SECAUCUS, N.J. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has arranged $6 million in financing for 501 and 601 Penhorn Ave., two industrial buildings totaling 100,000 square feet in Secaucus, N.J. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler worked on behalf of Bhasin Properties to secure the long-term, fixed-rate loan through Principal Real Estate Investors. Both properties are fully leased.

BREA, CALIF. — SAME Investments LLC has purchased a 99,552-square-foot industrial warehouse in Brea. The company plans to operate its screen printing business at the facility, which is located at 333 Cliffwood Park Street. SAME was represented by Joseph Miller and Stan Kwak of Voit’s Anaheim office. CBRE’s Sean Ward, Ben Seybold and Shin Kim represented the seller, Kirkhill-TA Co.

FORT MYERS, FLA. — Chico's Retail Services has purchased a 33,000-square-foot industrial building, located at 10995 Metro Pkwy. in Fort Myers, from CDW 10995 Metro Parkway, LLC, for $2.5 million. Randal Mercer of CBRE's Fort Myers office represented the seller in the transaction, and Allan Fox of Commercial Property Management represented the buyer.

LYNDHURST, N.J. — Relevant Partners LLC, a New York-based experiential firm, has leased 22,000 square feet at Meadowlands Distribution Center, located at 1275 Valley Brook Ave. in Lyndhurst, N.J. Cushman & Wakefield's Stephen Elman and Robert Adams represented Relevant Partners in negotiating the long-term lease. Jeff Chaus of Chaus Realty was the broker for ProLogis, the property's owner. Relevant Partners will relocate its regional warehouse to the property from New Jersey this fall.

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIF. — A 96,888-square-foot industrial warehouse in the City of Industry has sold to Asia Direct for $8.24 million. The furniture importer plans to use the warehouse for its new headquarters, which is currently based in Commerce, Calif. Asia Direct was represented by Brian McLoughlin and David Fults of Voit’s Commerce office. The seller, Overton Moore Properties, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
