GREENCASTLE, IND. — Crown Equipment Corp. has selected Browning Construction to construct the company's facility expansion in Greencastle. The $7 million project will include 136,110 square feet of warehouse space and 9,686 square feet of office space. Completion is scheduled for the fall.

CARLSTADT, N.J. — Total Office Planning Services has signed a sublease for 113,000 square feet of warehouse space at 333 Starke Road in Carlstadt. The company is relocating its operations from Long Island City, Queens. Stephen Elman and Robert Adams of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office partnered with Frank Caccavo of the firm's Edison, N.J., office to represent both parties in the deal. The sublessor's name was not released.
COLTON, CALIF. — NAI Capital has arranged the $4.15 million purchase of a 290,047-square-foot industrial property located at 311 W. Citrus Ave. in Colton. The seller, Splash Properties LLC, leased back 110,000 square feet of the property for its stone-fabrication business. NAI Capital’s Nicholas Chang, Richard Lee and Francisco Camacho represented the undisclosed buyer, which will use the larger portion of the property for a food-processing facility, in the transaction. Lee & Associates represented the seller.
GLENDALE, WIS. — Weyco Group has selected the Milwaukee office of Opus Development Corp. to construct a 52,000-square-foot expansion at the company's headquarters in Glendale. The mezzanine expansion will provide additional space to accommodate the company's continued growth and expansion. Weyco, a shoe manufacturer, recently acquired The Combs Companies, the owner of Bogs and Rafters footwear brands. Completion is scheduled for July.
DEVENS, MASS. — Supply chain solutions company NFI has signed a lease for 125,000 square feet of industrial space within Devens Industrial Park in Devens. The landlord is CrossHarbor Capital Partners. The space, which is located within a 401,000-square-foot warehouse at 66 Saratoga Blvd., will be used as a distribution center. John Lashar, John Wilson, Paul Leone and James Lipscomb of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord in lease negotiations.
LATHROP, CALIF. — On behalf of Gordon Trucking, The Alliance Group Commercial Construction will break ground for a 23,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up satellite terminal facility this month. Slated for completion in November, the new building will allow the Washington-based trucking firm to provide equipment-servicing dispatch and refueling for the fleet, which exceeds 1,600 vehicles nationwide. The property will also include approximately 13 acres of concrete paved truck parking.
ENGLEWOOD, COLO. — Sandler-Johnson Property Management has sold a 45,908-square-foot industrial building, located at 1600 W. Dartmouth in Englewood, to Dr. Bruce Elsey for $1.9 million. Alec Rhodes and Tyler Smith of Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction. The single-story, stand-alone facility was built in 1975.
GROVELAND, FLA. — Raney Construction and Raney Components have signed a 10-year, 90,000-square-foot lease at 19900 Independence Blvd. in Groveland. The landlord, Adams Building Materials Property Partnership, was represented by Sher Tolan of Orlando, Fla.-based Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors. The tenant was not represented.
AUSTIN — The Lance Armstrong Foundation LiveStrong Cancer Navigation Center in east Austin opened its doors in late March to provide free services for anyone affected by cancer. STG Design provided architecture and interior design services by revitalizing an existing warehouse space to serve as a prototypical cancer resources center. Originally housing the Gulf Coast Paper Co., the building will act as a central hub for financial, medical and personal guidance to individuals with cancer. It is located at 2201 E. Sixth St.
KANSAS CITY, MO. — Graphic Packaging International has signed a lease for 155,000 square feet at 5800 Stilwell Avenue in Kansas City. The tenant, which produces innovative and sustainable packaging, plans to use the space for expansion and relocation from the company's existing warehouse operations in the Greater Kansas City market. The lease includes the entire industrial facility as well as a portion of the building's office component. James Phillpott, Raymond Stache, Elizabeth Pittman, Travis Jackson, John O'Neill, Chris White, Allison Bittel and Addison Meriwether of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. and Joe Accurso of Kessinger Hunter & Company represented the tenant; Kenneth Block, Zach Hubbard and Michael Block of Block Real Estate Services represented the landlord, 5800 Stilwell Associates, an investment group formed by Kenneth Block of Block Real Estate Services, in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
