ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Bassett Furniture, a Virginia-based manufacturer and retailer, has signed a 38,582-square-foot industrial lease at 1019 Enterprise Place in Arlington. Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, High Street Logistics Properties, in the lease negotiations. Reed Parker, also with Lee & Associates, represented the tenant.

INDIANAPOLIS — Industrious, a flexible workspace provider, is opening a new location at 71060 N. Capitol Ave. in the former Stutz Motor Car Co. factory in Indianapolis. SomeraRoad is repositioning the property as retail, office, arts and event space. The new location marks the third for Industrious in the Indianapolis market and is slated to open in December. The workspace will feature 350 seats across 28,000 square feet and include a mix of private offices, shared workspaces, conference rooms and lounge areas.
CHICAGO — Wellington Management has signed a 24,000-square-foot office lease at 345 N. Morgan in Chicago’s Fulton Market. Sterling Bay broke ground on the office and retail development in August 2021 and expects to wrap up construction this September. Amenities include private outdoor terraces, a 5,000-square-foot roof deck, lounge, fitness center, coworking library and conference spaces. Eckenhoff Saunders Architects was the project architect. Russ Cora and Austin Lusson negotiated the lease transaction on an internal basis for Sterling Bay. Brendan Callahan, Gabrielle Harvey, Eddie Viliunas and Matt Carolan of JLL represented Wellington Management, which currently houses its Chicago operations in a 6,000-square-foot space in the Loop. The company is a private investment management firm.
HOUSTON — International law firm Baker Botts has signed a 172,301-square-foot office lease extension at 910 Louisiana, a 50-story tower in downtown Houston. Originally developed in 1971, the 1.2 million-square-foot building has been renovated multiple times in subsequent years, most recently in 2020. Winfield Haggard Jr. and Chip Colvill of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Busycon Properties LLC, in the lease negotiations. Mark O’Donnell, Jennifer Meehan and Lizzie Prochazka of Savills represented Baker Botts.
ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Incab America, a manufacturer of fiber optic cables, has signed a 40,000-square-foot industrial lease in Arlington. According to LoopNet Inc., the single-tenant building at 2821 E. Randol Mill Road was constructed in 1968. Reed Parker and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Arden Logistics Management LLC, in the lease negotiations. Riley Maxwell and John Brewer of Transwestern represented Incab America.
NEW YORK CITY — Global communications firm Edelman has signed a 173,618-square-foot office lease renewal at 250 Hudson Street in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood. The company will continue to occupy six floors, as well as a penthouse level that includes private outdoor space, at the 400,000-square-foot building for the next 15 years. Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Todd Lippman and Adele Huang of CBRE represented Edelman in the lease negotiations. Adam Rappaport and Brett Greenberg represented the locally based landlord, Jack Resnick & Sons, on an internal basis.
BAY SHORE, N.Y. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 115,184-square-foot industrial lease at 158 Candlewood Road in the Long Island community of Bay Shore. Sean Duffy and Nicholas Gallipoli of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, paper and packaging products supplier Lindenmeyr Munroe, which is expanding its Long Island presence, in the lease negotiations. Leslie Lanne, Doug Omstrom and Max Omstrom of JLL represented the landlord, Rockefeller Group.
RALEIGH, N.C. — Targan, a locally based research-and-development firm serving the poultry industry, has leased 100,000 square feet at Midtown BioCenter, a life sciences conversion project in Raleigh’s Midtown district. Situated at the intersection of Six Forks and Wake Forest roads, the property was formerly a Kroger grocery store. The developer and landlord, East West Partners, plans to deliver the project in spring 2023. Upon completion, Midtown BioCenter will feature lab and biomanufacturing space, as well as office space. The project team includes general contractor ARCO Design/Build and lead architect Redline Design Group. Brad Corsmeier and Lee Clyburn of CBRE|Raleigh represented East West Partners in the lease deal. Kathryn Lawn and Deborah Boucher of Cushman & Wakefield represented Targan.
CHICAGO — Crafty, a company that assists workplaces in managing food, beverages and supplies, has signed a 12,000-square-foot office lease at 205 W. Wacker in Chicago. Headquartered in downtown Chicago, Crafty is expanding its footprint. The firm previously occupied 3,500 square feet in the West Loop neighborhood. Brian McDonnell and Bill Sheehy of CBRE represented Crafty in the lease transaction.

According to LoopNet Inc. the property was built in 1972 and spans 187,840 square feet.
