Executive Drive. Ned Purtell and Andy Hess of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented the tenant, which expects to take occupancy June 1.

NAPERVILLE, ILL. — iCode, an after-school program for kids focused on coding activities and STEM education, has signed a 2,262-square-foot retail lease at 632 Amersale Drive in the Chicago suburb of Naperville. Chad Littleton of Morrow Hill represented the tenant, while Michael Petrik and Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Jones Family Naperville LLC. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
NEW YORK CITY — ESKW/Architects, which specializes in the design of civic projects, has signed an 8,447-square-foot office lease at 52 Duane St. in downtown Manhattan. The firm is relocating from 100 Lafayette St. to the fifth floor of the 10-story, 100,000-square-foot building, which was originally constructed in 1935. Brad Gerla, Jonathan Cope and Masha Dudelzak of CBRE represented the landlord, an entity doing business as 52 Duane Associates, in the lease negotiations. Elizabeth Martin of E.L. Martin Partners represented the tenant.
NEW YORK CITY — YETI, an Austin-based retailer of coolers and drinkware and other outdoor products, has opened a 6,614-square-foot store at Midtown Manhattan. The two-story space, which is located within the 860,000-square-foot, 115-year-old building at 200 Fifth Ave., will be YETI’s flagship store in New York City and 20th nationwide. Ian Rice of SCG Retail and Jordan Cohn of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Alan Schmerzler and Steven Soutendijk of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP).
WYLIE, TEXAS — Chint Power Systems, a manufacturer and distributor of solar energy products, has signed a 76,433-square-foot industrial lease in Wylie, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. The space is located within Wylie Business Center, a 274,416-square-foot development that features 36-foot clear heights and parking for 154 cars and 80 trailers. Kurt Griffin, Nathan Orbin and Dalton Knipe of JLL represented the owners, Lovett Industrial and Cresset Real Estate Partners, in the lease negotiations. Christian Moore of Mercer Co. represented Chint Power Systems, which plans to take occupancy this summer.
ATLANTA – PrizePicks, a daily fantasy sports operator based in Atlanta, has selected the Star Metals Offices at 1055 Howell Mill Road for its new corporate headquarters. The owner and office landlord of the building in Atlanta’s West Midtown district is Coral Gables, Fla.-based Allen Morris Co. PrizePicks will occupy 33,000 square feet at Star Metals and will invest $25 million in its new headquarters space. The company estimates it will expand its workforce at the new space by 1,000 employees over the next seven years. Organizations involved in the site selection process for the PrizePicks headquarters include the Georgia Department of Economic Development, the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Invest Atlanta, Select Fulton and Georgia Power.
GREENWICH, CONN. — Stark Office Suites has signed a 23,538-square-foot office lease extension and expansion in the southern coastal Connecticut city of Greenwich. The provider of flexible workspace solutions is taking an additional 5,772 square feet at 777 West Putnam, a 134,000-square-foot building located along U.S. Route 1. James Ritman and Benjamin Goldstein of Newmark represented the landlord, New York-based investment firm Shelbourne, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was self-represented.
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Andiamo Pasta & Chops will open at The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, a northern suburb of Detroit. The restaurant comes from Michigan-based Joe Vicari Restaurant Group. The concept will be something new for Michigan restaurants, but the idea will be mirrored off Joe Vicari’s Andiamo Italian Steakhouse in Las Vegas. Andiamo Pasta & Chops is slated to open this summer in the 7,670-square-foot space formerly home to Brio Italian Grille at 17430 Hall Road. Renovation plans call for the space to be completely redesigned and reconfigured around a central bar, which will become the centerpiece of the new restaurant. There will also be a lounge area, two dining rooms and a separate banquet area. The Mall at Partridge Creek is a 640,000-square-foot, open-air shopping center that is home to more than 80 stores, restaurants and entertainment sites. The mall is leased and managed by Spinoso Real Estate Group.
SHAWNEE, KAN. — Five Guys will open a 2,300-square-foot restaurant at 10 Quivira Plaza in Shawnee, approximately 10 miles southwest of Kansas City. The location, slated to open in June, marks the 13th restaurant for Five Guys in the Kansas City area. Erin Johnston of Copaken Brooks represented ownership on an internal basis. Five Guys joins other retailers Westlake Hardware, Big Biscuit, Vintage Stock and Price Chopper at the shopping center, which is located on the northwest corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Quivira Road.
CYPRESS, TEXAS — Lone Star Downhole Products has signed a 10,000-square-foot industrial lease in the northwestern Houston metro of Cypress. The manufacturer of energy equipment parts is taking the entire building at 19615 Juergen Road, which according to LoopNet Inc. is under construction and will feature 20-foot clear heights. Georges Montes of Cypressbrook Co. represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Nick Bergmann and Cape Bell of CBRE represented the landlord, Mesquite Realty & Investment Group.
