WAYNE, PA. — CBRE has negotiated a 38,572-square-foot office headquarters lease in Wayne, a western suburb of Philadelphia. The tenant is iPipeline, a software provider for the financial services and life insurance industries, and the space is located within the 200,000-square-foot, freshly renovated building at 1111 Old Eagle School Road. Scott Gabrielsen of CBRE represented the landlord, De Lage Landen Financial Services, in the lease negotiations. Mitch Reading of Tactix Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.

HOUSTON — Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP has signed a 52,000-square-foot office lease at Texas Tower, a 47-story skyscraper in downtown Houston. The global law firm will occupy space on two floors beginning in April 2026. Michael Anderson with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, a partnership between Hines and Ivanhoe Cambridge, in the lease negotiations. Mark O’Donnell of Savills represented the tenant. The deal brings the 1.2 million-square-foot building to 99 percent occupancy.
HOUSTON — Stream Realty Partners has negotiated a 32,238-square-foot industrial lease in southeast Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 8300 Telephone Road was constructed in 1981 and totals 107,025 square feet. Tyler Maner and William Carpenter of Stream represented the landlord, Birtcher Anderson Davis, in the lease negotiations. Amy Patterson with Clay & Co. represented the tenant, First Choice Fasteners.
VALLEY COTTAGE, N.Y. — National Ramp has signed a 109,450-square-foot industrial lease in Valley Cottage, about 30 miles north of New York City. The space is located within Lincoln Logistics Rockland, a distribution facility that features a clear height of 36 feet, 34 dock doors and parking for 123 cars and 41 trailers. James Panczykowski of JLL and Adam Petrillo of Newmark represented the landlord, a partnership between Lincoln Equities and PCCP LLC, in the lease negotiations. National Ramp was self-represented.
NEW YORK CITY — RD Management has subleased 17,363 square feet of office space at 1745 Broadway in Midtown Manhattan. The space spans part of the seventh floor of the 26-story, 780,525-square-foot building. Richard Bernstein, Adam Ardise, Stephen Bellwood, Lei-Lani Keelan and Troy Elias of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, Penguin Random House, in the negotiations. Ben Shapiro, Bill Levitsky and Matt Augarten of Newmark represented RD Management. Invesco Real Estate owns 1745 Broadway.
NAPERVILLE, ILL. — The White Sheep, a breakfast and brunch restaurant, has signed a 5,424-square-foot lease to open a restaurant at 22 E. Chicago Ave. in Naperville. The space is located in the River District Shopping Center, adjacent to North Central College. The restaurant is slated to open in the second quarter. Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Brooke Spinell of Mid-America Real Estate Group and Tom Bernier of Bucksbaum Properties LLC represented the landlord, Bucksbaum Properties. The lease marks the second location for The White Sheep, which maintains a restaurant in Orland Park.
DANIEL ISLAND, S.C. — New York City-based Bout Boxing has signed a 2,047-square-foot retail lease at Central Island Square, a 4,000-acre master planned community in Daniel Island. Located roughly eight miles from Charleston International Airport, the new fitness studio is slated to open this spring at 50 Central Island St. Melissa Sweeney of Continental Realty Corp. and Lindsey Halter of Carolina Retail Experts represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Alex Kucich and Nell Kucich currently operate two Bout Boxing locations in New York City and are teaming up with Marc Nuccitelli for the Charleston expansion. Bout Boxing will join a mix of retail tenants at Central Island Square including Buck’s Deli, Par Paradise, Gloss, iCRYO, Tacos & Tequilas Mexican Grill, New York Butcher Shoppe and a pet boutique.
HOUSTON — Hilltop Stones has signed a 121,795-square-foot industrial lease in northwest Houston. The manufacturer of granite, quartz and marble products is taking space at the building at 8760 Clay Road, which according to LoopNet Inc. was built in 1960 (renovated in 2010) and totals 356,953 square feet. Garret Geaccone and Boone Smith of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, DRA Advisors, in the lease negotiations. Wes Williams of Colliers represented the tenant.
HOUSTON — Locally based operator Duckstache Hospitality has opened three new restaurants at Autry Park, a 14-acre mixed-use development located northwest of downtown Houston. Bar Doko and Doko are both Japanese concepts that total 66 seats and opened in late 2024 and February 2025, respectively. Annam is a French-Vietnamese restaurant that also opened in February. A partnership between Hanover Co. and Dallas-based retail owner-operator Rebees owns Autry Park.
MECHANICSBURG, PA. — Gannett Fleming TranSystems has signed a 100,000-square-foot office lease in Mechanicsburg, about 115 miles west of Philadelphia. The architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) consulting firm is consolidating and relocating from nearby Camp Hill to Sterling Place Corporate Center. Jeremy Shyk of CBRE represented the landlord, a partnership between Sterling Place Associates and Waterday Properties, in the lease negotiations. Mark Gola of Gola Corporate Real Estate represented the tenant.
