The facility is located at 22310 NW Wagon Way. Power Freight was represented by Miles Von Bergen of Capacity Commercial. MACON, GA. — The 88,000-square-foot former Rock-Tenn Converting facility, located on 6.4 acres in the Airport Industrial Park in Macon, has been sold to Perry, Ga.-based Gilmer Warehousing. Arthur Barry, III, of Macon-based Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry represented Rock-Tenn, the seller, in the transaction and procured the buyer.
EAST HEMPFIELD, PA. — NAI Commercial Partners Inc. has arranged the sale of a 25,000 square foot industrial building, located at 1886 Commerce Park E. in East Hempfield. GASTONIA, N.C. — CTL Packaging USA has selected Red Rock Developments to develop its new $58 million, 226,000-square-foot facility at Gastonia Technology Park, located one mile north of Interstate 85 in Gastonia. The new facility will house CTL's North American operations and is expected to create 131 jobs during the next 4 years. Construction will begin in November or early December.
ARDSLEY, N.Y. — Rand Commercial Services has closed the $3.9 million sale of an 80,000-square-foot warehouse in Ardsley, N.Y. Paul Adler and Ann Silver of Rand Commercial's White Plains, N.Y. office represented both parties in the transaction. The buyer was Elm Street Sport Group LLC.

Joel Kattan and Hernan Prohaszka of Franklin Street's Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office represented the buyer, GK Emerald, an entity that includes K.G. CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman's Atlanta office has arranged $25.7 million in acquisition debt financing on behalf of a partnership between AREA Property Partners and DW Management Co. The partnership used the funds to purchase a 559,750-square-foot building, located at 12801 Jamesburg Dr. in Charlotte, and a 443,520-square-foot building, located at 1075 Taylor Rd. in Chicago. A domestic bank provided the 5-year loan.
