PERRIS, CALIF. — NFI Industries, a supply chain solutions provider, has renewed its 864,000-square-foot lease at Perris Distribution Center in Perris. Mark Kegans, Ron Washle and Dean Washle of Newmark represented the landlord, Ares Management (formerly known as Black Creek Group). Located at 657 Nance St., Perris Distribution Center is a two-story, cross-dock facility expandable to 1.1 million square feet. The buildings offer 7,000 square feet of office space, minimum 36-foot warehouse clearance, ESFR sprinkler systems, LED warehouse lighting, 112 dock-high loading doors and concrete truck courts. The 43-acre parcel offers 298 auto parking spaces and 224 trailer parking spaces, including an auxiliary parcel to accommodate up to 154 trailer parking spaces or 530 auto parking spaces.

NEW YORK CITY — Ireland House, a civic body that represents the Irish government in the United States, has signed a 43,108-square-foot office lease at 200 Park Avenue in Manhattan. David Goldstein, Jim Wenk, Sam Mann and Allison Buck of Savills represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Megan Sheehan, Gus Field and Sam Brodsky internally represented the landlord, Tishman Speyer.
NEW YORK CITY — Cresa has negotiated an 18,476-square-foot office lease at One Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The tenant, alternative investment firm 777 Partners, has committed to the entire 27th floor for a 15-year term. Peter Sabesan and Gregg Cohen of Cresa represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Paul Glickman, Alexander Chudnoff, Diana Biasotti and Benjamin Bass of JLL represented the landlord, SL Green.
DALLAS — Artemis Fine Art Services, which provides artwork shipping and handling services, has signed a 59,000-square-foot industrial lease at 10405 Shady Trail in northwest Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the building sits on 4.8 acres and totals 116,140 square feet. Adam Graham and Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Mississippi-based REIT EastGroup Properties, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.
GID Signs Four New Retailers to Join $2B High Street Mixed-Use Development in Atlanta

ATLANTA — GID Development has signed four new tenants to join High Street, a $2 billion mixed-use, transit-oriented development underway in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Phase I of the development, which will span 10 city blocks near the Dunwoody MARTA station, is set to come on line in 2024. The new tenants joining High Street include three food-and-beverage concepts — Agave Bandido, Cuddlefish and Ben & Jerry’s — as well as boutique beauty salon Sugarcoat. Previously committed tenants at High Street include Puttshack and Hampton Social. In addition to 150,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, the development will feature 90,000 square feet of new loft offices, 600 apartments and a signature park.
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Telecommunications giant Verizon has signed a 19,534-square-foot office lease renewal at One North Broadway in White Plains, located north of New York City. According to LoopNet Inc., the building was constructed in 1968 and renovated in 2019, rises 15 stories and totals 375,365 square feet. Matthew Lisk, Steve Baker and Tara Long of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Argent Ventures, in the lease negotiations. Baker also represented Verizon in conjunction with Josh Kuriloff of Cushman & Wakefield.
JANESVILLE, WIS. — Phelps Pet Products, a manufacturer of specialty dog treats, has signed a 179,000-square-foot industrial lease at 400 W. Venture Drive in Janesville, a city in southern Wisconsin. The brand-new building features 18 loading docks, 25 trailer parking stalls and 175 car parking spaces. Michael Prost and Sergio Chapa of Newmark represented the tenant. The name of the landlord was not disclosed.
ATLANTA — Accel-KKR, a private equity tech firm based in Silicon Valley, has signed an office lease expansion at Galleria 300, a 20-story office building in Atlanta’s Cumberland-Galleria submarket. Andrew Walker of Colliers represented the tenant in the lease negotiations with the owner, Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Situated within walking distance of The Battery and Truist Park, Accel-KKR’s new office footprint will total approximately 24,000 square feet. The firm will occupy the entire 19th floor and will triple its staff at the property, which serves as the company’s East Coast headquarters. Other tenants of Galleria 300 include Cumberland Group, TSCG, Childress Klein and PowerPlan.
DALLAS — Law firm Haynes & Boone LLP has signed a 24,721-square-foot office lease expansion at Harwood No. 14, a building in Dallas that is under construction and set to open later this year. The firm now occupies about 149,000 square feet within The Harwood District, which spans 19 blocks in the city’s Uptown neighborhood. John Lee, Hannah Mesh and Kelly Whaley internally represented the landlord, Harwood International, in the lease negotiations. Andy Leatherman and Brad Selner of JLL represented the tenant.
PARAMUS, N.J. — Valley Medical Group has signed a 22,500-square-foot office lease at Paramus Corporate Center in Northern New Jersey. The tenant will occupy most of the first floor at the four-story, 119,846-square-foot building, which was recently renovated. Jeffrey Prezant of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, American Equity Partners, in the lease negotiations. Peter Hamburger, Robert Rudin and Jan Randall, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
