Situated on 10 acres, the facility includes 300,000 square feet of Class A office space, 20 interior docks and contains a 22-foot clear ceiling height. AURORA, ILL. — ROC Inc. has acquired a 69,630-square-foot flex building at 3600 Thayer Court in Aurora. The single-story building is located five miles from Interstate 88 and is 7 percent leased. The building features two exterior docks, three drive-in doors and 18-foot clear ceilings heights. GASTONIA, N.C. — REPI has opened its $8 million, 44,000-square-foot North American headquarters, located in the 350-acre Gastonia Technology Park in Gastonia. Carroll Properties Corp. was the site consultant for the project. The new facility will create approximately 40 jobs.
ATLANTA — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged $12.4 million to recapitalize the 208,800-square-foot Southmeadow J, a Class A industrial building located in Atlanta. Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan, Jeff Walker and Larry Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented McDonald Development Co., the owner, in the recapitalization.
WILMINGTON, MASS. — Dig Safe Systems has purchased a 10,400-square-foot industrial building at 11 Upton Drive in Wilmington for $1.1 million. GRAND PRAIRIE — Prologis has sold a 110,000-square-foot industrial property, located at 1414 N. Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Cannon Green and Bates Arnot of Stream Realty Partners represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was Sigma Family Limited Partnership.
RIVERSIDE, CALIF. – Spectra Premium has signed a 52-month lease for 85,000 square feet at the Meridian Business Park. It is located at 14530 Innovation Drive in Riverside. The auto parts distributor will use the Class A building for its West Coast distribution operations. Spectra was represented by Ryan Miller of Voit’s Inland Empire office. The landlord, GE Capital Real Estate, was represented by Walt Chenoweth, Frank Geraci, Juan Gutierrez and Patrick Wood of the same office.
BUENA PARK, CALIF. – Home Design Outlet Center has leased an 18,179-square-foot industrial building in Buena Park. The outlet center plans to use the space as a product showroom and West Coast distribution center. Home Design was represented by Chuck Wilson and Brian Chastain of Colliers International. The landlord, RREEF, was represented by CBRE’s Laird Perkins.
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL. — NAI Hiffman has arranged industrial lease transactions totaling 55,000 square feet in Elk Grove Village. In the largest of the three deals, Rational Cooking renewed its lease for 24,000 square feet at 1645 Greenleaf Ave. At 1485 Greenleaf Ave., Cristall Thread & Supply signed a new lease for 12,000 square feet. The company, a sewing threads and supplies provider, required a larger space and is moving from its former location at 690 Lunt Ave. Joe Bronson of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord, Mirvac, in both transactions. Rob Wheeler of Cresa Partners represented Rational Cooking and Tom Gath of Grubb & Ellis represented Cristall. Additionally, Land Air Express renewed its lease for 19,424 square feet at 2300 Estes Ave. Bronson represented the tenant. Prologis, the landlord, was self-represented.
