SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J. — Tropical Supermarket will open a 15,800-square-foot grocery store at Clinton Corners, a 30,331-square-foot neighborhood retail center located in the Northern New Jersey community of South Plainfield. The tenant will backfill a space previously occupied by grocer Bravo, maintaining the property’s 100 percent occupancy rate. Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty of Levin Management Corp. represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations.

MILWAUKEE — The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has signed a 15-year lease for 8,797 square feet on the 11th floor of Two-Fifty, an office tower in Milwaukee. The property rises 20 stories and spans 200,000 square feet at 250 E. Wisconsin Ave. within the city’s central business district. The BLM is responsible for sustaining the health, diversity and productivity of public lands. Ned Purtell and John Davis of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Buffalo Grove, Ill.-based Millbrook Real Estate Co. Since purchasing Two-Fifty in 2015, Millbrook has invested more than $8.5 million in improvements, including a new tenant lounge, conference center and lobby renovation. The building is currently home to tenants such as HNTB, Associated Bank and the Milwaukee Bar Association.

STERLING HEIGHTS, MICH. — Millennial Collection, a trading card and gaming store, has signed a lease for 1,600 square feet at Brookside Shopping Center in Sterling Heights. The tenant will occupy space formerly home to an arcade. Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease.

WOODRIDGE, ILL. — Rug company Luxe Weavers has signed a 28,436-square-foot industrial lease at Park 355 in the Chicago suburb of Woodridge. The building, which is located at 2145 Internationale Parkway, is now fully leased. Reinier Pranger and Joshua Hearne of Cawley Chicago represented the tenant. Sean Henrick, Jason West and Ryan Klink of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed landlord.

ALLEN, TEXAS — Chicken N Pickle, a Kansas City-based concept that combines dining with pickleball and other outdoor games, will open a restaurant and entertainment venue in the northeastern Dallas suburb of Allen. The tenant will launch at The Farm, a 135-acre mixed-use development by JaRyCo, in late 2023. Chicken N Pickle also has locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metros of Grand Prairie and Grapevine, as well as San Antonio, and has committed to a new space in Webster, a southwestern suburb of Houston.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Mitsui Fudosan America (MFA) has signed a partnership agreement with Industrious, a flexible workplace company, for the use of 40,653 square feet of space at The Homer Building, an office building located at 601 13th St. NW in Washington, D.C. Located on the 12th floor, the space will feature private offices and a total of over 500 seats. The Industrious space at The Homer is scheduled to open in early 2023. Located atop Metro Center Station in D.C.’s East End neighborhood, The Homer Building features a rooftop deck, modernized elevator mechanicals and cabs, a four-level parking garage, full-service fitness center and a Panera Bread and coffee shop on the ground level.

MORTON GROVE, ILL. — Two tenants have signed industrial lease renewals at 8220 Austin Ave. in Morton Grove, a northern suburb of Chicago. Dynamic Group, a contract cabinet manufacturer, signed a 45,000-square-foot renewal. Johnson & Quin expanded its offsite storage facility to 17,500 square feet at the property. Johnson & Quin is a large volume, personalized direct mail company that has operated in the Chicago area for 146 years. Sam Badger of CBRE represented Johnson & Quin, while Brendan Green and Patrick Turner of Colliers represented ownership, Clear Height Properties.

ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Texas Almet, a supplier of aircraft parts, has signed a 42,850-square-foot industrial lease at 501-509 106th St. in Arlington. According to Propertyshark.com, the single-tenant building was constructed on two acres in 1980. Canon Shoults of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Scott Voelkel of Dickey Property Co. represented the tenant.

ATLANTA — The Ardent Cos. has executed five new leases, 11 renewals and one expansion at Piedmont Center, a 2 million-square-foot office campus located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. New tenants at Piedmont Center, which will absorb 35,650 square feet of space, include Emory Investment Management, Harry Norman, Maxis, Findling Law and Relatient. Chad Koenig and Katelyn Fabien of Cushman & Wakefield represented Emory Investment Management, John Winter of Cushman & Wakefield represented Harry Norman, Jill Goldberg of Goldberg O’Malley and Steve Barton of CBRE represented Maxis, and Relatient was represented by Joey Kline of JLL in the lease negotiations. Hudson Lambert Parrott Walker LLC added 4,426 square feet of space to its occupancy of Tower 15 at the campus. The lease renewals and expansion account for 42,359 square feet. JLL and Cushman & Wakefield handle leasing for Piedmont Center on behalf of Ardent Cos.

DALLAS — Investment management firm Canyon Partners has signed an office lease renewal within the Harwood District, a development that spans 19 city blocks in Uptown Dallas. The square footage of the lease was not disclosed. The tenant will continue to occupy the second floor of Harwood No. 2, which was originally built in 1996 and is now fully leased. Andy Leatherman of JLL represented Canyon Partners in the lease negotiations. Hannah Mesh and Kelly Whaley represented the landlord, Harwood International, on an internal basis.
