JUSTIN — SkyWalker Property Partners has purchased a 43,259-square-foot, six-building industrial complex, located at 9534 Industrial Rd. in Justin, from Valliance Bank. Renee Efimoff of Arlington-based SCM Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the transaction. Michelle Hudson of Dallas-based Hudson Peters Commercial represented the seller. Jeff Givens and Todd Hawpe of Transwestern Dallas have been retained to market the property.
VALENCIA, CALIF. – All Body Fitness has signed a 62-month lease for a 36,498-square-foot industrial building in Valencia. The building is located at 28328 W. Witherspoon Parkway and was built in 2000. All Body Fitness was represented by Trevor Gale of Beitler Commercial. PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — National Gypsum Co. has sold a 275,517-square-foot warehouse/prodution building at 175 DeRousse Ave. in Pennsauken. The buyers, New Mill Capital and Global Equipment, plan to use the facility for equipment storage and will offer space for lease. GARLAND — Frank & Frank have leased 75,229 square feet of warehouse space in Gateway East Business Center Building II, located at 4009 Distribution Dr. in Garland. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Dallas office represented the landlord, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, in the lease transaction. Adam Curran of Irving-based Mercer Co. represented the tenant.
HANOVER, MD. — CBRE has negotiated the sale Lincoln Crossroads I & III, two industrial buildings totaling 507,350 square feet located at 7481 and 7451 Coca Cola Dr. in Hanover. According to CoStar, the sale price was $42.5 million. Bo Cashman, Jonathan Beard and John Wilhide of CBRE's Baltimore office represented the seller, Crossroads Venture, a joint venture between Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. and Dallas-based Invesco Real Estate, in the transaction. The buyer was Denver-based Industrial Income Trust.
LEBANON, OHIO —Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. has purchased a 51,200-square-foot industrial building, located at 4170 Columbia Rd. in Lebanon for $5.1 million. The property is net leased for 7.5 years to Siemens Real Estate, a division of Siemens AG. The building was recently constructed by Crescent Development.
CAROL STREAM, ILL. — Duke Realty Corp. has acquired two, fully leased industrial buildings in Carol Stream, Ill., totaling 463,222 square feet, for $32 million. The building located at 720 Center Avenue is a 360,684-square foot building and is fully leased to Peacock Engineering, a food packaging company. The 75,538-square-foot building at 189 –199 Easy St. is leased by Chicago Title Company, a real estate services provider. NEW YORK CITY — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a four-building industrial portfolio, totaling 950,868 square feet, in Maryland and New Jersey. New York-based SK Realty Management purchased the properties, which were fully leased at the time of sale. The three Maryland industrial properties include 500 Hickory Dr., totaling 470,707 square feet in Aberdeen; the 205,030-square-foot 600 Hickory Dr. in Aberdeen; and the 93,761-square-foot 7616 Canton Center Drive in Baltimore. The New Jersey property is 100 Friars Blvd. in Thorofare and consists of 181,370 square feet. All four properties are used for warehouse/distribution purposes. The Cushman & Wakefield team of Gary Gabriel, Cristopher Abramson, Brian Kruger, Nicholas Signor, Paul Torosian and John Plower represented the seller, Prologis, and procured the buyer.
CARLSTADT, N.J. — The Donna Karan Co. has signed a new, long-term lease for 197,445 square feet at 400 Commercial Blvd. in Carlstadt. The facility, which will include 23,615 square feet of renovated office space, will serve as the company's regional distribution hub for its signature apparel and accessories. Thomas Carragher of Studley Inc. represented Donna Karan Co. in the transaction. The landlord, Russo Development, was represented in-house by Michael Pembroke and Adam Pasternack.
