IRVING, TEXAS — Lawn & Garden, a provider of lawncare products and equipment, has relocated its corporate headquarters from the northern-central metroplex city of Coppell to Esters 114 Business Center in Irving. Clint Madison, John Fancher and Randy Wood of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Stanton Road Capital, in the lease negotiations. Bill Buntyn and Dylan Smith of Colliers represented Lawn & Garden, which will occupy 11,409 square feet at Esters 114.

MICHIGAN — Fast-casual restaurant Slim Chickens has inked a deal to open 25 new locations throughout Southeast Michigan. Business partners Brad and Todd DeLange along with Doug Broadright are spearheading the expansion. Currently, Slim Chickens operates more than 225 locations across the United States and the United Kingdom with more than 1,100 locations in development. Slim Chickens offers 17 different dipping sauces and a variety of menu items such as chicken tenders, salads, sandwiches, chicken and waffles, chicken wings and various sides. The first Slim Chickens opened in 2003 in Fayetteville, Ark. A timeline for the opening of the Michigan locations was not provided.

BROOKFIELD, WIS. — Caribou Coffee has signed a lease to open as the inaugural tenant at a new mixed-use development in the Milwaukee suburb of Brookfield. The project is a redevelopment of a former Pepino’s restaurant and a tax preparation office located at the intersection of Capitol and Calhoun roads. Construction is underway, and Caribou Coffee is slated to open this summer. Bill Quinlivan of Colliers | Wisconsin is marketing the property for lease.

NEW YORK CITY — Mercy College has signed a 125,522-square-foot lease renewal at 1200 Waters Place in The Bronx. The complex is known as Hutchinson Metro Center and consists of 1.4 million square feet of office, medical, retail, hospitality and academic space. James MacDonald and Sean Heneghan internally represented the landlord, Simone Metro Properties, in the lease negotiations. Bill Cuddy and Greg Maurer-Hollaender of CBRE represented Mercy College, which has been a tenant at Hutchinson Metro Center for more than 20 years.

FRISCO, TEXAS — Locally based brokerage firm SHOP Cos. has negotiated the sale of Custer Road Commons, a 23,609-square-foot retail strip center in Frisco. At the time of sale, the center was fully leased to tenants such as Starwood Cafe, My Eyelab, Jason’s Deli, Zenith Clinic and Novuskin. Tim Axilrod and Tayler Rose of the SHOP Cos. represented the seller, a Texas-based limited partnership, in the transaction. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.

HOUSTON — Finial Group has brokered a 22,000-square-foot industrial lease in West Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 13750 FM 529 is situated within Vault 529 Industrial Business Park, a five-building complex. Jason Gibbons and Chase Tucker of Finial Group represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Chase Cribbs and Drew Donohue of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, SMP Industrial Control & Trading, a provider of power distribution equipment and other design solutions.

BEAUMONT, TEXAS — BioLife Plasma Services has signed an 18,000-square-foot retail lease at Beaumont Crossroads Shopping Center in East Texas. The blood donation center is backfilling part of a space formerly occupied by Stein Mart. Jason Gaines of Houston-based Sturbridge Commercial Real Estate represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Matt Parsons of JLL represented the tenant, which now operates 25 facilities in Texas.

TETERBORO, N.J. — Bergen Fitness has signed a 42,985-square-foot industrial lease renewal in the Northern New Jersey community of Teterboro. The multi-tenant complex at 100 Hollister Road totals 177,092 square feet. Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning of NAI James E. Hanson, along with Matthew Meade of MWM Group, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Marc Petrella of KBC Advisors represented the landlord, Dawson Logistics Assets.

CHICAGO — Molson Coors Beverage Co. has signed an 83,848-square-foot office lease for floors 34 through 36 at 320 South Canal in Chicago. The brewer anticipates moving its Americas headquarters from 250 S. Wacker Drive when the lease commences in summer 2024. Riverside Investment and Development and partner Convexity Properties own the building, which is also known as BMO Tower. The new space for Molson Coors will feature an open concept with an internal staircase connecting the three floors. A pub and private outdoor patio will be available for employees. Matt Gautreau, Nick Pavlakovich, Dan Maslauski and Michael Sessa of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Drew Nieman and Christy Domin represented Riverside on an internal basis. Rising 52 stories, 320 South Canal is situated immediately south of Chicago’s Union Station. The Green, a 1.5-acre privately owned outdoor park, sits on the west side of the building.

NORTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Azarian Realty Co. has negotiated a 9,746-square-foot retail lease at The Shoppes at North Brunswick in Northern New Jersey. Kevin Pelio of Azarian represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty & Development represented the tenant, Big Blue Swim School. The Shoppes at North Brunswick is now 94 percent leased following the execution of this deal.
