STAFFORD, TEXAS — Phoenix Design Group has signed a 14,195-square-foot industrial lease renewal in Stafford, a southwestern suburb of Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 4850 Wright Road was built in 1979 and totals 42,695 square feet. Ryan Hartsell and Chase McAteer of locally based brokerage firm Oxford Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. William Carpenter of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Mapletree.

GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS — Locally based brokerage firm Holt Lunsford Commercial has negotiated a 12,292-square-foot industrial lease renewal at 902 Fountain Parkway in Grand Prairie, located in the central part of the metroplex. Canon Shoults, Maddy Coffman and Walker Floyd of Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, Arden Group, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant, HVAC services provider Conti LLC, was not disclosed.
COLUMBUS, OHIO — Steiner + Associates has unveiled the re-tenanting of the Fashion District at Easton Town Center in Columbus. Plans call for new and expanded national retailers, contemporary brands, and elevated food-and-beverage offerings. The re-tenanting of the Fashion District includes the transformation of approximately 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Noteworthy tenants include Louis Vuiton, Sephora, L’Occitane, Lululemon, Chanel Beauty, David Yurman, Golden Goose, BOSS, Alo Yoga, Jo Malone, Faherty, Buck Mason, Bluemercury, Tecovas and Breitling. Restaurant tenants include Mastro’s, PBR Cowboy Bar + Smokehouse and Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant. The Fashion District will be anchored by fine dining restaurant Del Mar, which is slated to open this spring. Easton Town Center is a shopping and dining destination that is home to more than 250 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
GARDEN CITY, MICH. — Vera Bridal has signed an 1,800-square-foot retail lease in Garden City, a western suburb of Detroit. The storefront is located at the intersection of Ford and Middlebelt roads. Michael Murphy and Joel Karboske of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord, Garden City Holdings LLC.
ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — Regional operator Sportime Pickleball will open a 30,000-square-foot facility in the Northern New Jersey community of Englewood. The facility at 62 Route 4 E will feature 12 courts. Neil Seth, Jennifer Konefsky, Kenji Ota and Kathryn Cruz of Cushman & Wakefield represented Sportime Pickleball, which is also opening a 50,000-square-foot facility in nearby Wayne, in the lease negotiations. Andrew Somple of NAI James E. Hanson represented the undisclosed landlord. The opening is slated for early 2025.
ROWLETT, TEXAS — The SAF Holland Group has preleased a 255,672-square-foot industrial building in the northeastern Dallas suburb of Rowlett. The manufacturer of parts for trailers, trucks and buses will occupy the entirety of Building 6 at Lakeview Business District, a 1.8 million-square-foot development by Jackson-Shaw. Brad Balke and Ben Wallace represented SAF Holland Group in the lease negotiations. Construction of the initial phase of Lakeview Business Center is slated for a March 2025 completion.
DALLAS — Haus of Tre Li, an international home goods retailer, has signed a 16,549-square-foot office lease at 10100 N. Central Expressway in North Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the six-story building was constructed in 1983, renovated in 2009 and totals 94,294 square feet. Bennett Henke represented the landlord, Boxer Property Co., in the lease negotiations on an internal basis. The tenant was also self-represented.
BILLERICA, MASS. — Nuvera Fuel Cells has signed a 110,684-square-foot industrial lease renewal in Billerica, a northwestern suburb of Boston. The provider of clean energy solutions for various transportation industries has been a tenant at the two-building Rivertech Park for nearly two decades. Rivertech Park spans 30.5 acres and was renovated in 2021. Richard Ruggiero, Torin Taylor, Matthew Adams and Rory Walsh of Newmark represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. JLL represented the landlord.
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. — Simon Property Group has welcomed five new food-and-beverage concepts to King of Prussia mall in metro Philadelphia. Vietnamese restaurant Saigon Eats and confectionary Neuhaus Belgium Chocolate recently debuted their eateries. Chinese restaurant Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao and New York-based Gregory’s Coffee will open in the coming weeks. Chicken Guy!, a concept from celebrity chef Guy Fieri, opened in March.
NEW YORK CITY — Bloomberg LP has signed a 946,815-square-foot office lease extension at 731 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. The extension term is 11 years, and the business journalism organization will now keep its headquarters at the 56-story, 1.3 million-square-foot building through 2040. Developed by Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) and owned by its affiliate, publicly traded REIT Alexander’s Inc., 731 Lexington Avenue also houses 250,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 105 condos. Bloomberg’s physical footprint in New York spans more than 2 million square feet across three buildings.
