CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Forward Air Solutions Inc. (FAS), a national distribution network and logistics services provider, leased the entire 150,000-square-foot industrial building at 2301 Nevada Blvd. in Charlotte. FAS, which specializes in customized store delivery for retailers, healthcare distributors, publishers, the hospitality industry and other companies, is relocating its Charlotte operations from Ridge Creek Distribution Center. Boston-based TA Associates Realty owns the industrial building on Nevada Boulevard. Bill Wood of Trinity Partners, which handles leasing and property management for the property, represented TA Associates Realty in the lease transaction and Mike Bauer of Dallas-based Fischer & Co. represented FAS.

SHARON, MASS. — Cintas Corp. has signed a lease for 27,750 square feet of industrial space at 1150 Providence Highway in Sharon. Cintas, which will occupy the entire building, is a publicly traded company that provides services to businesses such as promotional products, carpet cleaning and document management. The property is located at the junction of I-95 and Route 1. Catherine Minnerly and Ovar Osvold of NAI Hunneman represented the property owner, LL Sharon DC LLC, in the transaction. CBRE Group represented the tenant.

RIVERSIDE, CALIF. – A pair of distribution buildings in Riverside have received a forward commitment of $17.7 million. The properties contain a total of 850,000 square feet spread out among four tenants. The funding was arranged by Carl Fuller of the Alison Company through a correspondent life insurance company. The seven-month forward commitment is for a 10-year loan with a 25-year amortization period.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. — The Hampshire Cos. has acquired a 98,904-square-foot industrial/flex building at 2 Cranberry Road in Parsippany. The property operates as an industrial condominium, which consists of four separate units. Tenants include Availl, a subsidiary of Boeing, and Padded Waggon, a moving company. The property is located off Route 80 near the I-287 junction.

SALT LAKE CITY — The Sun Products Corporation has signed a lease for 1 million square feet of space at Freeport West Landmark Industrial Park in Salt Lake City. This is the largest lease signed so far in Utah in 2012. Sun Products will be consolidating six of its warehouses into two main distribution centers. Sun was represented by Zach Anderson, Bryce Blanchard, Kyle Roberts and Mike Falk of NAI West. Freeport West was represented in-house by Brad Ross.
