PHILADELPHIA — Fine Wine & Good Spirits has opened an approximately 4,300-square-foot store at Schuylkill Yards, a mixed-use development in the University City area of Philadelphia. The store at 315 Market St. is the company’s 48th in Philadelphia. Tim Arizin and Larry Steinberg from Colliers represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Brandywine Realty Trust owns Schuylkill Yards.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Co-owners Parkside Partners and MDH Partners have opened or signed a new round of office and retail tenants at Oakhurst Commons, a 10-acre mixed-use redevelopment underway in Charlotte’s Oakhurst neighborhood on the city’s east side. Thrift Commercial Real Estate Services is leading the leasing assignment for both the office and retail components at Oakhurst Commons. The new concepts joining include Brunches (opening in August), The Health Club (open), Ilios Crafted Greek (open), DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen (no opening date announced), Wildlands Engineering (no opening date announced), Switchyards (open), Made2Move (open) and Moodhouse (open).

NEW YORK CITY — Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has signed an 11-year, 22,409-square-foot office lease renewal in Lower Manhattan. The law firm will remain on the 28th floor at One Battery Park Plaza, a 35-story, 870,000-square-foot building that was originally constructed in 1971. Chris Mongeluzo, Hal Stein and Adam Weinblatt of Newmark represented GRSM in the lease negotiations. Thomas Keating and Kevin Daly represented the landlord, Rudin, on an internal basis.

ALTOONA, IOWA — Burger Shop has opened at the Outlets of Des Moines in Altoona. The restaurant offers a variety of burgers, sandwiches, salads, wraps and fries. Developed by New England Development, Outlets of Des Moines is an open-air lifestyle center that is home to brands such as Ann Taylor Factory Store, Coach Outlet, Gap Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike Factory Store and Michael Kors Outlet.

AVE MARIA, FLA. — Barron Collier Cos. will soon open Midtown Plaza at Ave Maria, a 21,000-square-foot retail center located at 5360 Ave Maria Blvd. in Southwest Florida. Set for a grand opening event on May 17, the retail property is situated on the east side of Collier County within the Ave Maria master-planned community. Barron Collier achieved full occupancy at Midtown Plaza with the recent signings and openings of NCH Immediate Care and UMami Asian Fusion. Other tenants include Sunshine Ace Hardware, AM Nails, Cold Stone Creamery and Ledo Pizza. Dunkin’ occupies a corner suite at the property that features a drive-thru.

OCONOMOWOC, WIS. — Restaurants Chipotle and First Watch have signed leases to open at the Olympia Fields mixed-use development in Oconomowoc, about 35 miles west of Milwaukee. Chipotle’s space totals 2,350 square feet, while First Watch will occupy 3,850 square feet. Mike Fitzgerald and Andrew Prater of Mid-America Real Estate represented the landlord, Corta Oconomowoc LLC. Adam Dreier of Mid-America Real Estate represented Chipotle.

EAST DUNDEE, ILL. — Powerhouse Sales, a distributor of detergents, single-dose pods and other household cleaning products, has leased a 10,000-square-foot industrial unit for its new headquarters at 175 Prairie Lake Road in East Dundee, a northwest suburb of Chicago. The facility is now fully leased. Powerhouse’s space features one dock, one drive-in door and a high-end office build-out. Elisabeth Lazzara, Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay of Entre Commercial Realty brokered the lease.

HOUSTON — Wenaas Workwear USA has signed a 45,000-square-foot industrial lease in southwest Houston. The provider of specialized apparel products and personal protective equipment (PPE) is taking space at 10401 S. Sam Houston Parkway West, which according to LoopNet Inc. was built in 2014 and totals 90,000 square feet. Garret Geaccone and Boone Smith of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, STAG Industrial, in the lease negotiations. Cole Bercher of Welcome Group represented the tenant.

OWOSSO, MICH. — Magoo’s Pet Outlet has signed a 6,900-square-foot retail lease at the Riverwood Crossing shopping center in Owosso, about 32 miles northeast of Lansing. Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant, while Harry Lancz of Professional Property Advisors represented the undisclosed landlord. Riverwood Crossing is anchored by Tractor Supply.
