NEW YORK CITY — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 50,000-square-foot office lease at 277 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The tenant, global investment firm Sumitomo Corp. of the Americas, will occupy the entire 15th floor of the 1.8 million-square-foot building. Mark Boisi, Bryan Boisi and Stephen Bellwood of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Stahl Organization, in the lease negotiations. Marc Shapses and Eva Shih of Savills represented the tenant.
MILWAUKEE — LifeStance Health, formerly operating as Cornerstone Counseling Services SC, has renewed its 8,226-square-foot office lease at 5007 S. Howell Ave. in Milwaukee. Joe Mortiz of Colliers negotiated the lease. LifeStance Health employs approximately 6,600 psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, psychologists and therapists, and operates across 33 states and approximately 550 centers.
PEWAUKEE, WIS. — Anchor Wealth Partners LLC has signed a 1,953-square-foot office lease in Pewaukee, a western suburb of Milwaukee. The property, Squires III, is located on Riverwood Drive. John Davis and Ned Purtell of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented the owner, R2 Properties.
NEW YORK CITY — Chances for Children has signed a 10-year, 3,000-square-foot office lease in The Bronx. The nonprofit organization will relocate from 1178 Anderson Ave. to a custom-built space on the fourth floor of the building at 412-424 E. 147th St. Alexander Smith and Kate Whitman of OPEN Impact Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Jesse Rubens of JLR Realty Inc. represented the landlord.
HOUSTON — Affiliated Engineers Inc. has signed a 6,945-square-foot office lease at the Greenway Plaza office complex in West Houston. The space is located within 20 East Greenway Plaza, a 433,132-square-foot building. Ray Lopez of Colliers represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Marilyn Guion and Steve Rocher of CBRE represented the landlord, an entity doing business as Twenty Greenway Plaza.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA. — First National Realty Partners (FNRP) has executed a 28,000-square-foot retail lease with US Foods CHEF’STORE in Sandy Springs, a northern suburb of Atlanta. The retailer, which caters to food industry professionals and at-home chefs, will occupy space within City Center Crossing, a 98,048-square-foot shopping center located at 6331 Roswell Road. The store will be the first location in the Atlanta area for CHEF’STORE and is set to open by the end of the year. Red Bank, N.J.-based FNRP purchased City Center Crossing in 2021. Other tenants at the center include Planet Fitness, Gold Fish Swim School and Hudson Grille.
PEKIN, ILL. — Five Below and Maurices are joining the tenant lineup at East Court Village in Pekin, just south of Peoria in central Illinois. The retailers, which are expected to open in fall 2025, join existing tenants Tractor Supply Co., Petco, Hobby Lobby and Dunham’s Sports. A former Bergner’s store is being redeveloped to make way for Five Below and Maurices, and additional tenants will be announced. The redevelopment project totals 42,000 square feet. Cullinan Properties Ltd. owns and manages East Court Village.
ROCHESTER HILLS, MICH. — Peace Love & Little Donuts has signed a lease to open a 1,164-square-foot location at the Papa Joe’s Plaza shopping center in Rochester Hills. Michael Murphy and Vicki Gutowski of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant, while Lawrence Randazzo of Hayman Co. represented the undisclosed landlord. Pittsburgh-based Peace Love & Little Donuts operates in 14 states.
ROCKWALL, TEXAS — Sprouts Farmers Market has opened a new store in Rockwall, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. The square footage of the store, which is located at 469 E. I-30, was not disclosed, but the prototypical Sprouts location spans about 30,000 square feet. For the Phoenix-based grocer, the store is the 51st in Texas, with roughly half of those located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and the 419th nationwide.
IRVING, TEXAS — WellMed Medical Management has signed a 3,154-square-foot lease at 8403 Sterling St. in Irving. The medical office space is located within Commerce Office Park. Jason Finch and Michael Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Erik Sheets of Medcore Partners represented the tenant.
