KATY, TEXAS —Poag Development Group has welcomed four new tenants to LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, a shopping center located in the western Houston suburb of Katy. Confectionary Kilwins is scheduled to open a 1,104-square-foot store before the end of the year. Nando’s will open 2,754-square-foot restaurant in January 2024, followed by the launch of athleisure retailer lululemon in February. Lastly, IKEA will open a 5,500-square-foot store for placing and picking up furniture orders. JLL manages the center.

TULSA, OKLA. — CBRE has opened a 9,891-square-foot office at Santa Fe Crossings, a located at 521 E. 2nd St. in downtown Tulsa. The Dallas-based real estate giant is relocating its Tulsa office from 1437 South Boulder Ave. to the seventh floor of the 134,978-square-foot building. The office is part of CBRE’s WorkPlace360 program and features various social spaces, several individual and group workspaces and a boardroom for large-format internal meetings or presentations with clients and visitors.
CHICAGO — Heisler Hospitality has signed a 10,000-square-foot lease to occupy the entire building at 165 N. Morgan St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market. Heisler, led by entrepreneur Matt Eisler and designer Kevin Heisner, plans to open Pizza Lobo in the space in summer 2024. The lease marks Heisler’s fourth establishment in Chicago. The restaurateurs also operate Nights & Weekends and Lone Wolf in the West Loop and Estereo FM in Fulton Market. Fulton Street Cos. (FSC) owns the building at 165 N. Morgan St. along with partner Fred Latsko of Latsko Interests, which brought Guinness Open Gate Brewery to Chicago. FSC purchased the single-tenant property in December 2021 from a private investor. Previously housing the corporate offices of Tenzing Wine & Spirits, the building features a private, 2,500-square-foot outdoor courtyard.
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Fleet Pump & Service Group has signed a full-building, 31,255-square-foot industrial lease renewal at 455 Knollwood Road in White Plains, a northern suburb of Manhattan. Rick Rakow of Rakow Commercial Realty Group represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Josh Gopan and Sean Heneghan represented the landlord, Simone Development, on an internal basis.
LANCASTER, PA. — Locally based brokerage firm TRUE Commercial Real Estate has negotiated a 15,100-square-foot lease at BURLE Corporate Park, a commercial facility located about 80 miles west of Philadelphia in Lancaster. Althea Ramsay Carrigan of TRUE Commercial represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The tenant was HealthDirect Pharmacy Services.
Five Below, Ross Dress for Less Join Tenant Roster at Northlake Shopping Center in Mandeville, Louisiana

MANDEVILLE, LA. — National retailers Five Below and Ross Dress for Less have joined Northlake Shopping Center, a 166,371-square-foot retail center located at the intersection of Louisiana Highway 22 and U.S. Route 190 in Mandeville. Situated across Lake Pontchartrain from New Orleans, Northlake’s tenant roster also includes Fresh Market, Total Wine & More, Office Depot and PetSmart. The landlord, Epic Real Estate Partners, has recently completed exterior renovations to the shopping center. Jonathan Fawer and Austin Lavin of Corporate Realty represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
SUGAR LAND, TEXAS — Circle Clothing has signed a 37,000-square-foot industrial lease in the southwestern Houston suburb of Sugar Land. The textile manufacturer is taking space at Sugar Land Corporate Center, an 88,200-square-foot building that is situated within a larger master-planned development. Jim Pratt of Colliers represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Jarret Venghaus and Jordan Raney of JLL represented the landlord, Prologis.
ETNA, PA. — Electric products and services provider Westinghouse will open an 87,420-square-foot industrial facility in Etna, located northeast of downtown Pittsburgh, a move that will add about 40 jobs and $18 million in capital investment to the local economy. Westinghouse will use the space at 51 Bridge St. to manufacture various electrical components and advance clean energy initiatives. New York-based private equity firm The AM Group owns the building. Construction began earlier this year and is slated for a first-quarter 2024 completion.
MINNEAPOLIS — U.S. Bancorp has renewed its 447,000-square-foot lease for its office headquarters at 800 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis. Brent Erickson and Callie Ronkowski of Newmark represented the owner, Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc., while JLL represented the tenant. U.S. Bancorp is the parent company of US Bank, the fifth-largest commercial bank in the country, according to Newmark. US Bank has occupied the property, which is also named U.S. Bancorp Center, since 2000. Piedmont acquired the building in 2003. Amenities include a 12,500-square-foot amenity space on the top floor with a fitness center and conference rooms. The property will soon welcome 801 Fish, a fine dining seafood restaurant, and undergo a two-story lobby renovation to include additional tenant collaboration lounges and an onsite coffee lounge.
EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN. — Law firm Fafinski Mark & Johnson (FMJ) has leased 22,220 square feet of office space at One Southwest Crossing in the Minneapolis suburb of Eden Prairie. Jaclyn May, Paul Donovan and Tom DeSautel of Cushman & Wakefield represented FMJ, while Eric Heltne of Avison Young represented the landlord, Eagle Ridge Partners. Jennifer Stumm of FMJ will lead the project management for the build-out of the new office. FMJ is relocating within Eden Prairie and plans to take occupancy at One Southwest Crossing in spring 2024. The property was recently renovated.
