ATLANTA — JLL has negotiated a 150,000-square-foot lease with locally based Porter Logistics at Logistics Pointe, an industrial facility located at 605 Selig Drive on Atlanta’s west side. Porter Logistics already occupies 266,813 square feet of dry storage at the facility, bringing the third-party logistics firm’s footprint in the building to 412,513 square feet. Austin Kriz of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord was Covington Group Inc. Porter Logistics is backfilling recently vacated space at the 650,259-square-foot industrial facility, which features 20 exterior dock doors, four drive-in bays and clear heights ranging from 24 to 27 feet.

Grossman Development Signs Eight New Tenants to Join $100M Gallatin Valley Mall Redevelopment Project in Bozeman, Montana

BOZEMAN, MONT. — Grossman Development Group has signed eight new tenants to join Gallatin Valley Mall, a 315,000-square-foot regional shopping center undergoing redevelopment in Bozeman. New retailers at the $100 million multi-phase project, which will be called Gallatin Crossing, include Arhaus, lululemon, Pandora, Sephora, Anthropologie, Free People, Lovesac and Madewell. The mixed-use project’s 45,000-square-foot Medical Pavilion, which houses Intermountain Health, Ortho Montana and Gallatin Valley Surgery Center, opened in August 2024, while High Street, an outdoor retail experience, is set to open in summer 2025. Other tenants at the property include Macy’s, Barnes & Noble, Gallatin Valley Cinemas and Whole Foods Market. Additionally, interior upgrades to the existing shopping center include new lighting, carpet and refreshed common areas. Gallatin Mall Group, in partnership with Grossman Development Group, Boston Realty Advisors and The Broadway Co., is leading the project.
MANAHAWKIN, N.J. — New Jersey-based developer Walters has completed the lease-up of Cornerstone at Grassy Hollow II, a 34-unit affordable housing complex located in the coastal city of Manahawkin. Leasing began last fall. The four-building property, which is now fully occupied, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units that are reserved for renters earning 60 percent or less of the area median income. Physical amenities include a fitness center, children’s play area, basketball court and a clubhouse with a computer workstation. Residents also have access to afterschool programs, special interest clubs and a food pantry program, as well as career readiness, eviction prevention and other social services.
NEW YORK CITY — Starr Insurance has signed a 49,264-square-foot office lease at 1177 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. Starr will occupy the entire seventh and eighth floors of the 47-story, 1 million-square-foot building. John Picco and Alex Lachmund of Cushman & Wakefield represented Starr in the lease negotiations. Lou D’Avanzo, Anthony LoPresti, Peter Kerans and Caroline Collins, also with Cushman & Wakefield, along with internal agent Harlan Strader, represented the landlord, Silverstein Properties.
CARTERET, N.J. — Newmark has negotiated a 65,817-square-foot industrial lease in the Northern New Jersey community of Carteret. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 100 Middlesex Ave. was constructed on a 16.9-acre site in 1989 and totals 416,000 square feet. Kyle Eaton, Robert Loderstedt, Michael Schipper and Haylee McCabe of Newmark represented the tenant, automotive parts reseller and e-commerce platform Bay Speed, in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.
WEST BLOOMFIELD, MICH. — WB Pub has signed a lease to open at the 2,625-square-foot former Smashburger space at The Boardwalk shopping center in West Bloomfield Township, a northwest suburb of Detroit. Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord and tenant. The new pub will offer food as well as a full bar. Space remains available for lease at the property.
SMITHFIELD, R.I. — Organogenesis Holdings Inc., a provider of regenerative medicines, has signed a 123,000-square-foot life sciences lease in Smithfield, a northwestern suburb of Providence. Organogenesis will occupy the entirety of the biomanufacturing facility at 100 Technology Way. Robert Coughlin and Bobby Jangro of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Mark Winters and Tyler McGrail of Newmark represented the landlord, The Davis Cos., which bought the property in February 2023.
YONKERS, N.Y. — Online furniture retailer Wayfair will open a 114,000-square-foot store in Yonkers, located north of New York City. The store will be situated within Ridge Hill, a 1.3 million-square-foot mixed-use development, and is scheduled to open in early 2027. Adam Schwegman and Morgan Liesenfelt of Jamestown, which owns Ridge Hill in a joint venture with Nuveen Real Estate and Taconic Partners, represented ownership in the lease negotiations.
ORION TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Pita Way has leased space to open a 1,550-square-foot restaurant at the Shops at Baldwin Village in Orion Township, a far northern suburb of Detroit. The new retail development is located at the northwest corner of Baldwin and Morgan roads and is part of a proposed master plan that would include 215 condo units and 264 apartment units. Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant. The landlord was undisclosed.
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. — Four new tenants have signed leases to join Nora District, a $1 billion mixed-use project underway in downtown West Palm Beach. The new tenants include fine jewelry retailer LUCE; women’s fashion retailer Pompanos Boutique; group fitness gym studio SWEAT440; and eyewear brand Warby Parker, which will debut at Nora District this fall. The development team behind Nora District includes NDT Development, Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital. The project’s first phase — which will be delivered this summer — totals more than 100,000 square feet of retail space and 55,000 square feet of creative office space. Additional confirmed tenants at the property include Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, H&H Bagels, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Juliana’s Pizza, IGK Hair Salon and Le Labo.
