The property is fully leased to Andersen Logistics. Gerry Blinebury, Pat McBride and Leah Balerno of Cushman & Wakefield's Philadelphia office were the sole brokers of the transaction. David Fazekas of Industrial Income Trust's East Rutherford, N.J., office sourced the transaction.
