Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed. Other tenants at Levittown Mews include Walmart Neighborhood Market, Ulta Beauty, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Lane Bryant and European Wax Center.

Finding a balance between density and amenities has never been simple for residential developers, but rising interest rates, density restrictions and an increased desire to solidify multifamily projects within the community mean that there is much to be gained from creative approaches to this old problem. LOUISVILLE, KY. — Inxeption, a Silicon Valley-based industrial commerce and supply chain digitization firm, has opened its new offices at PNC Tower in downtown Louisville. The firm, which supports software and several apps for the logistics industry, is occupying 18,000 square feet on the 29th floor. Inxeption says the new regional headquarters space will be able to accommodate up to 200 employees over the next five years. Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear and Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer are scheduled to appear at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the office. BLAKESLEE, PA. — NAI Summit has negotiated a 52,800-square-foot industrial lease at 196 Commercial Blvd. in Blakeslee, located roughly midway between Scranton and Allentown. According to LoopNet Inc., the property comprises three buildings on an 8.3-acre site. Mike Adams and Sarah Finney Miller of NAI Summit represented the tenant, international freight firm Ally Global Logistics, in the lease negotiations. The duo also represented the landlord, an entity doing business as 196 Commercial LLC.
Serendipity Labs to Open Flexible Office Suites at L&C Tower in Nashville, Taps Stream Realty to Lease

NASHVILLE, TENN. — Serendipity Labs, a flexible and coworking operator based in New York, plans to open and operate customizable office suites and supporting services at L&C Tower, an office building located at 159 4th Ave. N in downtown Nashville. The firm will bring two team speculative suites on the second floor spanning 4,800 and 5,800 square feet, which can house 24 and 29 employees, respectively. Additionally, Serendipity Labs will open a traditional office space spanning 10,500 square feet on the third floor that will offer a dedicated café space, several meeting rooms and work-lounge areas that can accommodate 100-plus employees. These spaces can support entrepreneurs looking for a single office or companies and teams looking for flexible and collaborative spaces. Tenants will also be able to access L&C Tower’s existing amenities, including concierge services, a fitness center, conference facilities and a private room with a Main Distribution Frame for secure Wi-Fi connectivity. Additionally, Serendipity Labs has selected Stream Realty Partners as its exclusive brokerage partner to help lease these spaces. DEL RIO, TEXAS — Houston-based developer Levcor has welcomed a quintet of new tenants to Plaza Del Sol, a shopping and dining destination in Del Rio, located west of San Antonio near the Texas-Mexico border. Retailers Ulta Beauty and Burlington have respectively committed to 5,789 and 36,258-square-foot spaces, and the former’s store is now officially open. Food-and-beverage users that have joined the tenant roster include McAlister’s Deli (2,882 square feet), Papa John’s (1,432 square feet) and Arby’s (2,252 square feet).
HOUSTON — SK Lubricants Americas has signed a 23,624-square-foot office lease extension at 11700 Katy Freeway, a 14-story, 325,000-square-foot building in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Kevin Poynter of Poynter Commercial Properties Corp. represented the landlord, an affiliate of ATCAP Partners, in the lease negotiations. Jason Whittington of NAI Partners represented the tenant.
EASTON, PA. — Los Angeles-based e-commerce firm GOAT Group has signed a 341,400-square-foot, full-building industrial lease in the Lehigh Valley city of Easton. The space is situated within First 33 Commerce Center and features a clear height of 32 feet, 140 car parking spaces, 75 trailer parking stalls and 3,950 square feet of office space. Mark Chubb, Michael Zerbe and Summer Coulter of Colliers represented the landlord, Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust, in the lease negotiations. Nate Stricklen and John Gump of CBRE represented the tenant, which took occupancy of its new space within the Las Cimas office complex in July, in the lease negotiations.
