RICHMOND, VA. — Teton Sales has purchased a 46,000-square-foot office/warehouse property, located at 3703 Carolina Ave. in Richmond, from 3703 Carolina Ave. LLC for $1.05 million. Franklin Bell of Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer's Richmond office represented the buyer in the transaction, and Chip Louthan of Richmond-based Grubb & Ellis/Harrison & Bates represented the seller.

LIBERTYVILLE, ILL. — Laser Precision, a company that uses laser technology for fabrication, has leased 30,345 square feet of warehouse space at 1400 Harris Rd. in Libertyville. Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham of CB Richard Ellis represented both the landlord, McShane Liberty Point, and the tenant in the transaction.

KNOXVILLE, TENN. — VERICOM Global Solutions has signed a 108,000-square-foot lease for the Woods Building, located in West Bridge Business Park at 2525 Quality Ln. in Knoxville. Bob Thornton of Knoxville-based Baker Realty Co. represented Woods Group, TN, the landlord, in the transaction. Drew Clemmons of Knoxville-based Connell Properties represented the tenant.

BRAINTREE, MASS. — NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of a 52,200-square-foot industrial building, located at 116 Lundquist Dr. in Braintree, Mass. for $3.1 million. Catherine Minnerly and Ovar Osvold of NAI Hunneman's Boston office represented the seller, Braintree-based Resources Business Management and Properties Corp., in the transaction. They also procured the buyer, Shaughnessy & Ahern, a rigging and heavy-hauling firm based in Boston.

OLIVE BRANCH, MISS. — General Electric has signed a 212,800-square-foot lease at Crossroads Distribution Center, Building A, located at 9124 Pole Ln. in Olive Branch. The company is relocating from a 60,000-square-foot space in DeSoto County. Lisa Harber of CBRE's Atlanta office, along with Patrick Burke of CBRE's Memphis, Tenn., office represented the tenant in the lease transaction. IDI, the landlord, was self-represented by Tim Moore.
