HOUSTON — US Med-Equip has signed a 34,000-square-foot office lease in West Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 4920 Westway Park Blvd., which is part of the Corporate Centre development, was constructed in 2007 and totals 131,908 square feet. Scott Fikes, Matt Pruitt and Christian Canion of JLL represented the landlord, Agellan Commercial REIT, in the lease negotiations. Cory Sleeth from NAI Global and John Ferruzzo from Transwestern represented the tenant.

YARDLEY, PA. — Regional grocer Wegmans will open an 88,000-square-foot store in Yardley, about 30 miles northeast of Philadelphia, with plans to hire about 400 people on full- and part-time bases. The site is located within the Prickett Preserve mixed-use development, and the store offers a selection of approximately 1,200 wines and 500 beers and ciders. The store, which will open in March, is Wegmans’ second in Bucks County.

COLUMBUS, OHIO — A joint venture between Clear Height Properties and MLG Capital has completed the lease-up of a 290,573-square-foot industrial building in Columbus. A single tenant, a mechanical contracting services provider for large-scale construction projects, leased the building at 1675 Watkins Road that is part of the larger Watkins Road Industrial Park. Nick Tomasone, Joe Davis and Josh Weithman of JLL represented ownership, while Mike Semon of NAI Ohio Equities LLC represented the tenant.

HOUSTON — CBRE has negotiated a 52,120-square-foot office headquarters lease at Westway II, a 10-story building located near Houston’s Energy Corridor area. Abby Alford and Lucian Bukowski of CBRE represented the tenant, Texas-based consulting firm Cobb, Fendley & Associates, in the lease negotiations. Chip Colvill of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed landlord. The lease term is 10 years. Kirksey designed the space, which spans two floors, and Arch-Con Corp. handled the build-out.

SAGINAW, TEXAS — ADG Concepts has signed a 45,000-square-foot industrial lease in Saginaw, a northern suburb of Fort Worth. The provider of air compression systems will relocate from nearby Haltom City to adjacent suites at Blue Mound Industrial Park, a 164,152-square-foot development. Jason Finch, Richard Hitz and Michael Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Dallas-based Blue Ridge Industrial, in the lease negotiations. Niko Padilla of Mercer Co. represented the tenant.

HOUSTON AND FRISCO, TEXAS — Indian jewelry retailer Tanishq has opened two new stores totaling 8,800 square feet in Texas. The stores at 2335 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston and 2809 Preston Road in Frisco comprise 3,800 and 5,000 square feet, respectively, and mark the second and third locations in the country for the brand. Tanishq opened its flagship store in Northern New Jersey earlier this year.

STAMFORD, CONN. — School bussing services provider First Student has signed a 31,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal in the southern coastal Connecticut city of Stamford. The space at 316 Courtland Ave. spans 115,453 square feet and features clear heights of 12 to 17 feet, nine drive-in bays, 243 parking spaces and research and development/office space. Both the tenant and the landlord, Simone Development Cos., were self-represented in the lease negotiations.

NEW YORK CITY — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 6,780-square-foot office lease at 600 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan’s Plaza District. The tenant, private equity funds manager Hollyport Capital, will occupy the entire 27th floor of the 36-story, 305,472-square-foot building. Harry Blair, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca DiMauro of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Lex NY Equities LLC, in the lease negotiations. Tim Gibson and Harry Singer of Newmark represented the tenant.

MIAMI — Eight new retail tenants have signed leases totaling 15,000 square feet at River Landing Shops & Residences, a mixed-use development spanning 2.2 million square feet in Miami. Located at 1400 N.W. North River Drive, River Landing comprises approximately 360,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, 135,000 square feet of Class A offices, 528 market-rate apartments, more than 2,000 parking spaces and a landscaped riverwalk. Claire’s has opened an 870-square-foot store, and Ceci Spa Hair and Nails and Divine Lash have both opened in 1,030-square-foot spaces. Additionally, Miami Optical, Suite Svn, Anything is Everything and White Coat Beauty now occupy 1,200; 5,805; 2,000; and 1,078 square feet, respectively. Carrot Express has also signed a 2,012-square-foot lease at the property. Urban-X Group is the developer and landlord of River Landing, which opened in 2020. Retail space at the development is currently 94 percent leased, with other tenants including Publix, Pet Supermarket, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, Planet Fitness, Five Below, Ross Dress for Less, Chick-fil-A and Hobby Lobby.

FREDERICK, MD. — Power Solutions LLC, a commercial electrical contractor based in Bowie, Md., has signed a 93,800-square-foot lease at Arcadia Business Park in Frederick. The tenant signed the lease with Baltimore-based St. John Properties Inc., which represents the fourth lease transaction between the two firms. Danny Foit of St. John Properties represented the landlord internally in the deal, and Jon Casella of CBRE represented the tenant. Power Solutions plans to house 90 full-time employees at its new warehouse space at 4754 Arcadia Drive, which is about 43 miles northwest of Washington, D.C.
