The property features 3,000 square feet of office space, 8,000 square feet of shop space, 86,000 square feet of manufacturing/warehouse space, three five-ton bridge cranes, one three-ton bridge crane, 10 grade-level doors and five truck docks. WOODBURN, ORE. — A 146,465-square-foot industrial property in Woodburn has sold to Wilson Construction for $2.7 million. The stand-alone manufacturing facility is located at 2450 Progress Way. The seller, Supreme Indiana Operations, a subsidiary of truck body manufacturer Supreme Corporation, was represented by Mark Hush and Pat Ulch of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

The pair represented the sellers, Gregory Land Co. and Gregory Companies, in this transaction. The property is located at 3601-3655 and 3707 Walnut Street.
FORT WAYNE, IND. — Hall Aluminum Products has signed a lease for 47,668 square feet of industrial space at 2701 S. Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne. The company designs, installs and repairs commercial architectural glass. Mike Dahm of NAI Harding Dahm represented the landlord, Wayne Coliseum Limited, in the transaction. He also represented the tenant.
DALLAS — Colliers International has closed the sale of a 337-acre industrial site in south Dallas' Inland Port area. The purchase includes the site as well as two rail easements. Tom Pearson, Chris Teesdale and Ward Richmond of Colliers represented the seller, Sherman-based American Bank of Texas, in the transaction.

The company produces zero emission commercial electric vehicles. David Hinchman, Mike Mitchelson, Joe Orscheln, Brian Staton and Nicki Garret of CBRE Group represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord is the Kansas City Aviation Department.
LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT) has acquired the Kimberly-Clark Corp. Distribution Center, located at 1150 Commerce Blvd. in Logan Township for $36.1 million. The Class A property is situated within the LogistiCenter at Logan industrial park. Completed in 2009, the 566,500-square-foot property features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, expansive column spacing and 267 permanent trailer positions. Michael Hines, Michael Blunt, Brian Fiumara and Brad Ruppel of CBRE Group represented the seller, Northwestern Mutual. Bentall Kennedy advised MEPT on the sale.
SAN ANTONIO — NAI REOC has arranged Sygma Network's lease renewal and expansion of 257,250 square feet of industrial space at Rittiman Industrial Park, a 1.18 million-square-foot industrial property located in San Antonio. John Turcotte of NAI REOC represented the landlord, Delaware-based DCT Rittiman, in the lease transaction.
ORLANDO, FLA. — A 15,000-square-foot industrial property at 6101 Anno Ave. in Orlando has traded. The property was built in 1962 and includes two commercial buildings on 1.5 acres. Richard Matricaria of Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office represented the unlisted seller and Joe LaFleur also of the firm’s Orlando office secured the buyer, a private investor. The industrial property is located six miles south of downtown Orlando.
