FULLERTON, CALIF. — Progressive Marketing Products/Premier has signed a five-year lease for 62,396 square feet of industrial and office space in Fullerton. The Class A facility is located at 1321 State College Blvd. Progressive was represented by Ian Britton and Clyde Stauff of Colliers International. The landlord, DSA State College Business Park, LLC, was represented by Britton and John Long, also of Colliers.
JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — A 58,600-square-foot industrial building, located at 205 Commercial Drive in Jacksonville, has sold for $2.37 million. Bryan Bartlett of Grubb & Ellis/Phoenix Realty Group represented American Builders and Contractors Supply Co., the seller, in the transaction. The buyer was 2G Energy AG.
POMPANO BEACH, FLA. — T.M.D. Holdings has sold a 21,523-square-foot warehouse, located at 2301 NW 33rd Court in Pompano Beach, to Murr 2301 for $1.33 million. Randy Rauch of Pompano Beach-based Rauch Realty Group represented the buyer in the transaction. Bank of America, NA, provided a first mortgage loan to the buyer.
FORT WAYNE — ASM Acquisition Corp. has renewed its lease for 5,050 square feet of industrial space at 611 Cross Creek Blvd. in Fort Wayne. Bill Drinkall of NAI Harding Dahm represented the tenant in the transaction.
AUSTIN — Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) has arranged an $11.5 million loan for the refinancing of a six-property, 2,109-unit self-storage portfolio across the State of Texas. Michael Laurencelle of MMCC's Austin office arranged the 10-year loan with a 30-year amortization schedule and a fixed rate of 5.41 percent.
ROGERS, MINN. — Liberty Property Trust plans to break ground on a 227,000-square-foot industrial building this June at Liberty Industrial Park at Diamond Lake in Rogers. The $14 million, multi-tenant building will be located on 13 acres at 13320 Wilfred Lane North. The building will include four distinct entrances and 27 dock doors. The project is expected to be complete by the end of the year. Edward Farr of Edward Farr Architects Inc. is the architect for the project, and Anderson K.M. Builders is the general contractor.
WAUKEGAN, ILL. — Brown Paper Goods is expanding its operations and has leased 26,642 square feet of industrial space within a 180,000-square-foot building at the Amhurst Lakes Business Park in Waukegan. Brown Paper Goods manufactures and distributes specialty paper bags and sheets for the food industry. The building is located at 3630 Burwood, which is close to the company's headquarters in the business park. Whit Heitman, Sam Badger and Brad Weiner of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the landlord, Prudential, in the transaction. Ryan Bain of CBRE represented the tenant.
RICHARDSON — Go Industries has purchased a four-building, 39,602-square-foot industrial complex, located at 909 N. Bowser Road in Richardson. Kevin Santaularia of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was Atlas Copco Compressors.
ELIZABETHTOWN, PA. — Exeter Property Group has purchased 1499 Zeager Rd., a 290,000-square-foot industrial building in Elizabethtown. Prior to the sale, the former single-user facility had been converted to multi-tenant use. The building is approximately 50 percent occupied by companies in the pet pharmaceutical industry, such as Butler Schein Animal Health. Gerard Blinebury, Leah Balerno and Pat McBride of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction. Exeter was represented in-house.
