VALPARAISO, IND. — Mauser Packaging has signed a 25,110-square-foot industrial lease at 2650 Barley Road in Valparaiso, a city in Northwest Indiana. Barley Properties owns the newly constructed building, which spans 65,592 square feet. Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group provided development and construction services for the project. The two firms have also been tapped to market the property for lease. Mauser specializes in manufacturing packaging products from recycled content as well as reconditioning, reuse, recycling and professional disposal.

Highland-Cross-Rutherford-New-Jersey

RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) has signed a 360,000-square-foot industrial lease at Highland Cross, a last-mile warehouse project under construction in the Northern New Jersey community of Rutherford. Lincoln Equities Group is developing Highland Cross, which will feature a cross-dock configuration, 70-plus dock high doors and 80-plus trailer parking stalls. Ford & Associates is designing the project, and RC Andersen LLC is serving as the general contractor. Completion is slated for early 2022. Jason Goldman of KBC Advisors represented Amazon in the lease negotiations. Lincoln Equities Group, which recently received $115 million in construction financing for the project, was represented internally.

OVERLAND PARK, KAN. — OneDigital, a health, retirement and human resources advisory firm, has leased 16,925 square feet at CityPlace Corporate Center I in Overland Park. The firm will relocate and expand its retirement and wealth national headquarters beginning in November. The office property is located at 11101 Switzer Road. Anné Erickson and R.J. Trowbridge of JLL represented OneDigital in the lease transaction. Hunter Johnson and Andrew Block of Block Real Estate Services represented the landlord on an internal basis. OneDigital is relocating from 4860 College Blvd. in Leawood.

FRISCO, TEXAS — Interior Logic Group, a provider of interior design and finish solutions for the building industry, has signed a 17,681-square-foot office lease at The Offices Three at Frisco Station, a 210,000-square-foot speculative office building located on the northern outskirts of Dallas. The newly built property is the third of five office buildings within the 242-acre Frisco Station mixed-use development. Amenities include a fitness center, conference center and upgraded tenant lounge.

WESTBOROUGH, MASS. — KPM Analytics America, a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of agricultural instruments, has signed a 29,402-square-foot office lease at 8 Technology Drive in Westborough, about 35 miles west of Boston. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Feris Development Group, in the lease negotiations. John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty represented the tenant.

HOUSTON — Banta Corp., a printing and imaging company that was acquired by Chicago-based market giant R.R. Donnelly in 2006, has signed a 201,600-square-foot industrial lease renewal and expansion at 6315 West by Northwest Blvd. in Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built on 12.8 acres in 1999, totals 259,200 square feet and features 24-foot clear heights. Brian Gammill and Darryl Noon of Transwestern represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.

JEFFERSONVILLE, IND. — Kroger Health has signed a 57,317-square-foot industrial lease at 301 Logistics Ave. within River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, just north of Louisville. Robert Walker and Stephan Gray of Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky represented the landlord, Tratt Properties LLC. Walker, along with Doug Altemuehle of Newmark Cincinnati, represented Kroger Health, which is a division of The Kroger Co. The tenant expects to create 60 new jobs at the facility.

CAROL STREAM, ILL. — Global eParcel Solutions LLC has inked a 32,000-square-foot industrial lease at 835-845 Carol Court in Carol Stream. The company, which provides domestic and international shipping for e-commerce companies via trucking, sea freight and air freight, has expanded its space by 29,000 square feet through multiple leases over the past five years. The 32,000-square-foot space features seven exterior docks, two drive-in doors and 3,217 square feet of office space. The facility is located within Carol Point Business Center. Mason Hezner of Brown Commercial Group represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Al Caruana of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, MP Carol Point Business Center LLC.

NEW YORK CITY — Locally based brokerage firm Norman Bobrow & Co. has negotiated a 9,200-square-foot office lease at 40 Wall Street in Manhattan’s Financial District for law firm KI Legal. Josh Berger of Norman Bobrow represented the law firm, which specializes in business litigation, in the negotiations for the 10-year lease. The deal represents an expansion from the firm’s previous 4,000-square-foot space at 90 Broad Street. The Trump Organization owns 40 Wall Street.

HOUSTON — Tailift Material Handling, a subsidiary of Toyota specializing in small industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet trucks, has signed a 37,502-square-foot industrial lease at Interwood Distribution Center, a 341,692-square-foot development in Houston. The two-building property was completed in 2020. A joint venture between Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments and GID Real Estate Investments owns the property.
