ARLINGTON — Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has arranged the sale of a 65,000-square-foot warehouse, located at 840 N. Great Southwest Parkway in Arlington. GREEN OAKS, ILL. — Bridge Development Partners has acquired Green Oaks Business Center, a three-building, 461,943-square-foot industrial park at 13820-13950 Business Center Dr. in Green Oaks. The property is nearly 70 percent leased to ITW Paslode, Neptune Lighting Inc., Office Concepts and Advanced Packaging and Fulfillment Inc. Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, Jeffrey Kahan and Fred Regnery of Colliers International represented the seller, International Airport Centers, in the transaction.
DALLAS — CyrusOne has plans to reposition a 700,000-square-foot property that it owns on a 30-acre parcel of land in the suburb north of Dallas to become the largest data center facility in Texas. CyrusOne plans to construct the facility to provide 400,000 square feet of raised floor data center space and 60,000 square feet of office space. The new facility will be constructed to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
SAN MARCOS — NAI REOC Austin has brokered the sale of a 64,733-square-foot industrial property, located at 1000 Civic Center Loop in San Marcos. Jerry Heare of NAI REOC Austin, along with Garrett Gibson of Houston-based Gibson & Granello, represented the buyer, Houston-based DCV Development, in the transaction. The seller was SH Leggitt Co.

CERRITOS, CALIF. — A 27,985-square-foot industrial building in Cerritos has sold to a buyer in the automotive industry for $2,966,410. The building was constructed in 1969 and includes 4,500 square feet of office space. Christopher Sheehan and Adam Deierling of Colliers’ South Bay office represented both the buyer, which will act as an owner-user, and the seller, a private investor.
BESSEMER, ALA. — Birmingham, Ala.-based Southpace Properties has arranged the $2.6 million sale of the 72,600-square-foot Academy Business Park, a four-property industrial park located on Powder Plant Road in Bessemer. Rich Vanchina of Southpace Properties represented the seller, 2226 Academy, in the transaction. Michael Randman, also of Southpace Properties, represented the buyer, an investor.
TETERBORO, N.J. — Chicago-based Sitex Realty Group has acquired 125 and 200 Central Ave., a 210,009-square-foot industrial complex in Teterboro. The facility at 125 Central Ave. includes 104,213-square-foot of space and 200 Central Ave. is a 105,796-square-foot facility. Gary Sauerborn, Jeffrey DeMagistris and Thomas Vetter of NAI Hanson represented the seller, John Landers of the Marschall Warehouse Co. in the transaction. Sitex plans to lease and renovate the space, including a new office build-out.
CARROLLTON — Dallas-based CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners has brokered the sale of a 6,000-square-foot industrial property, located at 1800 Trinity Valley in Carrollton. The buyer, BKTN Development plans to use half the facility for its offices and the other half for storage. David Tuttle of CASE's Fort Worth office represented the buyer in the transaction.
