According to LoopNet Inc., the building, which is located within Champions Circle Business Park, was built in 2022 and totals 82,240 square feet. Keaton Brice and Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.

HOUSTON — Wolfies Swim School will open a 16,800-square-foot venue in Houston’s Spring Branch neighborhood this summer. The space at 9336 Westview Drive will house two pools that will be designed to support swimmers of varying ages and experience levels. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1970, renovated in 2005 and was most recently occupied by 24 Hour Fitness. Harry Holmes and Charlie Neuhaus of Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord was self-represented.
CHICAGO — Spot, a logistics company, has signed a 31,000-square-foot lease to open its sixth office in the U.S. in Chicago. The company will occupy space on the 11th floor of 24 E. Washington St., also known as the Marshall Field & Co. Building. Spot plans to hire 200 employees over the next two years, initially focusing on sales and technology positions. Allen Rogoway, Michael Marrion and Tim O’Brien of Cresa represented the tenant in the lease. Jack O’Brien and Caroline Colnon of Telos represented the landlord, Brookfield Properties. Lamar Johnson Collaborative will design Spot’s office space.
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a 9,178-square-foot industrial lease in the Northern New Jersey community of East Rutherford. According to LoopNet Inc., the property at 1 Madison St. was built in 1980 and totals 65,000 square feet. Andrew Somple and Jessica Curry of NAI Hanson represented the tenant, Meadowlands Starz Cheer, and the landlord, Kelways Associates, in the lease negotiations.
NEW YORK CITY — Private aviation services provider evoJets has signed a 3,982-square-foot office lease at 220 E. 23rd St. in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood. The 13-story building was originally constructed in 1921 and is known as the Media Arts Building. Bill Korchak, Edward DiTolla and Henry Warner of JLL represented the landlord, A. Shalom Realty & Management Co., in the lease negotiations. Peter Johnson and Leah Zafra from Avison Young represented the tenant.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) has opened a 70,000-square-foot delivery service center in Austin. The Cincinnati-based grocer signed a six-year lease to occupy one of three buildings at Tuscany Logistics Center, a 373,648-square-foot development on the city’s northeast side. Target (NYSE: TGT) and Diligent Delivery occupy the other two buildings at Tuscany Logistics Center, which is owned by Dallas-based Dalfen Industrial.
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. — Quest Workspaces, a female-owned developer and operator of flexible office spaces, has expanded to occupy 25,947 square feet in downtown West Palm Beach, doubling its previous footprint. The company has been a tenant within the 21-story tower at 515 N. Flagler Drive for nearly 10 years. Vanderbilt Office Properties is the landlord of the building, which features an 11,000-square-foot rooftop garden, gym, two restaurants, a coffee shop, security desk, concierge, shoe-shining station, car wash and a salon. Quest’s amenities include treadmill desks, phone booths, chat rooms, a touchdown space, networking area and a garden wall.
WOBURN, MASS. — Teresa’s Ristorante will open a 12,500-square-foot Italian eatery in Woburn, a northern suburb of Boston. The space, which features private dining rooms and a patio, is currently being renovated, and the restaurant expects to open this spring. John Halsey and Steve Cusano of Cummings Properties represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.
DRAPER, UTAH — Clearlink has signed a deal to occupy 135,000 square feet of office space at 42 Future Way in Draper. The company will consolidate its existing offices at Salt Lake Center International Center and Utah County into the new campus. The Class A office campus, which was originally designed for Pluralsight, offers new furniture, fixtures, conference facilities, a cafeteria and fitness facilities. In 2022, Utah-based Clarke Capital Partners partnered with Sitel Group to drive the growth of Clearlink as a platform that empowers customers to make informed decisions around daily purchases. Brandon Fugal of Colliers represented Clearlink in the lease.
AURORA, ILL. — Engineering and consulting firm Crawford, Murphy, Tilly Inc. has renewed its 18,000-square-foot industrial lease at 550-600 N. Commons Drive in Aurora. Jon Springer and Gary Fazzio of CBRE represented the tenant. Clear Height Properties owns the building.
