368-square-foot industrial building located at 7500 N. 81st St. in Milwaukee. Gordon Family LP sold the property to 7500 North 81st Street LLC. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Dave Hazenfield of The Dickman Co. Inc. arranged the sale. The purchase price was not disclosed.
KENOSHA, WIS. — Medtorque has leased a 20,600-square-foot industrial building located at 5601 95th Ave. in Kenosha, located about 38 miles south of Milwaukee. Mike Prost, Sergio Chapa and Jim Kettinger Jr. of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented the building’s ownership, CenterPoint Properties, in the transaction.
HOUSTON — Clay Development has broken ground on a 120,000-square-foot industrial facility in Houston for Zimmermann & Jansen Inc., a valve manufacturer serving the steel, glass, refining and chemical industries. The property, which the tenant will use as its new headquarters, is located within Kennedy Greens Business Park in the East Aldine District. Travis Land and Michael Keegan of NAI Houston represented Zimmerman & Jansen, a subsidiary of IMI Severe Service, in the lease negotiations. The tenant will occupy the multi-crane-served, build-to-suit facility this summer.
IRVINE, CALIF. — Burke Real Estate Group has acquired a 44,800-square-foot industrial property in Irvine for an undisclosed sum. The property is located at 17392 Daimler Street. It has been vacant since Fidelity National Title left the property. Dan Vittone and Alan Pekarcik of Avison Young’s Irvine office represented both the buyer and seller, Pacific Systems, in this transaction. The pair worked alongside Sam Olmstead of Voit Real Estate Services.
TAMPA, FLA. — Atlanta-based Industrial Developments International (IDI) has signed HD Supply Facilities Maintenance Ltd., a maintenance and repairs product supplier, to a 229,308-square-foot lease. HD Supply will lease space in Madison Business Center, a Class A industrial park in Tampa. The property features 30-foot clear ceiling heights and trailer storage. The tenant will use the space as a distribution center for janitorial suppliers. Brian Rettig and Kevin Hoover of CBRE represented HD Supply in the transaction.
