OMAHA, NEB. — Plum Market Travel Services has been awarded a contract to operate 10 dining, retail and Gourmet Natural Market locations at Omaha Eppley Airfield (OMA) in Nebraska. The agreement, part of OMA’s $950 million terminal expansion and modernization plan, comprises the majority of the food-and-beverage offerings. Plum Market Travel Services is a subsidiary of Plum Market, a natural food, beverage and wellness essentials retailer. The 10 locations consist of nine brands spanning various cuisines and formats. Notable brands include Runza, Panda Express and Sambazon, along with several local Omaha restaurants such as Block 16 and Fernando’s. Additionally, Plum Market will open two of its own concepts: a full-service kitchen and bar with all-natural snacks and travel essentials, and a convenient grab-and-go, quick-service format. The terminal expansion is slated to open in 2027.

CONROE, TEXAS — BroadRange Logistics has signed a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial lease in Conroe, about 40 miles north of Houston. The third-party freight company is taking the entirety of Northport Logistics Center, which features 40-foot clear heights, 190-foot truck court depths, 273 trailer parking stalls and 224 loading dock doors. J.R. Wright and Russell Hofstetter of Atlanta-based Strategic Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Nathan Wynne, Jason Dillee and Ed Frantz of CBRE represented the landlord, a partnership between locally based developer Lovett Industrial and private investment firm Cresset Partners. Construction of Northport Logistics Center began in September 2022.
ASHLAND, VA. — NEFCO Construction Supply has signed a 163,853-square-foot lease expansion at Lingerfelt’s Northlake Distribution Center industrial development in Ashland, roughly 20 miles north of Richmond. NEFCO will occupy additional space at Building C, which is situated at 11800 N. Lakeridge Parkway. Jason Hetherington, Brad Lowry, Doug Tice and Mike Puzzo of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Matt Anderson and Harrison McVey of Range Commercial Partners represented Lingerfelt. Northlake Distribution Center totals 293,187 square feet. Lingerfelt acquired the property in March 2023 and has executed a capital improvement program including roof replacements, asphalt replacements, building painting and LED retrofits.
SPARTA, N.J. — Admiral Metals has signed a 12,290-square-foot industrial lease in Sparta, about 50 miles west of New York City. The processor and distributor of various metallic elements will relocate to a newly constructed, 27,000-square-foot building within White Lake Commerce Park. John Schilp of NAI James E. Hanson represented the owner, Berardi Building Co., and Admiral Metals in the lease negotiations.
HOUSTON — ATX Auctions has signed a 14,746-square-foot industrial lease in northwest Houston. The building at 2700 Bingle Road was originally constructed in 1976. John Harris, Jacob Summers and Stephen Hazen of locally based brokerage firm Oxford Partners represented ATX Auctions in the lease negotiations. Scott Wilkerson of Garver Real Estate represented the landlord on an internal basis.
STAMFORD, CONN. — Osborne & Little has signed a 14,930-square-foot lease renewal at an industrial flex building in the southern coastal Connecticut city of Stamford. The fabric and wall covering manufacturer will continue to house its headquarters at 90 Commerce Road. John Hannigan of locally based brokerage firm Choyce Peterson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord, Stampar Associates, was self-represented.
GREENVILLE, S.C. — PGA Tour Superstore plans to open a new 34,500-square-foot store at 1117 Woodruff Road in Greenville. The new store is set to open to the public on Oct. 26. The landlord was not disclosed. The store will feature three practice and play hitting bays in a social setting, along with four additional golf simulators and a 1,161-square-foot putting green. The experiential retailer also offers club fittings and lessons from certified teaching professionals, as well as onsite club regripping and repairs. Additionally, the store will carry apparel, accessories and equipment for golf enthusiasts, as well as tennis, racquetball and pickleball gear. Golf & Tennis Pro Shop Inc., a subsidiary of AMB Sports + Entertainment, an organization owned by Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United owner Arthur Blank, operates PGA Tour Superstore retail locations. There are 75 open and soon-to-open PGA Tour Superstore locations throughout the country, according to the property website.
SHAKOPEE, MINN. — GN, a hearing, audio, video and gaming gear solutions company, has unveiled plans to relocate its North American hearing headquarters from Bloomington to Shakopee in 2025. The company will occupy the former Shutterfly Midwest production facility along Highway 169. GN finalized a 12-year lease and has begun planning for renovation and construction to turn the site into a 218,437-square-foot hearing aid manufacturing, repair and shipping facility. The property will also house sales, customer service and marketing support for the company’s lead hearing aid brand, ReSound, as well as professional support services for GN’s other hearing aid brands Jabra Enhance and Beltone. The company currently employs approximately 550 people in Minnesota, more than half in manufacturing jobs. GN, with global headquarters in Copenhagen, has occupied the Bloomington facility at 8001 Bloomington Freeway East since 2001. The new lease represents a 79 percent increase in space from the Bloomington location. Andrew Odney and Andrew Heieie of Colliers represented GN in the lease. According to LoopNet Inc., the single-tenant building at 14490 Wagg Way Road was originally constructed in 2014. Travis Land and Braedon Emde of Partners represented the landlord, United Equities, in the lease negotiations. Caleb Lawson of Flatrock Cos. represented the tenant, 2911 Fabrication.
JOLIET, ILL. — Galleria Furniture has signed a 20,000-square-foot retail lease at Marycrest Shopping Center in Joliet. The 171,000-square-foot strip center, located on Jefferson Street, is home to Provena Health, Joliet Bank & Trust, Rent-A-Center, Golden Corral, Dollar Tree, Sidelines Sports Bar, Posh Salon Suites, Clair Beauty Mart, Popus Gourmet Popcorn and Basinger’s Pharmacy.
