GREENWICH, CONN. — Stark Office Suites has signed a 23,538-square-foot office lease extension and expansion in the southern coastal Connecticut city of Greenwich. The provider of flexible workspace solutions is taking an additional 5,772 square feet at 777 West Putnam, a 134,000-square-foot building located along U.S. Route 1. James Ritman and Benjamin Goldstein of Newmark represented the landlord, New York-based investment firm Shelbourne, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was self-represented.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Andiamo Pasta & Chops will open at The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, a northern suburb of Detroit. The restaurant comes from Michigan-based Joe Vicari Restaurant Group. The concept will be something new for Michigan restaurants, but the idea will be mirrored off Joe Vicari’s Andiamo Italian Steakhouse in Las Vegas. Andiamo Pasta & Chops is slated to open this summer in the 7,670-square-foot space formerly home to Brio Italian Grille at 17430 Hall Road. Renovation plans call for the space to be completely redesigned and reconfigured around a central bar, which will become the centerpiece of the new restaurant. There will also be a lounge area, two dining rooms and a separate banquet area. The Mall at Partridge Creek is a 640,000-square-foot, open-air shopping center that is home to more than 80 stores, restaurants and entertainment sites. The mall is leased and managed by Spinoso Real Estate Group.
SHAWNEE, KAN. — Five Guys will open a 2,300-square-foot restaurant at 10 Quivira Plaza in Shawnee, approximately 10 miles southwest of Kansas City. The location, slated to open in June, marks the 13th restaurant for Five Guys in the Kansas City area. Erin Johnston of Copaken Brooks represented ownership on an internal basis. Five Guys joins other retailers Westlake Hardware, Big Biscuit, Vintage Stock and Price Chopper at the shopping center, which is located on the northwest corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Quivira Road.
CYPRESS, TEXAS — Lone Star Downhole Products has signed a 10,000-square-foot industrial lease in the northwestern Houston metro of Cypress. The manufacturer of energy equipment parts is taking the entire building at 19615 Juergen Road, which according to LoopNet Inc. is under construction and will feature 20-foot clear heights. Georges Montes of Cypressbrook Co. represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Nick Bergmann and Cape Bell of CBRE represented the landlord, Mesquite Realty & Investment Group.
NOVI, MICH. — Clear Fortress Window Solutions will open at the West Oaks II shopping center in Novi. The tenant has leased a 975-square-foot space and expects to open this summer. Tjader Gerdom and Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord, Kimco Realty, in the lease negotiations.
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Apple Cinemas has signed an 80,000-square-foot retail lease in White Plains, a northern suburb of New York City. Apple Cinemas will backfill a space that formerly housed a Showcase Cinema Deluxe theater. The new theater will offer stadium recliner seats, digital projection and sound capacities and food-and-beverage options, including burger concept BurgerFi. Don Mace of metro Boston-based brokerage firm KeyPoint Partners represented Apple Cinemas in the lease negotiations.
Construction Resources to Open Design Center at Westside Paper Development in Atlanta

ATLANTA — Construction Resources, a distributor of home improvement products, plans to open a new design center at Westside Paper, a mixed-use development located at 950 W. Marietta St. in Atlanta’s West Midtown district. The center, which is set to open early next year, will be the first location to feature all of Construction Resources’ products in a single location. Westbridge and FCP co-developed and own Westside Paper, which is an adaptive reuse of a 70-year-old paper mill. Brad Pope of JLL represented Construction Resources in the lease transaction, and Shelbi Bodner with Bridger Properties represented the landlord. Other tenants at Westside Paper include El Santo Gallo, Pancake Social, Elsewhere Greenhouse, Bar Driver, Northern China Eatery, Ancestral Bottle Shop & Market and King of Pops.
HOUSTON AND CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Shoo Loong Kan has signed two leases in Texas, marking the first locations in the state for the Chinese hotpot concept. Plans include a 6,213-square-foot restaurant at West on West in Houston, as well as a 6,330-square-foot restaurant in the northern Dallas metro of Carrollton. Michael Pittman II, Michael Burgower and Rachel Granstrom of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Three Tenants to Join Haymarket Village Center in Northern Virginia, Six Renew Leases

HAYMARKET, VA. — Three new tenants have signed leases to join Haymarket Village Center, a 256,856-square-foot retail center situated about 38 miles west of Washington, D.C. Red Bank, N.J.-based First National Realty Partners (FNRP) is the landlord. The leasing deals with Cin Dental (1,824 square feet), Nova Patient Care (1,600 square feet), and BeBop (1,575 square feet) will bring the retail center to full occupancy. FNRP has also secured lease renewals with six existing tenants, including Divine Nail Spa, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Starbucks Coffee, Smoothie King, Sports Clips and Verizon Wireless. FNRP purchased Haymarket Village Center in 2018 for $34.5 million.
PLAINFIELD, IND. — Continental, a contract dining and refreshment provider, has signed a 49,977-square-foot industrial lease at Gateway Industrial II within HSA Commercial’s Gateway Business Park in the Indianapolis suburb of Plainfield. The deal returns Gateway Industrial II to full occupancy after a previous tenant expanded elsewhere within the business park. Based in Troy, Mich., Continental specializes in workplace food and beverage programs. The company plans to establish a distribution center and office space at Gateway Industrial II. HSA will oversee the build-out of the office portion, while Continental will retrofit the warehouse space. Occupancy is slated for June 1. Built in 2004, Gateway Industrial II features a clear height of 28 feet. In addition to Continental, the 104,400-square-foot building is leased to Sky Zone Trampoline Park, In Touch Pharmaceuticals and CertiFit Auto Body Parts. To date, HSA has completed seven buildings totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet at Gateway Business Park. The development is situated one mile from Indianapolis International Airport. Tom Ferguson of Premier Commercial and John Boyd of Signature Associates represented Continental in the lease. Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe of CBRE represented ownership.
