HOFFMAN ESTATES, ILL. — Five tenants have inked leases totaling more than 13,800 square feet for “Ready-to-Wear” office suites at Bell Works Chicagoland in Hoffman Estates. PartsSource, a provider of healthcare products and solutions, leased 4,300 square feet. Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, a real estate firm, signed a lease for 2,300 square feet. Route One Group, a consulting company specializing in the trucking industry, leased 1,200 square feet. Veregy, an energy-efficiency solutions, solar and smart building technology company, inked a lease for 1,600 square feet. Essentra Components, a manufacturer of plastic components, renewed its 4,400-square-foot lease. Bell Works Chicagoland is the redevelopment of the former AT&T corporate campus. The Ready-to-Wear spaces total 23,628 square feet and are immediately ready for occupancy with flexible, short-term leasing options. Tenants have access to the larger office offerings such as conference rooms and the onsite coworking facility, CoLab. Colliers represented ownership in the leases. DUPO, ILL. — Industrial supplies company Fastenal Co. has leased a 10,020-square-foot warehouse in Dupo, just south of St. Louis. The property is located at 731 Prairie DuPont. Brokerage firm BarberMurphy represented both the tenant and the landlord, BK Property Investments LLC.
WHITEWATER, WIS. — Cost Cutters Hair Salon has signed a 1,670-square-foot lease to open at Whitewater Plaza shopping center in Whitewater, a city in southern Wisconsin. The property is located at 1139 W. Main St. Conor Farrell and Matthew Beadle of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented the landlord, an entity doing business as PNL Whitewater LLC.
DENVER — Newmark has arranged two new industrial leases totaling 494,398 square feet at Central Park Logistics Center, a newly constructed, two-building industrial asset in Denver. New York-based Brookfield Properties developed and owns the 695,899-square-foot complex. Discount Tire and Marcone Supply Inc. will occupy 339,000 square feet and 156,000 square feet, respectively, filling the entirely of Building 2 at 9400 E. 46th Place. Mike Wafer and Mike Wafer Jr. of Newmark represented the landlord in the transactions. Wafer also served as tenant advisor for Discount Tire, and Mike Statter of Cresa represented Marcone Group in the lease transaction.
Branch, Crosland Southeast Add Retailers to One Nexton Development in Metro Charleston

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. — Branch Properties and Crosland Southeast have added new retailers to join the tenant roster at One Nexton, a mixed-use development underway in the Charleston suburb of Summerville. The property is a component of Nexton, a master-planned community owned by a subsidiary of North America Sekisui House LLC (NASH) and managed by Brookfield Properties. Situated on 23.7 acres at the northeast corner of Brighton Park Boulevard and Nexton Parkway, the first phase of One Nexton features a Publix grocery store, 32,000 square feet of retail space, two corner outparcels, green space and 351 Class A apartments. Phase I’s retail space is fully preleased to tenants including Catrina’s Cantina, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Swamp Fox Agency, The Packie Wine and Spirits, Roper St. Francis, Dulce Churros, Ice Cream and Cocktails, Heartland Dental, Woodhaven Pizza, Ruby’s Bagels, Noire Nails, Basecamp Fitness, Naan Appetit and Fifth Third Bank. The tenant, ERM Engineering & Consulting Inc., will occupy part of the 20th floor of the 1.8 million-square-foot building. Mark Boisi, Bryan Boisi and Stephen Bellwood of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Stahl Organization, in the lease negotiations. Kirill Azovtsev of Savills represented the tenant.
FORT LEE, N.J. — Regional provider Hackensack Meridian Health has opened a 5,550-square-foot primary care office practice in the Northern New Jersey community of Fort Lee. Five physicians who specialize in family medicine, internal medicine and cardiology will staff the facility, which is located at 301 Bridge Plaza North. An undisclosed physician and his family own the building.
LANSING, MICH. — Strategic Foods, doing business as Carrie’s Kitchen, has signed a 4,040-square-foot retail lease in Lansing. Carrie’s Kitchen, a soul food restaurant, will take the space formerly home to Wing Heaven Sports. Zach Burk and Bill McLeod of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant in the lease.
