CHICAGO — Crafty, a company that assists workplaces in managing food, beverages and supplies, has signed a 12,000-square-foot office lease at 205 W. Wacker in Chicago. Headquartered in downtown Chicago, Crafty is expanding its footprint. The firm previously occupied 3,500 square feet in the West Loop neighborhood. ARLINGTON, TEXAS — California-based automotive parts manufacturer Prestige Autotech has signed a 49,280-square-foot industrial lease at 2001-2023 Exchange Drive in Arlington. According to LoopNet Inc. the property was built in 1972 and spans 187,840 square feet. Reed Parker and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Link Logistics Real Estate, in the lease negotiations. Greg Nelson and Jimmy Holcomb of Paladin Partners represented the tenant.
PHILADELPHIA — Ace American Insurance Co. has signed a 140,585-square-foot office lease renewal at The Washington, a historic building located within Philadelphia’s Independence Mall. The owner, Keystone Development + Investment, purchased the 880,000-square-foot building in 2016 and implemented an adaptive reuse program. Brian Young, Jack Meyers, Howard Traul and Dan Brogan of Cushman & Wakefield represented Keystone in the lease negotiations.

NEW YORK CITY — Capital One has signed a 60,000-square-foot office lease expansion to occupy an additional three floors at 114 Fifth Avenue, a 19-story building in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The 352,000-square-foot building was originally constructed in 1910 and redeveloped in 2014. The lender now occupies 116,296 square feet across six floors. A joint venture between Columbia Property Trust, Allianz Real Estate and L&L Holding Co. owns the property. David Berkey of L&L Holding internally represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. HOUSTON — Quanex Building Products Corp. has signed a 16,545-square-foot office lease at 945 Bunker Hill Road in Houston’s Memorial City district. Brad MacDougall and Warren Alexander internally represented the landlord, MetroNational, in the lease negotiations. Andy Iversen, John Luck and Kaitlyn Duffie of Newmark represented the tenant, which plans to move into the 14-story building in September 2023.

The tenant is expanding from its adjacent location at 81 Spence St. Leslie Lanne, Doug Omstrom and Max Omstrom of JLL represented the landlord, Rockefeller Group, in the lease negotiations. Paul Leone and Phil Heilpern of CBRE represented Duro Dyne.
DECATUR, ILL. — Stripmasters Services Inc. has signed a 161,000-square-foot industrial lease at Commerce Park in Decatur, about 40 miles east of Springfield. Commerce Park is situated on 147 acres near I-72. Queenanne Realty LLC, a Chicago-based subsidiary of New Jersey-based Weiss Realty Co. Inc., owns the property. Weiss plans to expand the park over the next several years. Stripmasters is a commercial and industrial blasting, painting and power coating company that services the Midwest region.
