Kenneth Franzese and John Cassidy of Lee & Associates represented the owner, Scannell Properties. Steve Bass of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Hardinge Inc., which is a provider of advanced metal-cutting solutions. The 80,491-square-foot, newly constructed building features a clear height of 32 feet. There are 35,379 square feet remaining available for lease.

MINNEAPOLIS — Cogent Communications has signed a 6,000-square-foot lease at T5@Minneapolis, a newly expanded data center located at 1001 Third Ave. South in downtown Minneapolis. Legacy Investing, an investment and commercial real estate firm focused on technology properties, owns the asset. T5 Data Centers, a national data center operating company, manages and operates the property, which features private suites, technical office space, a conference area and tenant lounge. The building is served by access to 74 network providers, now including Cogent. NORTH PLAINFIELD, N.J. — Levin Management Corp. has negotiated four lease renewals for Virginia-based discount retailer Dollar Tree in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The New Jersey locations include a 14,500-square-foot space at Brunswick Shopping Center, a 10,300-square-foot shop in Watchung and a 9,400-square-foot store in Franklin Township. The Pennsylvania location is situated in Middletown and spans 9,000 square feet.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Logistics firm Lineage Redistribution has signed a 122,500-square-foot industrial lease in Fort Worth. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, SCRS Fort Worth Industrial, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — NAI Partners has negotiated a 25,288-square-foot life sciences lease for biotechnology firm Lexicon Pharmaceuticals at 2445 Technology Forest Blvd. in The Woodlands, about 30 miles north of Houston. Dan Boyles and Jon Silberman of NAI Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The duo also recently arranged the sale of Lexicon Pharmaceuticals’ former headquarters building in The Woodlands.
IRVING, TEXAS — American Honda Finance Corp., the leasing and financing solutions arm of the Japanese automaker, has signed a 23,142-square-foot office lease expansion at the 500,000-square-foot Royal Ridge complex in Irving. Timothy Vaughan of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. John Brownlee and Michael Williams of JLL represented the landlord, Florida-based Accesso. Honda’s total footprint at Royal Ridge now encompasses nearly 100,000 square feet.
LANSDALE, PA. — Newmark has negotiated a 128,000-square-foot industrial lease at 1180 Church Road in Lansdale, about 30 miles north of Philadelphia. According to LoopNet Inc., the property spans 452,323 square feet, sits on 37.2 acres and features clear heights of 20 to 24 feet. Justin Bell of Newmark represented the tenant, logistics firm Hughes Relocation Services, in the lease negotiations. Velocity Venture Partners owns the building.
PITTSBURGH — GRB Law, a Pittsburgh-based firm, has signed a 17,160-square-foot office lease for its new headquarters at 525 William Penn Place. The firm has operated out of the historic Frick Building as one of its original tenants dating back to the early 20th century. GRB Law plans to take occupancy of its new space in the fourth quarter. Dan Adamski and Reid Mauro of JLL represented the firm in its site selection and lease negotiations.
ATLANTA — Publix will occupy a 42,514-square-foot store for the second phase of The Interlock, a mixed-use development underway at the intersection of Ethel Street and Northside Drive in Atlanta’s West Midtown district. Demolition for the site will begin in May, and vertical construction will start in the fall of 2022. S.J. Collins Enterprises is the landlord. Phase I of The Interlock is a nine-acre, mixed-use property located at 1115 Howell Mill Road N.W. The development includes 200,000 square feet of office space; 105,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space; 349 apartments and 18 townhomes; 70 single-family homes; and the 161-room Bellyard, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Phase I leasing opportunities still include approximately 87,000 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Phase II includes an additional 4.5 acres that will include another 40,000 square feet for retail space, 186,000 square feet of office space, student housing serving students of nearby Georgia Tech and the Publix grocery store. The tenant will relocate its corporate headquarters from California to the 87,640-square-foot Building A within Carter Industrial Park.
