FORT WORTH, TEXAS — ITS Logistics, a Nevada-based third-party provider, has signed a 1 million-square-foot industrial lease at Intermodal Logistics Center, a project in Fort Worth by Northpoint Development. Intermodal Logistics Center is a seven-building development located on the city’s north side. Construction began in August and is expected to be complete in July 2023. ITS Logistics’ new space will feature 40-foot clear heights, 200-plus dock doors and parking for 211 trailers. Brad Struck, Clint Manning, Darren Woodson and John Bollman of Cresa represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Stonecrest Resorts Signs 12 Tenants as Part of Stonecrest Mall Redevelopment in Metro Atlanta

STONECREST, GA. — Stonecrest Resorts LLC, developer of the Sears adaptive reuse project at The Mall at Stonecrest in metro Atlanta, has announced 12 new tenants coming to the development. Phase I of the redevelopment project, called Priví, was the arrival of the SeaQuest Interactive Aquarium that opened in November 2021. The second phase of the project is set to open this fall and include Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa; Baldwin’s Literary Social Bookstore & Coffee Bar; 3 Degrees Infrared Sauna Suites; The Lions Cage MMA Fight & Fitness Gym; Garden Life Juice Bar & Café; The Original Hot Dog Factory; Picasso’s Splat Room; Naturally Gifted Treasures & Finds; and Bricks 4 Kidz. In addition to the new shops and restaurants, Phase II will include 6,000 square feet of event space, a coworking space, studios and a fine art gallery. Construction of Phase III and the development of Phase IV will continue this winter, with a planned opening of an upper-level food hall in summer 2023 and the TRYP by Wyndham hotel coming on line in 2024. NEW YORK CITY — Financial services and investment management firm Franklin Templeton has signed a 347,474-square-foot lease at One Madison Avenue, an office building in Midtown Manhattan that is currently under construction. One Madison Avenue, which is scheduled for a November 2023 completion, is now 55 percent preleased. Other tenants include IBM (328,000 square feet) and Chelsea Piers Fitness (56,000 square feet). Rob Lowe, Jeff Cushman and John Cushman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Paul Glickman, Alex Chudnoff, Diana Biasotti and Ben Bass of JLL represented the landlord, SL Green.
JEFFERSONVILLE AND KOKOMO, IND. — Kinship PACE of Indiana LLC has signed two 15-year leases for new locations in Jeffersonville and Kokomo. The tenant will occupy 16,261 square feet within Jeffersonville’s Youngstown shopping center and 14,056 square feet within Kokomo’s Southway Plaza shopping center. PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. Donna Korn and Beau Ladwig of Cushman & Wakefield along with E.P. Scherer of Cushman & Wakefield/Commercial Kentucky represented PACE in the Jeffersonville lease. Pearson 2016 Equity Inc. owns Youngstown. Korn and Ladwig, along with colleague Gerry Dick, represented the tenant in the Kokomo lease. Southway Plaza LLC is the landlord for the property.
OAK BROOK, ILL. — International Contractors Inc. has signed a 17,700-square-foot office lease at 1 Mid America Plaza in the Chicago suburb of Oak Brook. The tenant is a 40-year-old construction management firm. Daniel Cawley and Brayden Schiff of Cawley Chicago represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Josh Feldman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Crowe LLC.
CHICAGO — Luxury Spanish bridalwear brand Rosa Clará has signed a 2,200-square-foot retail lease at 670 N. Wabash Ave. in Chicago near the Magnificent Mile. The store is slated to open later this fall. Jordan Karp of Savills represented the tenant. In Spain, Rosa Clará is expanding its footprint in Valencia and Cordoba.
HOUSTON — Los Angeles-based design agency Commonwealth Projects has signed a 20,755-square-foot office lease expansion at One Riverway in Houston. The tenant now occupies a full floor at the 481,222-square-foot building, which is located on the city’s west side. Brad Fricks, Matt Asvestas and Danielle Rothchild of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Unilev Capital Corp., in the lease negotiations. Noah Kruger of Savills represented the tenant.
WESTBURY, N.Y. — Beyond Van Gogh, a traveling concept dedicated to providing immersion in the artist’s works, will open a 28,000-square-foot exhibition gallery at Samanea New York, a shopping, dining and entertainment destination on Long Island. Beyond Van Gogh will open on Nov. 18 and run through Jan. 8. Matthew Kucker, Jordan Baruch and Herbert Agin at Colliers represented the landlord, Lesso Mall Development, in the lease negotiations. Other entertainment users at Samanea New York include Empire Adventure Park, X-Golf and Ryco’s Escape Room.
CLAYTON, MO. — CBRE has signed a 13,611-square-foot office lease at The Plaza in the St. Louis suburb of Clayton. The firm has occupied space on the 14th floor of The Plaza since 2012 and will now move to the sixth floor in the first quarter of 2024. The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program. The new workplace will showcase CBRE’s “Future of Work” space standards, including new technologies and a variety of collaborative spaces designed to support hybrid working. The sixth floor provides access to the renovated outdoor terrace. Building owner Franklin Partners plans to add new amenities such as a clubroom, conference center, game room, fitness center, reception area and rooftop deck. CBRE launched its Workplace360 program in 2012 and has since opened more than 100 Workplace360 offices across the globe. CBRE Design Collective will manage the workplace design. The firm, which specializes in intellectual property cases, now occupies the third floor of the newly renovated building.
