BOSTON — Locally based REIT American Tower (NYSE: AMT) has signed a 40,000-square-foot office lease renewal at 116 Huntington Avenue in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. The 15-story building spans 273,000 square feet and includes ground-floor retail and restaurant space. Michael Joyce and Lauria Brennan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Columbia Property Trust (NYSE: CXP), in the lease negotiations. Kevin Kennedy and Tim Lahey of CBRE represented American Tower.

NEW YORK CITY — CBRE has negotiated a 14,375-square-foot office lease at 535 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Steve Siegel, Craig Reicher, Tim Dempsey, Ramneek Rikhy and Marlee Tepliztky of CBRE represented the tenant, locally based law firm Fried Frank, in the lease negotiations. The tenant, which has committed to a 15-year term, plans to relocate from The Seagram Building to the 37-story tower in early 2024. Brian Gell and Laurence Briody, also with CBRE, represented the landlord, Park Tower Group.
HOUSTON — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 603,389-square-foot industrial lease at South Belt Central Business Park, a development that is under construction in southeast Houston. The tenant, a national third-party logistics firm, will occupy the entirety of the Building 4 upon completion in January 2023. The cross-dock building will feature 36-foot clear heights, 360 car parking spaces, 196 trailer parking stalls, an ESFR sprinkler system and 4,500 square feet of office space. Jim Foreman and Brooke Forrest of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, an affiliate of Houston-based Investment & Development Ventures LLC, in the lease negotiations. Stephen Schneidau and Chuck Berger, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
DALLAS — Gold 3PL, a Texas-based third-party logistics firm, has signed a 50,575-square-foot industrial lease at 1602 Terre Colony Court in West Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the property totals 131,412 square feet and sits on a 5.7-acre lot. Mark Graybill and Adam Graham of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.
PITTSBURGH — Law firm Metz Lewis Brodman Must O’Keefe has signed a 19,228-square-foot office lease at Four Gateway Center, a 22-story building in Pittsburgh. The locally based law firm will relocate from the Henry W. Oliver Building in summer 2023. Nick Francic and Reid Mauro of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Jeremy Kronman, Adam Viccaro and Dominika Demantova of CBRE represented the landlord, Hertz Investment Group.
PLYMOUTH, MICH. — Domino’s Pizza has signed a lease to occupy 1,667 square feet near the southwest quadrant of Ann Arbor Road and Main Street in Plymouth. The new Domino’s location will partially replace a former AT&T store, which has been vacant for 150 days and is currently being redeveloped into a two-tenant retail building. The store is slated to open in approximately six months. Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty and Investment, a commercial real estate agency based in Northville, Mich., represented Domino’s in the transaction. Gregory Mallory of Armada Real Estate, based in West Bloomfield, Mich., represented the landlord.
TAMPA, FLA. — Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas have signed a deal with Bromley Cos. to occupy the 298,000-square-foot anchor space at 1 Midtown Place in Tampa. Beginning in 2025, the companies will own 11 floors of the building, construction of which will start in early 2023. Bromley is developing the 17-story building, which will be situated within the 23-acre mixed-use Midtown Tampa development, with Highwood Properties. Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas currently occupy TECO Plaza at 702 N. Franklin St. in downtown Tampa, which has been home to the companies since 1981.
MILTON, GA. — Savi Provisions, an Atlanta-based boutique grocer, has opened a new location at Crapapple Market in Milton, roughly 30 miles north of Atlanta. Located at 12630 Crabapple Road, the store opened on Saturday, Dec. 10 and features the main grocery store (3,644 square feet) and a liquor market (983 square feet). Founded in 2009, Savi offers prepared foods such as sandwiches and salads in addition to organic groceries, wine, spirits and coffee.
CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 22,000-square-foot industrial lease at 1536 Hutton Drive in the northern Dallas suburb of Carrollton. According to LoopNet Inc. the property was built in 1986 and spans 89,560 square feet. Ken Wesson and Adam Graybill of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant, CMD Group, a provider of countertops for kitchens and bathrooms, was not disclosed.
FLANDERS, N.J. — List Logistics, a third-party freight distribution firm, has signed an 844,373-square-foot industrial lease in the Northern New Jersey community of Flanders. The property at 703 Bartley Chester Road spans 1.4 million square feet and features 49-foot clear heights and 500 trailer parking spaces. Charles Fern, Jason Barton, Thomas Tucci, Stephen Shoemaker, Jonathan Winge, Torsten Thaler, Elizabeth Rouse and Natalie Gorga of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.
