ROSEVILLE, MINN. — Woodhouse Spa is scheduled to open at Rosedale Center in the Twin Cities suburb of Roseville in July. The luxury brand will open Minnesota’s only upscale spa, according to a news release. Rosedale Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot shopping center, recently welcomed tenants Lululemon, Anthropologie, Warby Parker, Hollister and Shake Shack. Dick’s Sporting Goods is slated to open in October. Holly Rome and Lane Walsh of JLL represented ownership in the lease with Woodhouse Spa, which operates more than 80 spas across the country. The Rosedale location is owned and operated by local resident Amy Adams.

HUNTLEY, ILL. — John B. Sanfilippo & Son Inc. has inked a 444,600-square-foot industrial lease at Venture Park 47 in the Chicago suburb of Huntley. Completed in 2023, the building at 12300 Jim Dhamer Drive totals 729,823 square feet. Frank Griffin and John Sharpe of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, which has begun occupying the facility concurrently with a tenant improvement build-out. Brian Kling and Reed Adler of Colliers represented the owner, Venture One Real Estate. The transaction marks the largest industrial lease of the second quarter in Chicago’s North Kane County submarket and the fourth largest in metro Chicago, according to Lee & Associates. John B. Sanfilippo & Son is a processor, packager and marketer of a wide variety of nut and snack products.

SOUTHGATE, MICH. — Embers Coffee Co. has signed a 4,500-square-foot retail lease at Southgate Shopping Center in Southgate, a southwest suburb of Detroit. Embers will serve coffee roasted by Rootless Coffee of Flint, Mich. The coffee shop is slated to open this fall at 13627 Eureka Road. Greg Hornby of Friedman Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease. The landlord was undisclosed.

Post-Oak-Logistics-Park-Houston

HOUSTON — Global logistics company eFulfill has preleased the entire 368,099 square feet of Building B at Post Oak Logistics Park, a 43-acre development that is under construction in southwest Houston. North Texas-based Jackson-Shaw is developing Post Oak Logistics Park, which is now fully preleased following a 168,193-square-foot deal with Festival Trading Co. earlier this year, in partnership with Greystar. Beau Kaleel and Michael Foreman of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership in the lease negotiations. Jimo Liu, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS —Escalante Golf has signed a 25,000-square-foot office lease in Fort Worth. The golf course operator is taking space at Foch Street Warehouses, a 135,727-square-foot development in the city’s West 7th Entertainment District. Chris Doggett and Matthew Cheney of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Asana Partners, in the lease negotiations. Gibson Duwe and Kyle Poulson of Transwestern represented the tenant.

DALLAS — A partnership between two nonprofits organizations, substance abuse counseling services provider Youth 180 and AIDS Services of Dallas (ASD), have opened a 10,000-square-foot shared office on the city’s west side. Youth 180 sold its 10,000-square-foot building at 201 South Tyler St. to ASD and is leasing back approximately half of the space for administrative purposes and ongoing services.

WILMINGTON, N.C. — CBL Properties has signed female apparel retailers Free People and FP Movement to open new stores at Mayfaire Town Center, a 610,000-square-foot open-air shopping mall in Wilmington. The affiliated brands will open their stores on Main Street totaling 5,500 square feet this fall. Additionally, CBL is set to open a new Claire’s store this month and reopen Chick-fil-A later this summer. Vochos Urban Mexican Kitchen and Potbelly Sandwich Shop are also set to debut their restaurants at Mayfaire soon. CBL is also expanding Reeds Jewelers, which has been a tenant at Mayfaire since the mall opened 20 years ago. The retailer will operate a newly expanded store on Inspiration Drive spanning 9,000 square feet. Set to open in July, the flagship store will carry Rolex and David Yurman brands and feature a bar and lounge. CBL also agreed to relocate and expand lululemon, which has been a tenant since 2021, to a new 5,200-square-foot store on Main Street. Rack Room Shoes also recently relocated to a new 4,000-square-foot store.

HIGHLAND VILLAGE, TEXAS — Fitness concept Body20 and beauty treatments provider OrangeTwist have opened new studios/stores at The Shops at Highland Village, a retail center located about 15 miles north of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The spaces span 2,000 and 2,300 square feet, respectively. Restaurant Dragon House will also join the lineup later this year. JLL manages the property.

NEW YORK CITY — Law firm Herrick Feinstein LLP has signed a 76,849-square-foot office lease at Two Park Avenue, a 1 million-square-foot building in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The space spans the entire 14th floor and part of the 15th floor of the building, which recently underwent a capital improvement program. Tara Stacom, Mitchell Arkin, Peter Trivelas and Mike Tranfalia of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. John Wheeler and Peter Riguardi of JLL represented the tenant.

Reservoir-Place-Waltham

WALTHAM, MASS. — Welch’s will relocate its corporate headquarters office from Concord, a northwestern suburb of Boston, to nearby Waltham. The fruit-based food and beverage provider’s new headquarters will span 60,000 square feet within Reservoir Place, a development by Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP), and will include lab facilities. The company plans to begin building out its new space this summer and to take occupancy next spring. Cushman & Wakefield represented Welch’s, which has operated out of Concord for the past 40 years, in its site selection and lease negotiations.
