LODI, CALIF. — North American Pipe Corporation has purchased CertainTeed’s Pipe and Foundation Group(PFG), which includes its Lodi manufacturing and operating facilities, for $175 million. CertainTeed Corporation is a subsidiary of the French companyCompagnie de Saint-Gobain. North American Pipe Corporation is a subsidiary of Westlake Chemical Corporation. PFG produces PVC pipes and fittings for municipal, water well, mining, agriculture and irrigation applications at its plant. The sale also included the PVC pipe, fittings, technologies and intellectual properties, profiles and foundations business, as well as an additional plant in McPherson, Kan.

MEDLEY, FLA. — Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired a 49,000-square-foot industrial property at 12600 NW 107th Ave. in Medley, for $5.1 million. The property is fully leased to one tenant and includes dock-high truck loading on two sides and land for trailer storage or building expansion. The estimated stabilized capitalization rate of the property is 6.3 percent.
CHESAPEAKE, VA. — Transnational Foods has renewed its industrial lease for 141,050 square feet at the Diamond Hill Distribution Center in Chesapeake. The company, which has several distribution centers across the U.S., provides supermarkets, wholesalers, dollar stores and convenience stores a range of products through its own brands and private labels. Diamond Hill Distribution Center includes four buildings totaling more than 712,500 square feet, and is approximately 97 percent occupied. The property is located off Route 64 in the Bainbridge submarket.
EL PASO, TEXAS — CBRE El Paso has brokered a 72,000-square-foot lease renewal at 1450 Pullman Drive in El Paso. Anthony Mash of CBRE El Paso represented the tenant, Robert Bosch LLC, in the transaction. William Caparis, also of CBRE El Paso, represented the landlord, IndCor Properties.

ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Skyline DFW Exhibits & Events has subleased 47,675 square feet of industrial space for the duration of Western-BRW Paper Co. Inc.'s term. The industrial space is located in the Arlington Corporate Center III, located at 3709 E. Randol Mill Road in Arlington. ProLogis developed the industrial building in 2001. Jim Ferris of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Jim Hazard, Brad Struck and Bill de la Chappelle of Transwestern Dallas represented the sublessor.
AURORA, COLO. — Majestic Realty Co. has announced plans to build a 500,000-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse and distribution building at the Majestic Commercenter in Aurora. The Class A industrial property will break ground in May and is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. Once complete, this will be the largest spec building to ever be constructed in the Denver area, according to Majestic.
SAUKVILLE, WIS. — Custom Color & Filling has purchased a 9,600-square-foot industrial building, located at 250 Progress Drive in Saukville, from Community Bank for $450,000. James Young of Cassidy Turley Barry represented Custom Color & Filling and Community Bank in the transaction. Custom Color & Filling manufactures exact match touch-up paint and plans to move in this spring.
NEW YORK CITY — Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Inc. has arranged the sale of an 18, 000 square-foot property, located at 105 Apollo St. in Brooklyn, for $2.6 million. The one-story, 9,000 square foot industrial warehouse building also features 9,000 square feet of available land. HK Marble & Tile Corp. is relocating its operations from Queens to 105 Apollo St. Jeffrey Unger of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the seller, Wolkow-Braker Roofing Corp., in the deal.
