SHENANDOAH, TEXAS — The American Oncology Network has signed a 16,390-square-foot medical office lease in Shenandoah, about 30 miles north of Houston. The space is located within the 48,000-square-foot Physicians Centre at Vision Park development, which was built last year and is now 75 percent leased. SVN | J. Beard Real Estate represented the tenant and the landlord, locally based developer i3, in the lease negotiations.

HOUSTON — Locally based brokerage firm Finial Group has negotiated a full-building, 10,000-square-foot industrial lease in northwest Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the property at 8707 Fallbrook Drive was built in 2006. Jack Gaffney and Andrew Bischoff of Finial Group represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant, Womack Machine Supply Co., was not disclosed.

NEW YORK CITY — Bernhardt Furniture has signed a 20,000-square-foot office lease renewal in Midtown Manhattan. The company’s flagship office and showroom are located at 136 Madison Avenue, a 17-story, 300,000-square-foot building. Mac Roos, Andrew Roos, Michael Cohen and Jessica Verdi of Colliers represented the landlord, Williams Equities, in the lease negotiations. Peter Sabesan and Matthew Feigen of Cresa represented the tenant.

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. — Four new retailers have signed leases at Freshfields Village, an open-air shopping center located in Kiawah Island, approximately 30 miles southeast of Charleston. Charleston Shoe Co., Hanebrink Jewelers and Longevity Pilates have joined the lineup, and Showroom has reopened within a larger space at the center. Edens is the owner and landlord of Freshfields Village.

BURLINGTON, MASS. — Bob’s Discount Furniture has opened a 43,000-square-foot store and showroom at 3 Abbott Park in Burlington, a northwestern suburb of Boston. The space will house furniture with smart technology features, as well as with multipurpose functionalities and furniture that promotes wellness. Based in Manchester, Conn., Bob’s operates about 170 stores across 24 states.

CHANNELVIEW, TEXAS — National brokerage firm Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of a 56,248-square-foot industrial outdoor storage facility in Channelview, an eastern suburb of Houston. Locally based investment firm Triten Real Estate Partners acquired the 4.8-acre property from Alpha Omega & Equipment via a sale-leaseback for an undisclosed price. Murphy Sloan and Andrew Wiesemann of Matthews brokered the deal.

DALLAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 50,000-square-foot industrial lease in West Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the property at 4039 Rock Quarry Road was built in 2000 and spans 239,134 square feet. Adam Graham and Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Prologis, in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the tenant were not disclosed.

CHERRY HILL, N.J. — Five new tenants have signed leases totaling approximately 30,000 square feet at Cherry Hill Mall, a 1.4 million-square-foot shopping center in Southern New Jersey. Alo Yoga, Kendra Scott and Signature Workspace are scheduled to open at the property this year. Dry Goods and Rowan have also signed leases at the center, with the latter scheduled to open next spring. Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) owns and manages the property.

BRISTOL, WIS. — ERMCO has signed a 158,000-square-foot industrial lease for 10 years at Bristol Business Park in the southeast Wisconsin city of Bristol. The Tennessee-based tenant manufactures electrical, technology and low voltage systems, and building automation and controls. Sean Kropke and Keith Puritz of Cushman & Wakefield represented ERMCO, while the brokerage firm’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner and Marc Sameuels represented the landlord, Illinois-based Janko Group. ERMCO will relocate from its current north suburban Chicago location to Bristol this summer. Bristol Business Park features nine buildings on 250 acres. ERMCO will be based in Building 4, which features a clear height of 32 feet, 30 expandable exterior dock doors, 215 parking spaces and 4,000 amps of power.

DETROIT — Architecture firm Gensler has relocated its Detroit office from 150 W. Jefferson Ave. to 1265 Griswold St. in the city’s Capitol Park neighborhood. The 7,300-square-foot space is situated on the ground floor of the historic Bamlet Building, which is owned by Bedrock. The office offers a mix of spaces for focused work, teamwork and gathering; a resource library of sustainable design materials; and a 3D printing workshop.
