HOUSTON — Locally based development and management firm Levcor has welcomed three new tenants to Post Oak Plaza in Uptown Houston. Fitness concept Body20 has opened a 1,995-square-foot studio, and Australian-inspired coffee shop Bluestone Lane has signed a lease for 1,405 square feet with plans to launch this fall. In addition, B/S/H Experience & Design Center, a luxury appliance showroom, has committed to 14,777 square feet for its first Texas location. That opening is also slated for the fall.

COLUMBUS, OHIO — AndHealth has unveiled plans to expand its operations in downtown Columbus, bringing 65 new jobs to the area. The healthcare company is moving its office from 1201 Dublin Road to 2 Miranova Place, a 12-story tower. AndHealth says the new space will enable it to more than triple its existing employee count, and the company plans to hire additional software developers, data scientists, healthcare professionals, physicians, providers and other health experts. AndHealth operates the first-ever Virtual Center of Excellence (VCOE) for migraine reversal and will soon launch a second VCOE for autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. AndHealth, which provides virtual healthcare services, works with employers and benefits brokers to provide its services to employees with chronic diseases.

MILTON, FLA. — Branch Properties has signed two restaurants to join the tenant roster at Merganser Commons at Dogwood Estates, a 66,912-square-foot shopping center under construction in Milton, a Florida Panhandle city located about 24 miles east of Pensacola. The Atlanta-based developer plans to open the Publix-anchored center later this summer. The new eateries joining Merganser Commons include RibCrib, a fast-casual barbecue restaurant that will occupy 4,750 square feet, and Teriyaki Madness, an Asian concept. Both restaurants are operated by Panhandle Restaurant Group. The center is currently 92 percent preleased to tenants including Domino’s Pizza, Great Clips, Japanese restaurant Nikko Sushi, nail salon Grand Nail Lounge and ice cream shop Scoops Ice Cream and Sweets. A local medical provider will occupy a 7,500-square-foot outparcel at the center.

PITTSBURG, KAN. — Marshalls will open a 25,000-square-foot store at Pittsburg Town Center in Pittsburg, a city in Southeast Kansas. Other tenants at the property include Home Depot, Chili’s, Buffalo Wild Wings and UPS. David Block and Phil Peck of Block & Co. Inc. Realtors negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of the undisclosed ownership group. Block & Co. also manages the property.

NEW YORK CITY — Law firm Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan (KBR) has signed a 27,117-square-foot office lease at 875 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The lease term is 15 years. The tenant will relocate from 120 Broadway to occupy a full floor at the 29-story building, which was originally constructed in 1982. Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan and Harrison Potter of JLL represented the landlord, Global Holdings Management Group, in the lease negotiations. Howard Greenberg of Howard Properties and Barry Lewen of Cresa represented KBR.

HIALEAH, FLA. — All Florida Paper, a Hispanic-owned paper and sanitation products wholesaler, has signed a full-building, 226,698-square-foot industrial lease at Building D in Beacon Logistics Park in the Miami suburb of Hialeah. Jose Juncadella and Sebastian Juncadella of Fairchild Partners represented the landlord, Codina Partners, in the lease deal. Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Construction on Building D is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter, and All Florida Paper is slated to occupy the space by mid-2023. Once completed, Beacon Logistics Park, located at NW 145th Place and NW 107th Ave., will span more than 1.3 million square feet of space.

WOODRIDGE, ILL. — Bar-S, a Sigma brand, has signed a 47,539-square-foot industrial lease at 2141 Internationale Parkway in the Chicago suburb of Woodridge. The location will serve as the company’s Midwest distribution center. The lease begins Oct. 1. Prologis owns the 130,000-square-foot property, which features six exterior docks, two drive-in doors and a clear height of 30 feet. Bar-S, a producer of bacon, sausages, hot dogs and lunchmeat, plans to install a 15,000-square-foot cooler at the property. Bar-S is currently subleasing space in Chicago. Jay Cook of Cresa represented the tenant in the lease for the Woodridge location.

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. — Nordstrom Inc. plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack store at The Terrace at Hamilton Place, an open-air shopping center located at the intersection of Shallowford Road and I-75 in Chattanooga. This will be the third Nordstrom Rack and fourth Nordstrom concept in Tennessee. Locally based CBL Properties owns and manages Hamilton Place, which houses retailers including Academy Sports + Outdoors, DSW, Ulta Beauty and Old Navy. CBL Properties plans to open the Nordstrom Rack store in spring 2023.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — AS Colour, a New Zealand-based apparel designer and manufacturer, has signed a 240,000-square-foot lease at 11109 Quality Drive in southwest Charlotte. The new facility will be the largest among AS Colour’s existing network of distribution centers in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and California, and will serve as the firm’s base of operations on the East Coast. Chris Skibinski, Henry Lobb and Colin Ferguson of Avison Young represented the landlord, Charland Partners, in the lease negotiations. Tom Tropeano, also with Avison Young, represented AS Colour.

SUNNYVALE, TEXAS — Locally based brokerage firm Paladin Partners has negotiated a 643,760-square-foot industrial lease at 100-200 Planters Road, a newly built property located in the eastern Dallas suburb of Sunnyvale. Conrad Madsen and Greg Nelson of Paladin Partners represented the landlord, a partnership between locally based developers Langford Property Co. and Flaherty Development, in the lease negotiations. Adam Curran and Jay Benner of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, an undisclosed, locally based manufacturer.
