NEW YORK CITY — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 13,671-square-foot office lease at 300 Park Avenue South in Midtown Manhattan. Rockrose Development owns the 14-story building, which was originally constructed in 1910. Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Drew Braver, Remy Liebersohn and Heather Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield, along with internal agent Rob Fink, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Greg Wang, Christine Colley and Thomas Swartz of JLL represented the tenant, e-commerce firm 1stDibs.

FLINT, MICH. — Sahara Food LLC, a specialty grocery store, has leased 1,230 square feet at Fenton Hill Plaza in Flint. The shopping center is now fully occupied. Tjader Gerdom and Mike Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease.
DALLAS — GSR Andrade Architects has signed a 10,491-square-foot office lease at the historic Oilwell Supply Building in the West End district of Dallas. The five-story, 73,384-square-foot building is located at 2001 N. Lamar St. and was originally constructed in 1923. Nate Hruby and Demian Salmon of Stream Realty Partners represented GSR Andrade, which is relocating from the Exposition Park area, in the lease negotiations. A partnership between The Deal Co. and Scarlet Capital owns the building.
EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN. — Shear Bliss, a family-run hair and beauty salon, will open at Eden Prairie Center in the Twin Cities suburb of Eden Prairie. The salon will fill a former MasterCuts location in suite 2168. Shear Bliss, which maintains an additional location in North Dakota, expects to open its Eden Prairie salon on Friday, April 5. Eden Prairie Center, opened in 1976, features more than 100 shops and restaurants. JLL manages the 1.4 million-square-foot retail property.
LYNBROOK, N.Y. — Northwell Health, the state’s largest provider, has signed a 23,021-square-foot, full-building renewal on Long Island. Locally based firm Simone Development Cos. owns the three-story building at 733 Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook. The facility is home to physicians specializing in fields such as family medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology and rheumatology. No third-party brokers were involved in the lease negotiations.
NEW YORK CITY — Avison Young has negotiated a seven-year, 7,364-square-foot office lease at 551 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The Feil Organization owns the property, which was originally built in 1927 and is known locally as The Fred F. French Building. Martin Cottingham, Patrick Steffens and Alexis Odgers of Avison Young represented the tenant, BOND Civil & Utility Construction, in the lease negotiations. Andrew Wiener, Kevin Driscoll and Henry Korzec represented Feil on an internal basis.
HOUSTON — Just Play Sports, which provides basketball lessons and training, has signed a 17,056-square-foot lease renewal at its recreational facility at 10510 Westview Drive in Houston. Just Play Sports originally opened at the facility in 2018. Jason Whittington of Partners Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Greg Barra of Boyd Commercial represented the landlord, an entity doing business as JL Landco LLC.
DigitalBridge Signs 79,141 SF Corporate Headquarters Lease at Sundy Village in Delray Beach, Florida

DELRAY BEACH, FLA. — DigitalBridge, a digital infrastructure investment firm active in data centers and cell towers, has signed a 79,141-square-foot office lease at Sundy Village, a mixed-use development located at 100 S.E. 1st Ave. in Delray Beach. The South Florida property will serve as the new corporate headquarters for DigitalBridge, which is relocating from nearby Boca Raton. The company plans to move its 300 employees to Sundy Village in the third quarter. The development’s other office tenants will include the developer, Pebb Capital, as well as Vertical Bridge. Joe Freitas and John Criddle of CBRE oversee office leasing at Sundy Village, which also features retail space, structured and subterranean parking and green spaces.
MIAMI — Bowlero Corp. has opened Lucky Strike Miami, a 30,000-square-foot entertainment venue within the $6 billion Miami Worldcenter development. The venue is the second new build for Bowlero using the Lucky Strike brand since it was acquired in September. Lucky Strike Miami features 28 bowling lanes, an arcade, craft cocktail bar, food service and a VIP room with six private bowling lanes. The venue is situated adjacent to Kaseya Center, home arena of the NBA’s Miami Heat. Miami Worldcenter Associates is the master developer of the 27-acre district, which comprises 10 city blocks and features three residential towers and the newly opened citizenM hotel, among other uses.
NEW YORK CITY — Clune Construction will relocate its Manhattan headquarters office from 405 Lexington Avenue to 655 Third Avenue. The national general contracting firm will occupy the entire third floor of the building via a 23,437-square-foot lease. John Mambrino and Nicholas Farmakis of Savills represented Clune in the lease negotiations. Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron and Bailey Caliban represented the landlord, The Durst Organization, on an internal basis. The deal brings the building to 85 percent occupancy. A timeline for occupancy was not disclosed.
