PLANO, TEXAS — Lucid Private Offices, a provider of flexible workspace solutions formerly known as WorkSuites, will open a 31,000-square-foot space at International Tower in Plano. The company will occupy the fifth floor at the newly constructed office building. Trevor Franke and Gini Rounsaville of JLL represented the landlord, Billingsley Co., in the lease negotiations. NOVI, MICH. — The Dancing Pine Korean Steakhouse has signed a lease to join the tenant lineup at Sakura Novi, an Asian-themed mixed-use development in Novi. Sakura Novi will feature a collection of Asian-themed restaurants, high-end retail shops, 117 townhome apartments as well as a Japanese-themed garden path, pond and public plaza. The Dancing Pine is a steakhouse brought to market by Seven York Inc., the owner behind many restaurants across metro Detroit such as Kimchi Box, Dae Jang Keum, Tomo Sushi, The Seoul, Blue Fish Asian Cuisine and Mama Satto. Cindy Ciura of CC Consulting assisted in bringing The Dancing Pine to the development. Sakura Novi LLC, an affiliate of Robert B. Aikens & Associates LLC, specializes in culturally themed real estate development, the creation of restaurant collections and mixed-use real estate development. Sakura Novi LLC has executed a joint venture agreement with Robertson Brothers Homes to construct the project’s rental townhome community. The units will feature private entrances, one- and two-car attached garages, first-floor offices and two- or three-bedroom layouts. GARLAND, TEXAS — Primary and specialty care provider WellMed Medical Management has signed an 11,599-square-foot healthcare lease at Valoris Healthpark in Garland, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. The 73,000-square-foot facility was originally constructed in 2002, according to LoopNet Inc., and recently received $1.5 million in capital improvements. Austin Barrett of JLL represented the landlord, Prevarian Cos., in the lease negotiations. MedCore represented the tenant.

SOUTH LYON, MICH. — Fitness concept Warehouse Pilates has signed a 1,600-square-foot retail lease at Brookdale Square in South Lyon, about 40 miles northwest of Detroit. The shopping center is located near the intersection of 9 Mile Road and Pontiac Trail. Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord, Beztak Properties. Rob and Reece Hughes of RH Commercial Realty represented the tenant.

FRAMINGHAM, MASS. — Coworking concept Workbar will open a 21,460-square-foot space at 111 Speen St. in Framingham, a western suburb of Boston. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1985, rises five stories and totals 119,095 square feet. The property is also in the midst of a $5 million renovation. Philip DeSimone, Andrew Sherman, Todd Alexander and Ross Miner of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the landlord, a partnership between Paradigm Partners and North Colony Asset Management, in the lease negotiations. Workbar expects to debut the space this spring.

ARLINGTON, TEXAS — The Home Depot (NYSE: HD) has signed a 35,840-square-foot retail lease renewal at Cooper Street Plaza in Arlington. Brent St. Amant of Hartman Income REIT represented the landlord, Houston-based Silver Star Properties REIT, in the lease negotiations. Home Depot was self-represented. Other tenants at the center include UPS, Mattress Firm, OfficeMax, Black Rifle Coffee Co. and State Farm Insurance.

NEW YORK CITY — Serendipity Labs, a provider of flexible workspace solutions, will open a 41,000-square-foot space at 205 East 42nd Street, a 532,000-square-foot building in Midtown Manhattan. The lease term is 10 years. The space encompasses three floors and can support up to 450 desks and 100 people. Robert Becker and Lauren Ferrentino internally represented the landlord, The Durst Organization, in the lease negotiations. Michael Berman of JLL represented Serendipity Labs. An opening date was not disclosed.

CHATHAM, N.J. — Helping Hands Family, a provider of support services for children with autism, has signed a 4,830-square-foot medical office lease in the Northern New Jersey community of Chatham. The single-tenant building includes 14 parking spaces. Zach Schwartz of MSC Retail represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Andrew Kirshenbaum of NAI James E. Hanson represented the landlord, an entity doing business as 330 Main Street Chatham LLC.
