JANESVILLE, WIS. — Phelps Pet Products, a manufacturer of specialty dog treats, has signed a 179,000-square-foot industrial lease at 400 W. Venture Drive in Janesville, a city in southern Wisconsin. The brand-new building features 18 loading docks, 25 trailer parking stalls and 175 car parking spaces. Michael Prost and Sergio Chapa of Newmark represented the tenant. The name of the landlord was not disclosed.

ATLANTA — Accel-KKR, a private equity tech firm based in Silicon Valley, has signed an office lease expansion at Galleria 300, a 20-story office building in Atlanta’s Cumberland-Galleria submarket. Andrew Walker of Colliers represented the tenant in the lease negotiations with the owner, Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Situated within walking distance of The Battery and Truist Park, Accel-KKR’s new office footprint will total approximately 24,000 square feet. The firm will occupy the entire 19th floor and will triple its staff at the property, which serves as the company’s East Coast headquarters. Other tenants of Galleria 300 include Cumberland Group, TSCG, Childress Klein and PowerPlan.
DALLAS — Law firm Haynes & Boone LLP has signed a 24,721-square-foot office lease expansion at Harwood No. 14, a building in Dallas that is under construction and set to open later this year. The firm now occupies about 149,000 square feet within The Harwood District, which spans 19 blocks in the city’s Uptown neighborhood. John Lee, Hannah Mesh and Kelly Whaley internally represented the landlord, Harwood International, in the lease negotiations. Andy Leatherman and Brad Selner of JLL represented the tenant.
PARAMUS, N.J. — Valley Medical Group has signed a 22,500-square-foot office lease at Paramus Corporate Center in Northern New Jersey. The tenant will occupy most of the first floor at the four-story, 119,846-square-foot building, which was recently renovated. Jeffrey Prezant of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, American Equity Partners, in the lease negotiations. Peter Hamburger, Robert Rudin and Jan Randall, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
MISSOURI CITY, TEXAS — SUNRGY Solar Distribution has signed a 47,332-square-foot industrial lease in the southwestern Houston suburb of Missouri City. A.J. Williams and Travis Land of Partners, the locally based investment and brokerage firm formerly known as NAI Partners, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Beau Kaleel and Brooke Swerdlow with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Logistics Property Co.
ITASCA, ILL. — AIT Worldwide Logistics has signed a 56,808-square-foot office lease at Two Pierce Place in Itasca. The office will serve as the global headquarters for the transportation management provider, which maintains more than 100 locations worldwide, including regional headquarters in London and Hong Kong. Rob Lundin and John Norris of Newmark represented the landlord, Sovereign Partners LLC. Eric Kunkel, Steve Spinell and Darren Eades of JLL represented the tenant. Two Pierce Place rises 25 stories and totals 490,000 square feet. The property features a newly completed amenity center, including a tenant lounge, outdoor patio, putting green, bocce court, fitness center, full-service deli and conference facility.
WABASH, IND. — Dollar General has renewed its 8,000-square-foot retail lease at 1156 Cass St. in Wabash, about 50 miles southwest of Fort Wayne. Dave Horacek, Madison Wallace and Bill Drinkall of Bradley Co. represented the landlord, A&R Indiana LLC. The representative of the tenant was not provided.
NEW YORK CITY — Accounting firm Baker Tilly has signed a 28,000-square-foot office lease at The Spiral, a 66-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan. The newly built, 2.8 million-square-foot building is now 72 percent leased, with financial services firm HSBC serving as the anchor tenant. Geoffrey Euston, David Glassman and Joe Cabrera of CBRE represented Baker Tilly, which plans to move in to its space on the 22nd floor later this year, in the lease negotiations. The landlord, Tishman Speyer, was represented internally.
CHICAGO — Globetrotters Engineering Corp. has renewed its 23,376-square-foot office lease at 300 South Wacker in Chicago’s central business district. The engineering firm is relocating to the building’s third and fourth floors after having previously occupied the second and fourth floors. The tenant, which has occupied space at the building since the 1980s, is also redesigning its workspace. Josh Feldman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the 11-year lease. Sandy Macaluso of Golub represented the landlord on an internal basis. Globetrotters maintains more than 175 employees at 300 South Wacker.
NEW YORK CITY — HBK Capital Management has signed a 16,428-square-foot office lease at 452 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The alternative investment firm will occupy the entire 22nd floor at the 30-story building. Paul Glickman, Ben Bass, Kristen Morgan and Kate Roush of JLL represented the landlord, Property & Building Corp. Ltd., in the lease negotiations. Silvio Petrillo and Tamika Kramer of CBRE represented the tenant.
