FORT MEYERS, FLA. — Global City Development and Gilu Development have begun welcoming residents to Reva, a 255-unit luxury apartment community located in Fort Meyers. Situated on Crystal Drive and Six Mile Cypress Parkway, the complex features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 786 square feet to 1,690 square feet. Reva also offers three-bedroom villas with two-car garages and a private driveway. Rental rates begin at $1,700 for a one-bedroom unit. The community is anchored by a two-story, 6,200-square-foot clubhouse overlooking a private lake, with additional amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center with open-air workout spaces, meditation area, coworking areas with Zoom studios, event room, package lockers, onsite management and a convenience store located inside the clubhouse. Additionally, the community is offering a $1,000 bonus to “hometown heroes,” such as medical professionals, policemen and firefighters.

WAYNE, PA. — Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia will open a 13,100-square-foot ambulatory surgery center in Wayne, located northwest of the city. The company will build out and operate the facility in partnership with Cardiovascular Logistics, SCA Health and Penn Medicine. Paul Rogers and Charlie Rogers of Colliers represented the cardiology group in its site selection and lease negotiations. The opening is slated for the end of the year.
LISLE, ILL. — NAI Hiffman has negotiated three leases totaling 15,642 square feet at 2200 Cabot Drive, a renovated office building within the Corporate Lakes office park in Lisle. Agriculture company Syngenta signed a 13,381-square-foot lease at the five-story building. Prior to the pandemic, Syngenta occupied space in Downers Grove. Additionally, Bethany Christian Services inked a 1,217-square-foot lease, and Retirement Solutions leased 1,044 square feet. Patrick Kiefer of NAI Hiffman represented building owner RE Development Solutions in all three deals. The property is now 70 percent leased. RE Development Solutions acquired the building in November 2019 when it was 5 percent occupied. Ownership has completed extensive renovations, including a redesigned lobby, updated first floor and fifth-floor amenity suite, onsite deli, exterior monument signage, a conference room, updated corridors and washrooms and new mechanical systems. The building offers spec suites to meet demand from small and midsize companies seeking turnkey space.
HOUSTON — World Emblem has signed a 72,000-square-foot industrial lease in northwest Houston. The Florida-based patch and insignia manufacturer is relocating and expanding from a nearby, 35,000-square-foot space to the building at 6740 Signat Drive. About 140 employees will work at the plant to start, and the company plans to reshore 50 jobs and add up to 100 additional staff at the facility, which will initially produce up to 500,000 emblems and patches per week. No third-party brokers were involved in the lease negotiations.
CARROLLTON, TEXAS — FireTron Inc. has renewed its 15,486-square-foot lease at an industrial flex property in the northern Dallas metro of Carrollton. The provider of fire protection equipment will remain at Avion Business Center, which according to LoopNet Inc. was built in 1984 and totals 24,944 square feet. Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Tyler Maner and Will Mason of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KAN. — Women in Real Estate Development (WIRED) is nearing completion of a wellness and beauty destination at the corner of 75th Street and State Line Road in Prairie Village near Overland Park. The 7,000-square-foot property is named “c u r a t e d.” In August 2024, a group of 22 local women investors, led by Sheryl Vickers of Select Sites LLC, acquired the property. They have reimagined the building from 1958 into a commercial space tailored for health, beauty and wellness practitioners looking to reach consumers across Mission Hills, Waldo, Brookside, Leawood, Overland Park and Fairway. The interior space features new paint, flooring and lighting. The project’s suites feature natural light, private entries and modern finishes. The project also included the installation of new energy-efficient windows. Final plans call for a new parking surface and concrete with ADA access and new landscaping. The anchor tenant is The Healing Collective, which occupies eight suites and brings the building’s occupancy to 70 percent.
JBG Smith Launches Leasing at 355-Unit Valen Multifamily Community in Arlington, Virginia

ARLINGTON, VA. — JBG Smith has launched leasing at Valen, a 355-unit multifamily community located at 2050 S. Bell St. within the National Landing neighborhood of Arlington. New York City-based KPF designed the project. The 25-story tower offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 524 square feet to 1,279 square feet, as well as 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Monthly rental rates at Valen range from $2,250 to $5,820, according to Apartments.com. Amenities at the property include a rooftop swimming pool and lounge, fitness center, 24-hour concierge services, coworking facilities, community gathering spaces and a pet spa with a grooming station. Residents also have access to garage bike storage and electric vehicle charging stations. JBG Smith plans to achieve LEED Gold certification at Valen. Valen’s adjacent sister property, The Zoe, opened for leasing in December 2024 and includes 420 rental apartments.
L&L Holding, Oak Row Equities Secure 75,000 SF Office Lease Expansion with Amazon in Miami

MIAMI — L&L Holding Co. and Oak Row Equities have secured a lease expansion with Amazon at Wynwood Plaza, a 1 million-square-foot mixed-used development located within Miami’s Wynwood Arts & Entertainment District. The lease expansion — which will total more than 75,000 square feet — builds on Amazon’s original agreement in January to lease 50,333 square feet at the campus. Bryan Lapidus of L&L Holding, as well as Andrew Trench, Edward Quinon and Brian Gale of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Wynwood Plaza’s ownership in the lease negotiations. Tom Capocefalo and Mike Catalano of Savills represented Amazon. Wynwood Plaza’s office tower totals 266,000 square feet with a dedicated second-floor amenity hub that includes a fully equipped fitness center with showers and lockers, a golf simulator and conference rooms. Additional offerings include a landscaped rooftop with flexible seating options and shaded areas, a 25-foot grand lobby, air filtration systems, destination dispatch elevators with touchless entry and an onsite parking garage.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — FedEx Ground Package System has renewed its 186,577-square-foot industrial lease in Fort Worth. The space is located within Carter Distribution Center, a four-building, 1 million-square-foot complex on the city’s south side that was originally built in 2018. Thomas Eddins of Fischer & Co. represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, PGIM.
NEW YORK CITY — TickPick, an online platform for buying and selling of fee-free event tickets, has signed a 17,000-square-foot office headquarters lease at One Penn Plaza in Midtown Manhattan. Alec Kirschner of Vestian, a global brokerage firm specializing in tenant representation, represented TickPick in the lease negotiations. Vornado Realty Trust owns the building and was self-represented.
