NEW YORK CITY — Advent International has signed a 10-year, 34,000-square-foot office lease at The Seagram Building in Midtown Manhattan. The private equity firm will occupy the entire 14th and 15th floors of the 38-story building, which is located at 375 Park Ave. and was originally constructed in 1958. Lindsay Ornstein, Patrick Robinson, Casey Noel and Kate Whitman of OPEN Impact Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. A.J. Camhi and Paul Milunec represented the landlord, locally based investment firm RFR, on an internal basis.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 10,583-square-foot office lease renewal in the Northern New Jersey community of Parsippany. The tenant, Business Credentialing Services, is taking space at 199 Cherry Hill Road, which according to LoopNet Inc. was built in 1970, renovated in 2017 and totals 57,445 square feet. William O’Keefe and Courtney Rosenkrantz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, locally based investment firm The Birch Group, in the lease negotiations.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 5,500-square-foot industrial lease in South Fort Worth. According to LoopNet Inc., the newly renovated building at 9727-9733 South Freeway was built in 1978 and totals 16,060 square feet. Taylor Stell and Schaefer Amos of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Bleecker Partners, in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the tenant were not disclosed.

CONROE, TEXAS — Law firm Griffin, Cain & Herbig has signed a 5,000-square-foot office lease in Conroe, about 40 miles north of Houston. The firm is taking space at the new Woodforest Bank Building, which occupies a full city block in the downtown area. Lisa Hughes of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate — Greater Houston represented Woodforest National Bank in the lease negotiations.

BROOKFIELD, WIS. — NAI Greywolf has negotiated two office leases totaling 22,500 square feet at Executive Center V in Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee. Heuer Law Offices SC leased 3,074 square feet with a lease term of more than five years. Common Ground Inc., a healthcare insurance solution for small businesses, nonprofits, individuals and families, leased 19,675 square feet. Matt Hock of NAI Greywolf represented the undisclosed landlord. The property is located at 300 N. Executive Drive.

MILWAUKEE — Klement’s Sausage Co. has signed a 3,091-square-foot office lease at the Timbers Building within the Tannery Office Complex in Milwaukee. The property is located at 700 W. Virginia St. John Davis and Ned Purtell of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented the owner, R2 Properties. Klement’s has been making small batch, handcrafted sausages in Milwaukee for more than 60 years.

FAIRFIELD, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 22,523-square-foot industrial lease in the Northern New Jersey community of Fairfield. The recently renovated building at 123 Lehigh Drive features a clear height of 24 feet and two dock-high doors. Bill Waxman, Morgan Nitti, Jeff Volpi, Mindy Lissner and David Gheriani of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Stro Cos., in the lease negotiations. Brian Wilson of Resource Realty represented the tenant, Moda Foods. The deal brings the building to full occupancy.

UNION, N.J. ­— Automotive repair company Caliber Collision has signed an 11,815-square-foot retail lease in the Northern New Jersey community of Union. According to LoopNet Inc., the single-tenant property at 2260 Route 22 E was originally built in 2000. Neil Goldstein and John Ostrowski of The Goldstein Group represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Sean Pyle and Justin Korinis of Sabre Real Estates Advisors represented Caliber Collision.

WALTHAM, MASS. — BPGbio has signed a 70,000-square-foot office and life sciences lease in the western Boston suburb of Waltham. The AI-powered biopharmaceutical company plans to relocate from nearby Framingham to two full floors of the 143,533-square-foot facility at 300 Third Ave. next summer. Tim Latham, Christopher Scott and Chris Devaux internally represented the landlord, Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co., in the lease negotiations. Paul Delaney, Adam Subber and Nate Heilbron of Cresa represented BPGbio.

NEW YORK CITY — Butterfield Market will open a 10,000-square-foot grocery store in Queens. The space is located on the ground floor of RISE LIC, an apartment complex in the borough’s Long Island City area with more than 100 units. Charles Rapuano of Winick Realty Group represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Thomas Galo, also with Winick Realty Group, represented the landlord, a joint venture between The Davis Cos., SB Development and Hazelton Capital. An opening date has not yet been established.
