LENEXA, KAN. — Copaken Brooks has completed the lease-up of the first phase of Restaurant Row in Lenexa. The latest addition, Zhoug Mediterranean, will open in the final 3,000-square-foot space this fall. Zhoug is a fast-casual restaurant that serves Mediterranean foods. Additional tenants at Phase I of Restaurant Row include Enjoy Pure Food + Drink, Cactus Grill TexMex & Tequila and Tupelo Honey. Erin Johnston of Copaken Brooks represented ownership, while John Nolan and Charlie Lowe of Crossroads Real Estate Group represented Zhoug.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Locally based brokerage firm Holt Lunsford Commercial has arranged a 90,278-square-foot industrial lease at South Fort Worth Commerce Center. The two-building complex is located at the northeast corner of I-35W and Everman Parkway. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, IDI Logistics, in the lease negotiations. Andrew Johnson of Colliers represented the tenant, Kurita America, a provider of water treatment solutions.

PLANO, TEXAS — KCW Enterprises has signed a 38,180-square-foot lease renewal at an industrial flex facility located at 2600 Research Drive in Plano. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1998 and totals 82,545 square feet. Brian Pafford and Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Kennington Research LLC, in the lease negotiations. Grace Bowers of Colliers represented the tenant.

ST. LOUIS — NISA Investment Advisors LLC, an independent and employee-owned firm, has opened a new headquarters office in St. Louis. The 95,000-square-foot office is located at 7676 Forsyth Blvd. and represents an approximate 20 percent increase in square footage over the firm’s prior location. NISA, which was founded in St. Louis 30 years ago, currently has more than 390 employees and manages $526 billion in assets.

SOUTH LYON, MICH. — World Custom Alterations is relocating its shop from Northville to downtown South Lyon, about 16 miles northeast of Ann Arbor. The tenant has leased a 1,500-square-foot space on West Lake Street. Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the undisclosed landlord.

TEANECK, N.J. — Vatech America, a manufacturer of dental imaging equipment, has signed a 16,262-square-foot office lease in the Northern New Jersey community of Teaneck. The space is located within the 670,000-square-foot, four-building Glenpointe mixed-use campus. Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson of Newmark represented the landlord, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, in the lease negotiations. Harlan Hollander of Savills represented the tenant.

ALPHARETTA, GA. — IKEA plans to open a 4,306-square-foot store at Mansell Crossing, a shopping center located at 7681 North Point Parkway in the northern Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta. The landlord is New York-based Brixmor. The new store is among four small-format locations that IKEA announced in January, along with new stores in the greater Los Angeles area and Austin, Texas. Each store will allow customers to design and order home-furnishing solutions and products with help from IKEA experts, as well as pick up items once they’re shipped. The new Alpharetta store is set to open this summer. Other tenants at Mansell Crossing include REI, Five Below, TJ Maxx, DSW, Macy’s Furniture Gallery and Barnes & Noble. IKEA opened its prototypical store and warehouse location, which spans more than 366,000 square feet, in Atlanta’s Midtown area in 2005.

SAN ANTONIO — Architecture firm Corgan has signed a 5,000-square-foot office lease at Frost Tower, a 24-story building in downtown San Antonio that was completed in 2019. Corgan, which has had an office in San Antonio for 25 years, is relocating from the building at 1777 NE Loop 410. David Ballard and Parker LaBarge of CBRE represented Corgan in the lease negotiations. Christi Griggs, also with CBRE, represented the landlord, Weston Urban, which developed Frost Tower in partnership with Dallas-based KDC.

ANN ARBOR, MICH. — Edge Autonomy Energy Systems has signed a lease for an 85,000-square-foot industrial building located at 5775 Interface Drive in Ann Arbor. A producer of solid oxide fuel cells and ruggedized power solutions, Edge Autonomy Energy Systems and its legacy companies have operated in Ann Arbor for 20 years. The property on Interface Drive was originally a high-bay office building and will be converted to meet the tenant’s needs. Kyle Passage, Craig Herschel and Steve Langton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Matt Buslepp of Avison Young represented the landlord, Mansour Cos.

WILMINGTON, MASS. — JLL has negotiated a 111,119-square-foot industrial lease at Upton Crossing in the northern Boston suburb of Wilmington. The lease is for the entirety of the building at 38 Upton Drive, which features a clear height of 32 feet. Joe Fabiano, Jamey Lipscomb, Jordan Yarboro and Brian Tisbert of JLL represented the landlord, locally based developer The Davis Cos., in the lease negotiations. Rachel Marks and Chelsea Andre, also with JLL, represented the tenant, an undisclosed provider of medical devices and equipment.
