MESA, ARIZ. — Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has completed the $3.7 million sale of Falcon Commerce Park, a multi-tenant industrial property located at 1610, 1660 and 1750 N. Rosemont in Mesa. Hyatt Investments USA LLP purchased the three-building, 74,446-square-foot complex, which was built in 2009, from Arizona Graystar Return LLC. Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial’s Paul Boyle and Rick Danis represented the seller in the transaction, and Andrew Jaffe of Commercial Properties represented the buyer.

DETROIT — 1401 Vermont LLC has purchased a 28,042-square-foot industrial facility in Detroit. The buyer plans to utilize the building, which is located at 2000 Porter St., as an artists guild. Michael Grammatico and Tom Jablonski of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The purchase price was not released.
MINNEAPOLIS — NorthMarq Capital's Minneapolis Regional office has arranged a $26.1 million loan for a six-building industrial portfolio in Minnesota. The 602,975-square-foot portfolio includes Enterprise Corporate Center in Mendota Heights, Lakepoint Distribution Center in Plymouth, Staring Lake I and Staring Lake II in Eden Prairie, Vadnais Heights Business Center in Vadnais Heights and River Crossings in Shakopee. NorthMarq's Patrick Minea arranged the 10-year loan for the borrower through NorthMarq's correspondent relationship with Allstate Life Insurance Co.
BEACON, N.Y. — Hudson Baylor Corp. has acquired 17 acres of land within Westgate Indsutrial Park on Fishkill Avenue in Beacon. The company plans to construct a 60,000-square-foot, single-stream recycling facility that will serve Dutchess County. Prudential Serls Price Properties Commercial Group brokered the deal.
LAKE HAVASU CITY, ARIZ. – Marcus & Millichap has presided over the $5 million trade of the Lake Havasu RV & Boat Storage, a self-storage facility located at 1808 Victoria Farms Road in Lake Havasu City. Built and opened in October 2007, the property consists of 149,340 square feet of fully enclosed boat and RV units and 54,970 square feet of traditional self-storage units. Marcus & Millichap’s Nicholas Walker, Chico LeClaire, Jacob Steele and Andy Glinski represented both the limited-liability-company buyer and the financial-institution seller in the transaction.
GOODYEAR, ARIZ. — Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a 153,000-square-foot warehouse lease for Schoeller Arca Systems at 17300 W. Broadway Road in Goodyear. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The 100-year-old, Netherlands-based global market leader in the manufacturing of sustainable plastic packaging systems will occupy the one-story warehouse/manufacturing property sometime in second quarter. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Anthony Lydon and Marc Hertzberg represented Robert Engle, SAS’s president, in the long-term industrial lease. Dan Calihan and Pat Feeney of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, BET Investments.
NORTH EAST, MD. — Two leases totaling 134,400 square feet were signed at 4 Center Dr., a 345,600-square-foot Class A industrial distribution building in North East. The GSA leased 76,800 square feet for the Department of Health and Human Services, and Pennsylvania-based Herr's leased an additional 57,600 square feet to expand their current 96,000-square-foot space. Ned Brady and Matthew Laraway of Cushman & Wakefield's Baltimore, Md. office represented the landlord, Northeast Commerce Center and Herr's. The GSA was self-represented.

The 34,526-square-foot property is located at 4639 Waldo Industrial Dr. Kevin McKeon of NAI DESCO represented the buyer; Paul Nagel and Rudy Stinnett of Gundaker Commercial Group represented the seller, L M & N Building LLC, in the transaction. Terms of the sale were not released.
BURLINGTON, WIS. — Wildcat LLC has completed the disposition of a 13,650-square-foot industrial building, which is located at 762 Brookview Ave. in Burlington. Wisconsin Fluid Systems, which specializes in centrifuge filtration systems and biodiesel processing equipment, acquired the property for an undisclosed price. John Henderson and Vytau Barcas of NAI MLG Commercial represented the seller; Joe Busch of Bear Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
MAHWAH, N.J. — NAI James E. Hanson has brokered the sale of a 50,000-square-foot retail/warehouse building located at 270 Route 17 South in Mahwah for $3.77 million.
