DORAL, FLA. — SeaFreight Agencies Inc., a cargo and shipping solutions company, has signed a 148,750-square-foot industrial lease at the International CorporatePark, located at 9950 NW 17th St. in Doral. The deal makes SeaFreight the sole tenant in the Class A building, which includes 16,000 square feet of office space. Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg, Thomas Kresse and Carlos Gaviria of Transwestern represented the tenant in the transaction. Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, IndCor Properties.

BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. — Pinchal & Co. LLC has named Binswanger the exclusive agent for the sale of a 350,000-square-foot industrial building on 23.5 acres at 1091 Carolina Pines Drive in Blythewood. Constructed in 1999, the building includes reinforced concrete floors, 31- to 35-foot clear ceiling heights, 70 dock doors and 8,280 square feet of office space. The property overlooks I-77 and is located eight miles from I-20.
CHICAGO — Welsh Property Trust has purchased the Core Midwest Distribution Portfolio, which consists of five buildings totaling 2,711,183 square feet, for $99.5 million. The industrial buildings are 94-percent leased to six tenants. Properties in the portfolio include: 535 Shingle Oak Drive in Chicago, a 150,000-square-foot, fully leased property; 1105 E. Northfield Drive in Brownsburg, Ind., a 526,200-square-foot, fully leased property; 40 Logistics Blvd. in Walton, Ky., a 543,512-square-foot, fully leased property; 6766 Pontius Road in Groveport, Ohio, a 754,000-square-foot, 78.8 percent leased property; and 3051 Creekside Parkway. in Obetz, Ohio, a 737,471-square-foot fully leased property. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, New York City-based KTR Capital Partners, in the deal.
ROCKAWAY, N.J. — Roundhill Realty LLC has sold 301 Roundhill Drive, a 50,000-square-foot warehouse property in Rockaway, for $5.3 million. Built in 1992 and renovated in 2008, the Class A warehouse structure has 30-foot ceilings. The property is fully occupied with one drive-in and six exterior loading docks. NAI Hanson represented the buyer, Roundhill Acquisition. The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the deal.
IRVING, TEXAS — Nautilus Hyosung America, an international manufacturer of ATMs, has added 75,154 square feet of office and warehouse space at its U.S. headquarters at Parc 114 in Irving. The lease transaction more than doubles the tenant's space at the development totaling 137,044 square feet, making it Parc 114's largest tenant. The development is now 88 percent leased. Nautilus Hyosung will occupy its new space in the spring. Jackson-Shaw and ORIX Capital Markets formed a joint venture to develop Parc 114. Kurt North of North Pointe Commercial Realty represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Blake Kendrick of Stream Realty represented the landlord.
MANTECA, CALIF. — The 3.1-million-square-footCenterPointIntermodal Facility is scheduled to break ground in Manteca within the month. Manteca is situated between Stockton and Modesto in Northern California. The $175-million project will be located just west of Airport Way between Roth Road and Lathrop Road across from the Union Pacific intermodal yards. The funds will be provided by CalPERS. The San Joaquin Partnership estimates the new facility will create 600 permanent jobs.
CEDAR CITY, UTAH — GAF, North America’s largest roofing manufacturer, has purchased a 534,598-square-foot manufacturing facility in Cedar City for an undisclosed sum. The facility is located at 5080 West Highway 56. GAF plans to manufacture foam insulation boards and single-ply roofing system components at the facility. The company was represented by Eric Dienstbach of Binswanger’s Denver office. The seller was CC Utah Enterprises, LLC.
SKOKIE, ILL. — Command Transportation has signed a lease for 19,000 square feet of office space at 5500 W. Howard St., a 60,000-square-foot office building in Skokie, a northern suburb of Chicago. Locally based The Alter Group, a real estate development firm, owns the Class A office building. The deal brings 5500 West Howard to full occupancy.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CONN. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 224,061-square-foot FedEx distribution facility in South Windsor, Conn. for $32.2 million. The property, which is located at 456 Sullivan Ave., was built in 2012. Laurie Ann Drinkwater and Seth Richard of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, a regional private investor. FedEx’s double-net lease expires in 2027.
