CHERRY HILL, N.J. — Dick’s Sporting Goods will open an approximately 120,000-square-foot store under its “House of Sport” brand at Cherry Hill Mall in metro Philadelphia. The store will feature a climbing wall, multiple golf bays with TrackMan simulators, an outdoor track and field and a multi-sport cage that can be used for baseball, softball, lacrosse and soccer. The opening is slated for some time next year. PREIT owns Cherry Hill Mall.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Locally based brokerage firm Holt Lunsford Commercial has negotiated a 27,000-square-foot industrial lease in North Fort Worth. The tenant is lithium-ion battery provider NuEnergy Storage Technologies, and the space is located within Northern Crossing, a four-building development that features 24-foot clear heights. Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, GID, in the lease negotiations. Jeff Jackson of NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant.
HOUSTON — Locally based commercial developer Braun Enterprises has opened a 12,000-square-foot coworking space in Houston under its Urban Office brand. Designed by BwCollier Interior Design and built by Yellow Crown Construction, the space is located at 1500 Waugh Drive and offers private office suites ranging from 100 to 400 square feet. Additional features include conference rooms, complimentary beverages, a podcast studio, mother’s room and lounge space.
Edens Revitalizes Downtown Palm Beach Gardens Development With 13 New Retailers, Capital Improvements

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLA. — Edens has added a new wave of retailers to join the roster at Downtown Palm Beach Gardens, a 403,000-square-foot open-air retail center in Palm Beach Gardens. Recently opened concepts include Skin Laundry, MeTime Salon, TINA Stephens, ZOE Boutique and Vagabond Kids Apparel. Committed tenants that will open soon include Pura Vida Miami, Crew Factory, Sweathouz, Tweeds Custom Suits, Humanaut Health, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Muse Paint Bar and Laser Away. Existing tenants include Whole Foods Market, REI, CMX Cinemas, Life Time Fitness, The Cheesecake Factory, Sweetgreen and Yard House, among others. In addition to the new retail concepts, Edens has revitalized Downtown Palm Beach Gardens with facade work, new decorative elements, landscaping, signage and outdoor furniture at the development’s “Northern Strand” area near the REI and CMX Cinemas. Other improvements include installing five new interactive digital directories and adding a cut-through running east-west through the development.
OKLAHOMA CITY — Trader Joe’s has signed a 16,975-square-foot retail lease in northwest Oklahoma City for its first grocery store in the state capital and fourth in the state. The space is located within the 155,000-square-foot Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center, and Trader Joe’s will join Hobby Lobby and Burlington as the center’s anchor tenants. Tom Blanton with Blanton Property Co. represented the California-based grocer in the lease negotiations. Elise Lopez and Jim Martin internally represented the landlord, JAH Realty. A tentative opening date has not yet been determined.
Trademark Adds New Tenants at Legacy Place Shopping Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLA. — Trademark Property Co. has added a new wave of tenants to join Legacy Place, a 427,000-square-foot, open-air lifestyle shopping center located in Palm Bach Gardens. The new tenants include three fitness concepts: Yoga Joint (now open), Jet Set Pilates (opening this summer) and EoS Fitness (30,000 square feet, now open). Additionally, Tampa General Hospital Cancer Institute plans to open an 18,000-square-foot clinic at Legacy Place in 2026, and Cabinet IQ of Palm Beach plans to open its store this summer. Existing tenants at Legacy Place include Total Wine & More, Barnes & Noble, Ethan Allen, The Container Store, Best Buy, Bungalow Palm Beach, Prime IV and The Good Feet Store. Trademark assumed management of the 48-acre property in May 2024.
LIBERTYVILLE, ILL. — A Fortune 100 aerospace company has signed a 36,149-square-foot industrial lease at Libertyville 45 Corporate Center in the Chicago suburb of Libertyville. The development features two buildings totaling 334,299 square feet. The project includes 4,449 square feet of speculative office space, 48 docks, a clear height of 32 feet and above-standard parking counts. Keith Puritz, Marc Samuels, Brett Kroner and Eric Fischer of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership, Oak Brook, Ill.-based MWI Property Group. The tenant is the first to lease space at the speculative development, which was completed this year.
MCB Adds Streets Market Grocer to $170M Reservoir Square Mixed-Use Development in Baltimore

BALTIMORE — MCB Real Estate has added Streets Market, a regional chain of grocery stores, to Reservoir Square, a $170 million mixed-use development underway in Baltimore. The project spans eight acres along the 600-850 block of West North Avenue. MCB is also adding locally based development firm Blank Slate Development to the project team, which includes the state-backed West North Avenue Development Authority. Streets Market will occupy 12,000 square feet on a 1.5-acre parcel that will also house 8,000 square feet of additional retail space. The grocery store is part of Phase II at Reservoir Square, which will include housing, additional retail options and the new 63,000 square-foot home to the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED), which is slated to open in 2026. Phase I includes for-sale homes currently under construction.
HOUSTON — JLL has negotiated a 50,498-square-foot office lease at Westgate II in Houston’s Energy Corridor area. The tenant is McDermott, a provider of engineering and construction services for the energy industry. The space features 162 workstations, 66 offices, two breakrooms, 10 conference rooms, a wellness room, coffee coves and collaboration spaces. Tyler Garrett and Christian Canion of JLL represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Steve Hesse, also with JLL, represented McDermott.
CBL Signs Six New Restaurants and Retailers at Friendly Center in Greensboro, North Carolina

GREENSBORO, N.C. — CBL Properties has announced that four new restaurants and two new retailers will be joining the tenant lineup at Friendly Center, the company’s 1.3 million-square-foot regional retail center located in Greensboro. All four restaurants — Cooper’s Hawk, First Watch, North Italia and French artisan bakery Tous les Jours — as well as LEGO, plan to open by the end of the year, while Rowan anticipates opening this summer. Current tenants at Friendly Center — which comprises more than 140 shops, restaurants and service retailers — include Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, lululemon, Warby Parker, Carhartt, Apple, Williams Sonoma, American Eagle and J. Crew Factory. Last summer, CBL Properties and Davis Moore Capital opened a more than 20,000-square-foot medical office building within the former Macaroni Grill at Friendly Center called Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Plaza.
