HARTSELLE, ALA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $18.3 million sale of A Storage Place, a nine-property, self-storage portfolio in Alabama. The 504,000-square-foot portfolio includes 3,272 units. The facilities are located in Hartselle, Madison, Huntsville, Florence, Lacey's Spring and Decatur. The facilities include security cameras, gated entries, interior and exterior units, climate and non-controlled climate units and recreational vehicle and boat storage. Michael Mele and Edwin Greenhalgh of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited partnership in the transaction. The buyer is a Florida-based limited partnership.

WESTBURY, N.Y.— Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Inc. has arranged a 68,000-square-foot, long-term lease for Mr. Wu, a manufacturer of tofu and bean sprouts, at 750 Summa Ave. in Westbury. Linda Wong of Kalmon Dolgin represented Mr. Wu, while David Sargoy of Brown Harris Stevens represented the owner, 750 Summa Avenue LLC, in the deal. Mr. Wu will occupy the entire one-story warehouse, which includes 1,000 square feet of office space.

CEDAR PARK, TEXAS — TIG Real Estate Services has selected Cadence McShane Construction Co. to build Scottsdale Crossing Building One in Cedar Park. The facility is a light office/flex building totaling 27,500 square feet. The property is located at 5900 Highway 183A in TIG's Scottsdale Crossing Commerce Park in Cedar Park. Cadence McShane is slated to deliver the building in July. TIG Real Estate is handling the property's leasing and Studio 8 Architects is providing architectural services.

MONTEREY, CALIF. – A 22,912-square-foot R&D/flex building in Monterey has sold to 21 Lower Ragsdale Partners, LLC for $3 million. The property is located at 21 Lower Ragsdale. It contains 16,628 square feet of office and 6,285 square feet of warehouse space. The building was 65 percent occupied at the time of sale. The seller, Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System, was represented by Wylie Mitchell and Greg Findley of Cassidy Turley.

SHAKOPEE, MINN. — Milestone AV Technologies has signed a lease for 106,000 square feet of industrial space at 804 Valley Park Drive in Shakopee, a southwest suburb of Minneapolis. Milestone AV Technologies, a provider of mounting and display solutions for audiovisual technologies, will take occupancy in September and use the space for distribution. Clothing distribution company SanMar is the current tenant. Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq represented the landlord, Virginia Retirement Systems, in the deal.

BEDFORD, MASS. — State Electric Corp. has purchased an 18,000-square-foot flex building for $1.2 million in Bedford. The property, which is located near Route 3 and I-95, is a single-story industrial building with office space on a 2.6-acre site. The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented State Electric Corp. and the seller, Bill Callahan, in the deal. State Electric Corp. is a full-service electrical construction company that provides electrical construction services throughout Eastern New England.

ROBBINSVILLE, N.J.— Matrix Development Group, has plans to develop a 350,000-square-foot, build-to-suit facility for McKesson Corp, in Robbinsville. The facility will be located within Matrix Business Park, some 40 miles northwest of Philadelphia. The building will include 317,585 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space, 32,445 square feet of office space, 25 loading docks and parking for 220 cars. The facility is slated for completion in April. McKesson is a national U.S. pharmaceutical distributor and healthcare information technology company.

MUHLENBERG TOWNSHIP, PA. — Pratt Corrugated Holdings Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 115,000 square feet of industrial space in M­uhlenberg Township, located about 60 miles northwest off Philadelphia. The industrial building is situated within the Route 61 Distribution Center owned by Brasler Properties. Pratt is a national recycled paper and packaging company.
