DALLAS —Secondhand Auto Parts has signed a 5,721-square-foot industrial lease in northwest Dallas. The site is located within Bickham Industrial Park, a five-building, 90,016-square-foot development. Jason Finch and Michael Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, an entity doing business as Bickham EPA LLC, in the lease negotiations. The tenant representative was not disclosed.

MADISON, WIS. — Whole Foods Market will open a 50,000-square-foot store in Madison on Wednesday, Dec. 13. The new store at 4710 Madison Yards Way replaces an existing Whole Foods Market at 3313 University Ave. that had served the community since 1996. The new store anchors the 21-acre Madison Yards mixed-use development, which features retail, restaurant and entertainment space surrounding a central green plaza. The store will feature more than 800 local items from the Midwest.
LIBERTYVILLE, ILL. — Entre Commercial Realty has negotiated two subleases totaling 68,825 square feet in the Chicago suburb of Libertyville. The property at 801 Technology Way is now fully leased and features a clear height of 24 feet, eight truck docks, two grade-level doors and ample parking. In the first transaction, AAT Sales Inc. subleased 24,777 square feet. The provider of food service equipment is relocating and expanding from nearby Northbrook. Rob Elbrecht of Tri State Realty represented the subtenant, while Dan Benassi and Sam Deihs of Entre represented the sublandlord. LED Tranquility Inc., a full-service audio, video, lighting and scenic company, subleased 44,048 square feet. Dan Benassi and Sam Deihs of Entre represented the sublandlord and were the sole brokers for the lease.
MONTGOMERY, ILL. — Starbucks and Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant are the latest tenants to join Ogden Hill Shopping Center in Montgomery, just south of Aurora. Both tenant build-outs are under construction and are scheduled to open in mid-2024. Starbucks will feature a drive-thru on the eastern side of the center in front of Menards. Cooper’s Hawk will be positioned on the western side of the center. Inland National Development Co. LLC owns the shopping center, which is situated on 67 acres.
NEW YORK CITY — Law firm Scott + Scott LLP has signed a 21,365-square-foot office lease at 230 Park Avenue in Manhattan. The firm will relocate from a subleased space on the 17th floor to the entire 24th floor next summer. Erik Schmall and Scott Weiss of Savills represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Scott Klau, Brian Waterman, Erik Harris, Zach Weil and Cole Gendels of Newmark, along with internal agents William Elder, Andrew Ackerman and Walt Rooney, represented the landlord, RXR.
OCEANPORT, N.J. — Baseline Social, a bar, restaurant and entertainment concept, has opened a 17,100-square-foot venue in Oceanport, located in Monmouth County. Situated within The Commissary at Baseline, the space features a 640-foot LED viewing wall, 38-seat platform lounge and 3,700-square-foot entertainment section with five virtual golf bays. Other tenants at the property include Birdsmouth Beer and MGT Foods. Denholtz Properties is the developer and landlord at The Commissary.
Wells Fargo Plans 400,000 SF Adaptive Reuse Office Project at Hudson Yards in Manhattan

NEW YORK CITY — Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC) has announced formal plans to expand its office footprint within Hudson Yards, a mixed-use district on Manhattan’s west side. The San Francisco-based banking giant, which already occupies space within the $25 billion Hudson Yards campus, has purchased additional space from Related Cos., the master developer behind Hudson Yards along with Oxford Properties Group. Multiple media outlets have reported that Wells Fargo purchased the space at 20 Hudson Yards, which formally housed a Neiman Marcus store, for $550 million. The bank plans to convert the 400,000 square feet of space to offices in synergy with its current 500,000-square-foot footprint at 30 Hudson Yards, according to Bloomberg News. Forbes reported that the Neiman Marcus location closed in summer 2020. Wells Fargo plans to begin moving employees from its existing office space at 150 E. 42nd St. to the new Hudson Yards office beginning in late 2026. The property is expected to house 2,300 Wells Fargo employees at full operation. ANNAPOLIS, MD. — MedStar Medical Group has signed a 19,739-square-foot lease at a medical office building (MOB) located at 810 Bestgate Road in Annapolis, roughly 30 miles outside of Baltimore. The new lease marks an expansion of the healthcare network’s presence at the property, which totals 100,000 square feet across four stories. MedStar now occupies 31,000 square feet at the building, which is fully leased. Stephanie Caronna represented the landlord, St. John Properties, in the lease negotiations on an internal basis. Paige Wingate and Matt Sullivan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. MedStar plans to open a surgery center at the property in March 2024.

According to LoopNet Inc., the single-tenant property at 2050-2062 Irving Blvd. was built in 1952 and renovated earlier this year. Building features include 14-foot clear heights and two drive-in bays. Hanes Chatham Jr. of Partners represented the landlord, an entity doing business as 2050 Irving Blvd., in the lease negotiations. MISSOURI CITY, TEXAS — CoCo Bella Beauty Supply will open a 12,530-square-foot store at Fort Bend Town Center, a 144-acre retail development by NewQuest Properties in Missouri City, roughly 20 miles southwest of Houston.
